Located just a few steps from Mariahilfer Straße, Hotel Anatol is amazing starting point for exploring the city. We stayed in 2 types of rooms, both were very comfortable, with really good mattress and pillow quality. Well maintained, perfectly clean rooms, amazing staff, very welcoming, you'll feel at home! They have underground garage, 24eur daily ticket. Lovely reception staff will explain everything in a message how to find a garage. We had a breakfast as well, which was fine, everything was delicious and coffee from a machine was very good. You can find an oat milk in a separate section. Maybe some more sweets or crepes would be nice :) Thanks for a nice week in our most favorite city!

Great location. Public transport is on a walk distance. It is very easy to go from one to another side of town, from/to the airport or to Parndorf (Outlet city). The room was clean, big, and good equipped. Bed was very comfortable with very clean bed linen. The bathroom was very clean, without mould or any calc traces on taps. The liquid soap and shower gel are very refreshed and with fresh lemon scents. The staff - Julia, Jonalin, and Nadia - were very helpful, especially because we have special enquiries for son's medicine which we had to transport to our country. All recommendations. Next time, we will stay here again.

The hotel made an excellent impression on us—not only because of its high standards of cleanliness and comfort but also due to its great location. Situated in a peaceful area, it offered quiet and relaxation, perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and well-equipped to meet all guest needs. We were also charmed by the lovely lady at reception—a warm person with short hair who always greeted us with a big smile. Thanks to her kindness, we felt truly at home. This is a perfect place for anyone who values comfort, cleanliness, and tranquility in a charming location.

What I thought was a budget hotel, had everything and more. The staff were amazingly helpful & friendly, and available 24/7. The room was spacious, warm, complimentary toiletries, hair dryer, mini bar, tea & coffee making facilities, a safe & big wardrobes. Space for suitcase too, we were really happy with our choice. Location was fab too, walking distance of most tourist attractions

A little too warm some nights, maybe wrong time of year for the aircon to be on, but it didn’t seem to make any difference to the room temperature.

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at the Austria Trend Hotel Anatol in Vienna. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, and the bathroom matched that standard perfectly. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making the experience even better. The hotel’s location is excellent—very close to a metro stop, so getting around Vienna was incredibly easy. Many of the main attractions are also within a short walking distance. There’s a great selection of food and restaurants nearby, which was a big plus. Overall, a fantastic stay and I would highly recommend it!

The location is very good -5 to 10 min from different metro lines, busses and a tram too (15 min max) and also to one of the main shopping areas. The neighborhood is ok, not too crowded but also save. There are a lot of restaurants, bakeries, plus big grocery shop just next to the hotel. Clean, enough space, el. kettle with coffee and tee (topped-up daily)

If your room is looking towards the street you can not keep the window open, as it can be too noisy. But when closes it is ok, the isolation is quite good.

This was the second time I stayed in this hotel in a few years. Excellent location, clean and quiet. I really thought of this hotel as "my place" in Vienna but one thing spoiled the whole impression and I'm not sure I would come there again despite all its qualities. Otherwise I would rate it with 10.

This time we did not have a very nice experience with a young lady working at reception when we arrived She insisted that we pay for the whole stay in advance before we entered our room. Something like that never happened to me anywhere in Europe. As an explanation she said that it makes things easier on check out ?!? Also she didn't give us any explanation about the hotel or surroundings as she did to others who checked in just before us. I really didn't feel we were welcome there and felt kind of discriminated. It's a shame that such a good hotel tolerates this behaviour. All other employees at the reception and other stuff were more than kind.

The location of the hotel is ideal. It has all the transport means very close and you can reach fast to the most important visiting sites. Also, many convinience stores nearby. The neighbourhood of the hotel is quiet especially in the night, when you need to have a good rest. The room was big enough and very clean.

The breakfast was good, but not so varied. The food was served in small quantities (real small!), like 10 cherry tomatoes, few slices of cucumbers, few stripes of pepper in a small bowls. The staff refilled the bowls after a long period, so you have to wait. Or you should get up early to get a full breakfast. Other issues (minor issues): The hotel did not provide any slippers or bathrobes and the bathroom vent was not working.

In my experience, all the positive reviews of this property are true. It is located in a superb part of Vienna, one of the few neighbourhoods where you can get something to eat a little later in the evening. For daytime shopping, there is a nice supermarket only a couple of minutes from the hotel, as well as a very old Viennese bakery which adds to the charm of the street (and the buns are sublime!)! The obvious thing about the hotel is that you will be in a great location, perfect if you want to go shopping and/or sightseeing. This is nothing compared to the wonderful staff - we were warmly greeted every time we entered the lobby. Thank you for making our stay wonderful! Last but not least, since we visited Vienna in December, when it is very cold, it is very important to mention that heating can be regulated in the room, and in addition to this you can choose between two types of heating (or choose to have none at all!). I would recommend this hotel to everyone - it is suitable for both families and couples or friends travelling.

I liked everything about this hotel. It was quiet and cosy and warm and I will be back for sure.
