Amazing vibe, I felt at home as soon as I entered. Some cozy lights were on, it was wonderfully warm and welcoming! Beautiful interiors, super clean and little notes for us to read, welcoming us to the room with 4 free drinks in the fridge as well! Everything was ready, washing machine capsule were also there for us to use which was amazing as we arrived as a family of 4 and I could put washes on without needing to go out to buy capsules. Super clean and I just loved it all. In the basement we could go and get more essentials such as towels, extra capsules, extra coffee and tea. Easy for a family! Also if you contact their WhatsApp number, the responses to your query is immediate (AI), in case your request or query is more complicated just email them and they answer without much delay.

We ran out of shower gel and there wasn't any in the essentials closet maybe just bad luck because everything else was available

A large one bedroom apartment with all one needs to cook and more for a long stay. The large room contains the usable kitchen and a dining table for four, plus a living space with comfy sofa and a desk. A surprisingly large entry hallway was a good place to store things and put outerware. The beds are very comfortable. All the soaps and towels are very nice. The space is very quiet, with the windows on courtyards. But the main street is not noisy and just a few minutes walk from busy Mariahilfer and two U-train lines, with plenty of restaurants and food stores.

The living room might have felt more homey with a bit more furniture. The kitchen work space is small, but the dining table is right there for prep.

Its location is a bit far to the historical places but within walking distance. It is very close to good restaurants, cafes, patisseries and the shopping street. Our apartment was very chic, very clean and quiet. The equipment is more than enough, there is even an olive oil in the kitchen. Our bed was very comfortable. The apartment is quite big and spacious. We stayed as 3 people and we were very pleased with everything. Highly recommend it!

I think bed linen is made of polyester. So it made me feel hot. But this is a very small thing compared to other good aspects of the hotel.

The apartment was very clean. The beds were comfortable. A toaster would have been a nice option, but the lack of it was not a deal breaker. The vibe was superb. :)

It was warm in the unit, and the AC wasn't working, so we slept with the windows open. Some of the other residents were unreasonably loud in the evening and morning hours while going in or out of the complex. It was a bit annoying. They are signs on many places about quiet hours, though.

Very centrally located and good quality, new

No aircon and I was put on the ground floor, so I had to keep my windows open to keep cool. This felt risky in terms of security as the pin given to get you though the main door meant that you could pass inside when someone else was entering and bluff tour way in - as I did on two occasions.

It was a wonderful place! Beautiful, clean, modern apartment! The beds and pillows was so comfortable 🤍 All the time we had online assistance, easy acces to the room, easy to check in (1hour earlier) and check out, possibility to store luggage on the day of check-in and check-out, which was extremely convenient for us. Very good location. We will come back again.

Everything was wonderful

The whole apartment complex was very nice and we liked the location a lot. Room was clean and comfortable, all in all recommend this place for exploring the city.

Unfortunately the shower is very badly built - the shower door was installed incorrectly and it can't be closed all the way so there is no way of showering without a flood all over the floor. We also disliked the fact that we only got automated replies when trying to contact them.

Nice, clean and modern Apartment, quite spacious with modern Kitchen facilities, dish washer and wash machine. The location is quite, but there is a nice shopping street just 5 minutes by foot. The center is within 15-20 walking distance. The communication is via what's up and bot, but it is helpfull and working good. You can get extra bed linen, towels and kitchen staff in a special place also free of charge

We appreciated the coffee machine and coffee and tea provided. We went to a nearby coffee shop and every morning tasted delicious croissants and bagels. The room was very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. We especially liked the down pillows which allowed us to sleep better. Everything provided to us was as if we were back home. The kitchen was well equipped with quality utensils, and pots and pans. The refrigerator was like new and the stove and oven and dishwasher were like brand new and very high quality. We also appreciated the washer/dryer and iron and hairdryer (high quality). The bathroom was very spacious and modern like brand new. The location was excellent and all the restaurants, stores and shops were nearby and the city center was only a few minutes away. We will always choose to go to Numa apartments. The standards are of high quality and the man that helped us enter our security code was so helpful and careful in explaining everything we asked.

It would have been nice if the shower water pressure was a little bit stronger to help rinse the body faster.

central location, just 6-8mins walk to U3 line. comes with washing and drying machine, spacious. good heating. the kitchenette comes in handy for simple breakfast preparation. double glazed window cuts out most of the noise from the street (which is quite loud if you open up the windows for ventilation). very prompt response via its automated whatsapp assistance.

abit dusty and corners were not cleaned thoroughly. sofa bed a bit too squeaky and sunken in the middle but good for 1 pax. no separation of shower and wc to different room itself hence if your company is more than 2 then wait ensues. lack of stopping place for loading/unloading. but all these are minor issues for us during the stay.
