Friendly reception, let us go to our room before check in time; they gave our toddler a bag with goodies. Clean, spacious. Luggage room available. Location near train station, underground.

Leak under our toilet sink: the floor was always wet, had to cover with towels, to prevent my toddler from stepping on it; No baby bathtub; Access for pram wasn't ideal: there were a few steps, separate access with ramp was too steep.

I really like almost everything about this hotel and stay here often. Mainly, it is a very comfortable option near the Hauptbahnhof for a short trip in and out of Vienna. The beds are great and typically everything in the room works. For its price it is really a good deal. There is also a Billa right across the street which makes buying snacks easy.

Although there was strong air-conditioning in the room, it only had two settings: full blast and off. I also had to run it as the window in that room doesn't even open. Secondly, I would not recommend leaving luggage in the luggage room for the day upon checking out. The situation was not very secure and had me worried about my bags all day. Luckily it worked out, but for that reason I may not choose this hotel and days where I have to stay into the afternoon. It's too bad, because everything else is very good and convenient!

Nice clean room, good bed. Also has nice breakfast. Few minutes from train, bus and subway station, 20 min walk to city center.

The hotel is approximately 30 minutes away from the Centre on foot. Safe area. Rece.ption staff could communicate well with us in English. The atmosphere in the hotel is calm and quiet.

On our return to the hotel after a long day out we didn't find bath towels. The reception gave us some towels but when we went back to our room we realized they gave us hand towels and a bath mat. We went back to reception. The staff told us that they didn't have bath towels. We also noticed that mugs and tumblers were not replaced or watched after we used them. When we informed the reception staff the following morning they grinded and said that they took note - no apologies were given. The crockery was watched only after we left them on the bathroom sink.

The location is located outside central city but very close to U1 line and trams, so convenient. The hotel is clean, the facilities are modern, and the breakfast (included for me) was decent, although more veggies would have been nice. The room size was adequate for my needs. There is a nice green space outside the breakfast area which might be pleasant in warmer weather.

I think only one front desk staff member was seen smiling. And he was not from Austria. What is it with the grumpy Austrian behaviour? They were competent and efficient but not so cheerful. I'd probably stay again for the price and location, but not because they made me feel welcome. The hotel has a minimal bar and no room service, so late night socialising in the lobby was not cozy. There are plenty of shops nearby, but nothing open late.

Еverything - the location, the staff, the breakfast. The bathroom was spacious and spotless, I loved the shower and the liquid soap.🙂 Would definitely stay there again!

Everything was perfect!

Everything was fine, as expected. Comfortable room, nice breakfast. Belvedere was a 10-minute walk from the hotel. U1 subway station to city center was 2 minutes away, and from there, a 5 minute commute. Nice neighborhood. A very nice stay in Vienna. Comes recommended.

If we had to be picky, we had better breakfasts at similar hotels elsewhere. It was adequate, though. The room temperature was a bit high sometimes, and we couldn't adjust the temperature. We couldn't figure out how and, to be honest, we didn't ask about it at the reception. For some high temperature in the room is going to be an advantage, especially during winter! Everything was fine at the end. We will choose this hotel again for our next visit to beautiful Vienna, hopefully!

Good comfy bed and soft pillows. Friendly staff at reception - very informative. Good location from the centre - easily accessible by public transport/lime scooters/walking. Belvedere palace is close by and lots of cafes and restaurants around! Also, easy to get to from Vienna airport by train - you get off at Vienna Central Station and walk about five minutes.

Not a deal breaker in the slightest but if a night taxi is needed for the airport, make sure you book it earlier in the day. Earlier in the day when we asked, one staff member said we could get one at the time of check out however when it was time for us to leave, we were told we had to book earlier to avoid taxis being fully booked (we did get lucky as the woman behind the counter was very helpful and we were able to get a taxi out to the airport).

The hotel is ideally located in a central position between the main train station and the city center. This advantageous placement makes it extremely convenient for those arriving from the airport or traveling by train from other cities or countries. Additionally, there is a supermarket situated across from the hotel, providing easy access to any necessities. Moreover, the surrounding area has restaurants and bakeries, offering some options for dining and breakfast. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable. Furthermore, the staff at the hotel were kind and accommodating.

One aspect that caused discomfort during our stay was the bathroom, which had a fume/translucent glass door. As a woman traveling with my brother, it was rather awkward and uncomfortable to have a clear view of each other while using the toilet or changing clothes due to the transparency of the glass.

Hotel is located in a nice, quiet part of Wien, still very close to the city center. Metro station is few steps away and reaching tram station by Belvedere Schloss takes couple of minutes of pleasant walk. Our room had all basic things. Beds are comfortable, so one can get a proper rest after exploring Vienna. Hotel is clean and well kept. Lovely, quiet garden, with birds chirping throughout the day, is a bonus. Nikola and Marta are super professional and hospitable.

Room cleaning service could be a bit better, as well as the sound insulation.
