The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and in a great location right next to the Taubstummengasse metro station, which made getting around really easy. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I arrived a few hours before the official check-in time and they let me check in early, which I really appreciated. The elevator was a helpful feature and added to the overall convenience. Plus, there are two cafés right opposite the hotel, so getting breakfast outside was convenient.

The air conditioning in the room was not very effective. Even after lowering the temperature, the room stayed quite warm and it was very uncomfortable at night. Breakfast options were limited, especially for vegetarians. There were more choices for non-vegetarians such as pork, ham, sausages and eggs. As someone who prefers vegetarian food, I found the lack of hot vegetarian items and the absence of pastries a bit disappointing. The selection mainly included different types of bread and buns. However, since there are cafés just across the street, it was not a big issue.

Everything was amazing! It was spotlessly clean, very well maintained, and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and equipped with everything one could need for an amazing stay in Vienna! 🎵 Not to mention the location—the hotel is situated in one of the best districts of Vienna, District #4 (Wieden). Wieden is a residential area, yet only 10 minutes away from Karlsplatz, the Wien Museum, the Opera, Sacher Bel Etage, and more. Just around the corner from the hotel, you'll find grocery stores (Billa, Spar, Hoffer, Hellenic Market), amazing coffee houses, restaurants, bakeries, and more. The only thing I wish could be improved is the Wi-Fi. I wouldn't mind paying an extra fee for a more stable connection, and perhaps an added layer of security with individual log-ins. Other than that, it's a 10 out of 10 from me! :)

The staff was especially helpful. I want to say that the young man who is the "bellhop" in the lobby is amazing. Not only is his English excellent but he helped me on several occasions with efficiency and good humor. He should be promoted! When my previously ordered taxi did not show up on time, the young woman who was the day manager ordered a local taxi that showed up in less than two minutes. I was off to the airport and did not miss my flight thanks to her and the young man who works in the lobby.

When getting off the elevator on floor six, I fell heavily after not seeing the step up to the hallway going to my room.

The hotel was fab. Staff were second to none. We had the best time exploring Vienna from the location. The hotel is located about 10 mins from the centre of the city. The underground station is 50m from the front door, which will take you wherever you would like to go. One of the front staff members (sorry having trouble with Vieneese names) recommended and booked a classical concert for us, and it was fab! He also was on hand to help us navigate public transport whenever we needed help.

The staff were friendly and service-minded. The room was adequately spacious, the bed very comfortable, the water pressure in the shower strong. Even though we slept with the window open, the room was quiet. (There was AC but we did not need it). The location was as we desired - not in the very center, but a short walking distance away and easily accessible by metro / tram. Cannot comment on the breakfast - we opted to eat at local cafes.

A floor-length mirror in a hotel room is desirable.

The room was very spacious and clean, the breakfast was sufficient and delicious, the staff was polite and responsive. The hotel is in a very convenient location, in a walking distance to major tourist attractions - Karslplatz, the Opera House, St. Stephen's Cathedral, Hofburg Castle, the Natural History Museum of Vienna, The Kunsthistorisches Museum Wien, the Museum Quarter and many others, and right next to the hotel is entrance to the Metro /U1/.

Very helpful and friendly staff, pleasant room, a little old-fashioned but nicely updated bathroom. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast was very good - as a beekeeper I particularly appreciated the huge honeycomb offered, I have never seen this in a hotel before, splendid! Nice quiet bar area next to reception. And the lift was a fantastic reflective experience!

No kettle in room, just a coffee maker. A pity the hotel has no restaurant - there are a number of restaurants nearby, but we found they almost all needed pre-booking.

The room was well cleaned and exactly as described, with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast had plenty of options, including a cake and fresh fruit. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is great, there are multiple options for lunch/dinner at walking distance (including a lovely Japanese-fusion izakaya) and the metro station is just around the corner.

At breakfast, the quality of coffee and juices was quite low.

The room was big, clean and quiet. Nothing fancy, but good. The bathroom offered sufficient space and the room was arranged daily. Staff was overall friendly and helpful. The location is great to get around.

The breakfast was very basic and the quality medium, cheap cheese, sausage, juices. Close to no variety over 3 days. The breakfast room also would need a make over. Paint coming down the walls. Overall a make-over would do well.

Room was so clean and surprisingly spacious. Bathroom also very large and clean. Detailing in the room also very nice - large windows with drapes, parquet floors and nice varnished desk and wardrobe. Reception staff very friendly (at all hours) and 24hr reception. Location to main station easy 15min walk and less than 100m to the metro station. Easy 20-25min walk into the city centre.

Pillows were too flat and soft but calling reception they bought us some more. No fan in the bathroom.
