Leak under our toilet sink: the floor was always wet, had to cover with towels, to prevent my toddler from stepping on it; No baby bathtub; Access for pram wasn't ideal: there were a few steps, separate access with ramp was too steep.

We stayed at Austria Trend Hotel beim Theresianum Wien for three days and had a great experience. The location is excellent — you can reach StephanPlatz in just about 10 minutes, making it easy to explore Vienna’s main attractions. The hotel offers very good facilities, clean and comfortable rooms, and a pleasant atmosphere. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

I really like almost everything about this hotel and stay here often. Mainly, it is a very comfortable option near the Hauptbahnhof for a short trip in and out of Vienna. The beds are great and typically everything in the room works. For its price it is really a good deal. There is also a Billa right across the street which makes buying snacks easy.

Although there was strong air-conditioning in the room, it only had two settings: full blast and off. I also had to run it as the window in that room doesn't even open. Secondly, I would not recommend leaving luggage in the luggage room for the day upon checking out. The situation was not very secure and had me worried about my bags all day. Luckily it worked out, but for that reason I may not choose this hotel and days where I have to stay into the afternoon. It's too bad, because everything else is very good and convenient!

An ideal location for those arriving in Vienna by train. A 5-minute walk from the main train station. 20 minutes' walk to Karlsplatz in the city center. 10 minutes' walk to Belvedere. The hotel entrance is on a busy street. For quiet accommodation, it is advisable to request rooms starting with the number 2 with a view of the courtyard. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I did not request breakfast, so I cannot comment on its quality. There are Billa and Hofer stores opposite the hotel entrance.

I didn't mind, but I was quite surprised that the bed linen wasn't changed during the whole week.

I am an experiensed traveler, and this time I had two problems - a knee after surgery and a large, heavy suitcase. It was my first time at this hotel, so I was a little nervous. I stayed at the hotel for a week. I asked the staff for help on various issues several times. I can give the hotel a 100 instead of 10 points on all counts - cleanliness, a kettle with a selection of different teas in the room, location (three stops on a direct metro line from Stephansplatz, grocery stores, inexpensive cafes and restaurants within walking distance), attentive attitude of the staff. My special thanks to the receptionist Mr. Khaled Yahiaoui. It is obvious that his help and kindness come from the heart, and the smile with which he greets each guest will make your day sunny in any weather. Thank you very much, I will definitely try to come back again

Nice clean room, good bed. Also has nice breakfast. Few minutes from train, bus and subway station, 20 min walk to city center.

The hotel is approximately 30 minutes away from the Centre on foot. Safe area. Rece.ption staff could communicate well with us in English. The atmosphere in the hotel is calm and quiet.

On our return to the hotel after a long day out we didn't find bath towels. The reception gave us some towels but when we went back to our room we realized they gave us hand towels and a bath mat. We went back to reception. The staff told us that they didn't have bath towels. We also noticed that mugs and tumblers were not replaced or watched after we used them. When we informed the reception staff the following morning they grinded and said that they took note - no apologies were given. The crockery was watched only after we left them on the bathroom sink.

The location is located outside central city but very close to U1 line and trams, so convenient. The hotel is clean, the facilities are modern, and the breakfast (included for me) was decent, although more veggies would have been nice. The room size was adequate for my needs. There is a nice green space outside the breakfast area which might be pleasant in warmer weather.

I think only one front desk staff member was seen smiling. And he was not from Austria. What is it with the grumpy Austrian behaviour? They were competent and efficient but not so cheerful. I'd probably stay again for the price and location, but not because they made me feel welcome. The hotel has a minimal bar and no room service, so late night socialising in the lobby was not cozy. There are plenty of shops nearby, but nothing open late.

Еverything - the location, the staff, the breakfast. The bathroom was spacious and spotless, I loved the shower and the liquid soap.🙂 Would definitely stay there again!

Everything was perfect!

Everything was fine, as expected. Comfortable room, nice breakfast. Belvedere was a 10-minute walk from the hotel. U1 subway station to city center was 2 minutes away, and from there, a 5 minute commute. Nice neighborhood. A very nice stay in Vienna. Comes recommended.

If we had to be picky, we had better breakfasts at similar hotels elsewhere. It was adequate, though. The room temperature was a bit high sometimes, and we couldn't adjust the temperature. We couldn't figure out how and, to be honest, we didn't ask about it at the reception. For some high temperature in the room is going to be an advantage, especially during winter! Everything was fine at the end. We will choose this hotel again for our next visit to beautiful Vienna, hopefully!
