Great location, lovely public space, friendly staff

Having stayed in a couple of other 4 star hotels in Vienna we thought the breakfast didn’t match up. The menu items had amazing descriptions that didn’t really match what we received. No chocolate croissants in the buffet. The Bircher Müsli was disappointing. These are very small things in the overall scheme of things, but they are the things you remember.

The ambiance, the decoration, the scent, the products and the overall quality in every detail in the hotel. I also like that staff were very helpful and service skillful. I loved the Gym as well, and the quality of the drinks at the bar.

Just a silly thing, when I asked for an ice bucket, the barman at the time said he had ice but didn't have an ice bucket, even if we had just had one in our room when we ordered prosecco. We eventually got one, after I searched for it in the restaurant. But I think this could have been done by the barman and it stood out to me since everyone else had been so nice and helpful. Other than that nothing to mention, our stay was awesome.

The room was quiet. The only thing I could hear was the vent/AC, but still I was able to sleep comfortably. It was rather clean. It was spacious. Built-in wardrobe was a nice thing, which allowed me to unpack my luggage. Nice and competent employees. Good location - just right next to U4 line station which takes you directly to Wien Mitte station in less than 15 mins. Also restaurants around were cheaper than the ones in Innere Stadt. Amenities such as free Manner wafers and a diverse offer of hot drinks was a nice touch.

I think that glass in walk-in shower area was too short (or rather the walk-in shower itself was too short). The result was that water was splashing all around the bathroom. I think that there was too much strength needed to close the door to room. I chose this particular hotel because I stayed at Indigo in Dresden Wettiner Platz once and I really like it. Indigo Vienna Naschmarkt was fine as well, but because of those few cons I cannot put it in the same level.

A unique modern urban forest alike design with good vibe , stuff is friendly and supportive , the room was very clean and well equipped.. I would definitely will rebook this pearl in the heart of Vienna .. thank you stuff 😊

All the staff including housekeeping were great and all spoke English. Plenty of choices from the breakfast buffet and you can order a few items as well. My room had a walk-in shower that was exceptional as I was able to get water from two shower heads. My motorcycle was secured in their underground parking. Bedding and pillows were excellant and the A/C blew cold air.

The gym/workout room is lacking. There are dumbbells, a bench and a few treadmills but that's it. There's plenty of room to add in a few other pieces of equipment. The "restaurant" is more of a bistro and is limited. At least in my room, the power outlets are by the bed only, if you have a lot of electronics to charge like I do, it's not enough.

I’m absolutely delighted with this hotel! It’s incredibly beautiful — like an oasis in the heart of the city. My room was very spacious, with a separate bathroom and toilet, which was a big plus, even though I was traveling alone. The bed was extremely comfortable with lovely bedding, and I especially want to highlight the bath products — a high-quality brand with a pleasant scent. My room overlooked a cozy and quiet terrace. The staff were very polite and friendly, always ready to help. I was truly satisfied with my stay and will definitely come back again — I’ll also recommend this hotel to my friends!

We chose here as it looked quite quirky and offered secure underground parking for our motorbike (extra charge) . We both loved it here, central location, friendly and helpful staff, The hotel is quite quirky/hippy with hanging chairs, the rooms on different levels etc. We had a simple room on the very ground floor which overlooks the courtyard, with a small terrace area with a hanging chair. The room was spacious and comfortable with a nice big shower so no complaints. The underground is literally opposite which was handy for our day out exploring as well. We enjoyed a few too many cocktails at the bar as well. Breakfast was very good but also quite expensive (city centre location are going to be) . This was one of my favourite hotels of the trip though it was the most expensive, i didn't feel it wasn't worth it.

My stay at this hotel was truly perfect! The location is excellent, conveniently close to everything I wanted to explore in the city. What truly set this experience apart was the exceptional staff. Every team member I interacted with was warm, professional, and genuinely committed to making my stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. Their kindness, attention to detail, and willingness to go above and beyond made a lasting impression. I also want to highlight their incredible laundry service, which was not only top-notch but impressively fast. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for creating such a memorable and beautiful experience
