It's very centrally located, there is loads of space and the staff are very friendly. It was well heated and comfortable. There were plenty of towels provided and the bed linen was clean.The u bann is literally outside the door.

It was a third floor apartment with no lift and 75 steps up to it. On the surface it looked clean but the crockery and cutlery needed attention, I had to wash most of it before use. One of the dining chairs was broken and I ended up on the floor. There were no channels on the T.V. and the wifi wasn't working.

The hotel is in one of the best locations in Vienna. Close to shops and restaurants, near the underground station. Spacious apartment, three bedrooms, one living room with kithchen and two bathrooms. The apartament was in the first floor and it was clean and warm when we arrived. There is no elevator, but it wasn't a problem for us. I asked for earlier check in and they gave us the 30 minutes before the regular check in time. They kept our laguage until the rooms were ready. The girl in the reception was very kind and helpful. My children liked the apartment very much. Definitely comming back again.

There were no lifts, so if you have mobility issues or a big luggage that might be difficult. There is a smell in one of the bathroms, probably because of the drainage issues. Very small towells in the bathroom.

This is the ultimate location for those who want to see Vienna and will be utilizing the city's amazing public transit system. Located conveniently near the entrance of the U3 line, both the city center and Schloß Schönbrun are within 20 minutes and minimum transfers. You are a mere 35 - 45 minutes from the airport with one train change. As to the accommodations, Plenty of hot water, plenty of towels, and plenty of free coffee! The beds are balanced on softness and firmness, reliable internet to help you plan, and a wonderful kitchen if you want to save some money by cooking. This was the quintessential, spacious European apartment.

They should put more prominently notify you that some of the units are up as many as four flights of stairs. There is no lift or elevator.

The location, staff friendliness and enthusiasm, size of the apartment and breakfast were fabulous!

The shower was not very good, the hairdryer needed replacing but they did bring us another to use that was also a little worse for wear and the pillows were very flat indeed but the hosts warmth and all other aspects outweighed these little niggles and we have already recommended to friends and family back home.

Our stay at Urban Serviced Apartments on Mariahilferstrasse in Vienna was fantastic. The spacious apartments were perfect for our family, offering privacy and comfort. With a well-equipped kitchen, we could easily prepare meals. The central location on Mariahilferstrasse was a shopper's paradise, with easy access to restaurants and attractions. The staff was friendly and efficient, making our stay even more enjoyable. In summary, Urban Serviced Apartments are an excellent choice for families and groups visiting Vienna. The combination of size, location, and service made our trip memorable. We can't wait to come back.

Its very big and comfortable appartment and has an amazing location. In general it was all good.

It’s all good, but you can see the dust at the sofa, in general the feeling of a bit of dust. And its loud - you can hear the neighbors speaking in all the rooms. The coffee machine didn't work. And the building has no lift and we were living at the 3rd floor.

Great apartment, clean and modern.

There is absolutely no wifi, and a notice to guests that “not having wifi is not a reason to not pay your bill” which indicates that it’s been an issue in the past and they are unwilling to fix it. Annoying but not a deal breaker as we had data.

I liked the convenient location and the size of the apartments. The staff is exceptional, they were very helpful and even came to the hotel out of hours to give us a spare key. Breakfast was delicious and varied.

I can't say I didn't like something.
