The property has a really good location. It takes 15-20 minutes to walk to the Vienna Opera. There were 2 supermarkets just under the hotel: Spar and Bio. Spar was a great one, also there were a coffee machine where you could buy Espresso or Americano just for 1.5 Euro! Perfect 👍🏻 price for a good coffee ☕

Though there should be a train station, but it was under construction and the only way to get to the city centre stroud by walk. There should be the fridge in the room, but when we came, we have been told there there were some problems with it, and they had took it away! But next day they brought it as we have asked them because we really needed it. Thanks staff for solving the problem!)

Instructions for check-in were very clear and helpful. Everything was spotless, clean and the hotel is located in a convenient place. Very quiet in the evening/ night. It has a good bus connection with the main Train station, also a tram line with other places in the center. With shops around, you can find anything you need. Definitely recommend :)

The interior is old,like from 80th.

We stayed at this hotel during its renovation period, so there was no reception, but that didn't affect our experience at all. The check-in process was smooth thanks to the clear instructions provided in advance. The room was clean, well-sized, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Even though our room faced the street, it was quiet. The location is also convenient—close to a tram stop and about a 10-minute walk to the nearest metro station. Overall, it was a good stay!

Great location. The price was very affordable. All amenities worked except the TV was difficult to operate. Nice to have an optional breakfast. Parking available and luggage storage for before and after checkout is nice. I would definitely use them again.

The lobby and breakfast is not open until 8:30 am. I would like to get breakfast earlier.

Check I was super easy amd nice not having to carry around a key. Bed very comfy and TV had option for streaming services. Room larger than expected and big curtains to block out the sun early mornings. Having a fridge was a nice addition. Very clean. Quiet area. 15 min walk to hbf train station.

Would have been nice to have coffee in the room.

The Hotel is at an excellent location distance from all public transport. Everything is a 5min walk away. There's lots of mini markets close by, pharmacies and everything that could be needed for a trip. Good option for self-check in. Instructions are sent in advance and there is no confusion. Recommend for short stays on a good price.

There was a small bit of mold on the bathroom ceiling, but other than that everything was amazing. Would visit again!

The room is small but tidy. Good bathroom. The place is just next to the tram stop, tram number 1 is taking you straight to the Vienna State Opera in the city center in 8 min.

Actually I think the early check in in this property just simply not feasible as the hotel is small and all people are usually staying for 1 night, their checkout is rarely before 11. So when the cleaning is finished is already 13. When I arrived the gentleman at the desk was not even happy with my question about the early check in, even before he got to know about my booking and type of the room. I found his tone even offensive. It was 11 am 16th of June. It would be nice if the welcoming the guests would be more pleasant. The other two receptionists were super nice and friendly, very helpful along the stay.

We came back to this hotel as it's a nice quiet neighborhood, close to our son, very clean, cozy, and has a nice balcony. It's contactless, which is actually very convenient not having to keep up with a key or room card. The staff was very responsive when I texted with any issue.

Small and cozy, even though contactless - easy check in. Nice facilities around the hotel too. Very close to the central station. The room was clean, lot of drwaers and sotrage options, AC and towels and sheets.

Might be a little confusing for the check in since its relatively modern (keypad and codes based system). Would appreciate maybe a help desk or someone in the lobby for any queries or compaints.
