The hotel is in a good location, close to most attractions and easy to find. Our room was really big and well equipped. The breakfast was ok, although not many things to choose from. There were couple of christmas market stalls next to the hotel and we could enjoy gluhwein over there.

Basically everything was really ok at the hotel. But: At night time, every time somebody walked somewhere at the stairs, all lights at the stairs and corridor went on and it made the bedroom so light also. That was disturbing. Another small thing is that I longed for natural yoghurt at the breakfast.

I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Haydn in Vienna. The location is right on Mariahilfer Straße, with easy access to shops, cafes, and public transport. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and the room was clean, comfortable.

One thing to note is that in the mornings, some other guests were quite loud, possibly because they were getting ready to go out for breakfast. While it’s understandable, it’s not ideal to be woken up by people talking loudly in the hallway.

Great location right on a main pedestrian/shopping street, but at the same time very peaceful. Comfortable beds and in general the room was very functional. Included and good breakfast was also a nice perk. Great value for the price, would stay again!

The only negative was that there was a bit more furniture in the room than what was depicted in the pictures (a bunk bed), which left somewhat less free floor space than expected

Great location, walking distance to city center and easy metro access to anywhere in the city.

our room seemed to be above a restaurant or something so people talked until very late, especially on weekends. Also our key didn't work on the main entrance doors so we had to wait for staff to open it after we rang the doorbell.

The location of this hotel is absolutely excellent. You walk out the front doors and so much of the city is immediately accessible to you. The historic downtown is a 15 to 20 minute walk away.

The property is older and a little bit convoluted to get to your room plus, they are still using old school physical keys, which is a little bit cumbersome. However, the location of this hotel overcomes the downsides of the older aspects.

The place was clean, comfortable and great for a family with kids. The staff was very nice and helpful. The location is good, right next to the U3 metro line and within walking distance to a lot of shops. It's really close to the aquarium/zoo "Hause de Meeres" a great place for kids to visit.

The breakfast room was pretty small and cramped, and the food lacked in variety. But it was Ok-ish for a quick meal before going into town.

The hotel is situated on Mariahilfestrasse, right opposite to the metro station. Everything (shops, restaurants, main attractions) are very well reachable eihter by walk or by public transport. It was a little bit difficult to find the entrance to the hotel as the reception is situated on the 2nd floor of the building. The dining where breakfast was served is very tiny and we had to wait until we were seated but the staff was perfectly kind and the food selection was better than we expected. We had very spacious appartment with small kitchen, living room with sofa and separate bedroom.

Everything was fine. The price was significantly lower than is usual in that location and I think we got what we paid for. Nothing special but good enough.

perfect location, 1minute from metro U3 and in the centar of shopping street Mariahilfestrasse. Many restaurants, fast food and caffes are locatied in the area. Can be noisy in night because street is alive 24h,, Stuff is polite and proffesional.

Some of the stuff doest speak english at all. Hotel is located in the second floor and you must ring the bell, and they open door remotely. It can be irritant if the door are broken. I advice to have direkt phone of the reception in your mobile.

I booked this hotel during nighttime, when I asap needed to find new stay, when i was not able to get into my previouse appartment. The stuff was super nice and let us check in during nighttime, the room was really nice, clean, room service was wonderful, every night clean bedding, 24 h reception, super great location, i am very pleased and can recommend!
