good location, bonus parking at the hotel

for the price of the accommodation, I expected there to be a kit for cosmetics, slippers in the room....

The room was a good size with a balcony and well-equipped. There was a coffee machine in the lobby and an inner backyard where you could sit and enjoy your coffee. The location was good, just a 5-minute walk to the metro station and various shops.

Everything was great, the rooms are spacious, clean and airy. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are well maintained. It was quite at night, we were facing the courtyard. We got to the hotel before check-in time, but our room was ready and we could go in and leave our bags and prepare for the rest of the day, which was a great bonus. Another cool thing are the free coffee and tea in the lobby, which come in pretty handy. The staff are really nice and friendly, the receptionists helped us with whatever we needed and made our stay effortless.

Literally nothing to dislike. I have one comment though, would be nice if we had disposable slippers in the room, since this is provided in most hotels, but I get the sustainability point of view.

Location is great - 300 meters to the metro station, a lot of restaurants nearby. We used hotel underground parking and checked in even before usual check in hours - the room was ready and we could leave the car there (big plus). We ate hotel breakfast - it was good (as expected). Wifi was working very fast. There is coffee machine available for the guests in the lobby - yet the coffee there is not that great (breakfast serve very good coffee though). Overall - very good hotel with good value for money ratio and we would definitely stay there if we ever visit Vienna again.

The hotel is in a great location 3 mins walk to the nearest metro station. Its also right next to the main shopping street were locals go, lots of different shops and food outlets and a 20 minute walk to the museum quarter. The hotel was spotless clean, and very quiet, and breakfast was lovely, and a nice selection of hot and cold foods, cereals, fruit, bread and rolls etc. Our room was comfortable clean and the walk in shower was great and the bathroom was spacious. All in our all our stay was good and I would certainly go back to this hotel if we ever went Vienna again.

There was nothing we didn't like about this hotel.

The hotel is in four minutes walking distance from Mariahilfer Straße in a very quiet street. All the interior is well designed and clean. The breakfast is awesome! Breads, cold cuts, cheeses, veggies, scrambled eggs, bacon, wiener, fruits, sweets, juices, etc. The best extra is the bike rental which is absolutely FREE!

99% of the time I don’t give a damn about the TV in a hotel room, but… It’s UEFA EURO 2024! The quality of the broadcast in the hotel is unacceptable. Not just in 2024 but this would have been the case even in the ‘80’s.

We had a wanderfoull stay at Elya hotel!The room was really spacious and really warm, also the bathrrom had underfloor heating witch was amazing. We had cleaning servise every day wich was great. And the hotel was very quiet and close to the metro station!

We think that the room floor was not properly vacume cleaned. Apart from that everything was great.

Have stayed in this hotel before due to it's great location, very central, where you can go to many restaurants and bars nearby. The street is very calm so you don't hear too much noise at night. The rooms are comfortable!

If you need to go to the Airport, you might have to walk about 15 minutes to the next bus stop/train station that would take you there. If you have heavy suitcases, you might consider calling a taxi from or to a nearby station. It's still doable though if you have lightweight suitcases.

The fact that I’m a returning guest to this hotel says everything. I can only repeat myself: The hotel is very clean, well designed and even smells good! The breakfast is among the best. But still the best feature is the FREE bike rental! Thank you very much for upgrading to a superior room! See you next time! 😉

The only thing that comes to my mind is that they are asking for a credit card number at the check-in even if the stay was already paid. That’s something new that I didn't like.

Elaya hotel has very good location. It is very close to Mariahilfer Strasse and Zieglergasse station. Standard twin room was very nice and clean, same as the photos. Room was large with a large bathroom. Heating and hot water was also flawless. But what’s the most important hotel staff was extremely helpful and nice. The administrator let us check in early because we arrived in the morning and on the last day gave us extra hours to check out late. My highest recommendations to Elaya hotel Vienna City West!
