Beautiful rooms with heavy doors, meaning the noise from the other rooms was inexistent. The room had everything you needed and i found that the hanger in the shower was just amazing - you can hang the towel and it does not get wet. That way when you finish you bath you can fry yourself and be warm. I know it seems a small detail but i loved it. Wifi works very well. Location is perfect, MTR just nearby (if it is raining you don´t get wet).

The hair dryer worked poorly. I had to stop several times when drying my hair. If you wanted to book a table in the restaurant you have to contact them directly. It does not make sense to me as the restaurant is in the hotel - I don´t understand why reception cannot help.

Beautiful new hotel in a great location, right on the pedestrianized shopping thoroughfare of Mariahilferstrasse. I asked for a room on higher floor and was given a corner unit with a fabulous view over Vienna and the nearby building of Cafe Ritter. The room was beautiful and very clean, I especially liked the pretty wallpaper and the customizable lighting features. I also enjoyed the organic bath products by the local brand St Charles that one can also buy at the hotel (the brand's store is nearby in the same area too) and the little treats like dental kit etc. The welcome drink upon check-in is a great gesture. I had mentioned that a few days ago was my birthday and they treated me to a very tasty almond croissant from the hotel's bakery, Motto Bros. I have visited the hotel's restaurant, Chez Bernard, a couple of times in the past and it is quite good. This time I also had the chance to drop by the rooftop bar, although I was short for time because I had tickets for a performance in Museumsquartier, so I only had a drink there and got the food in a box to have in my room later. Overall great stay and I hope to return when I visit Vienna again later this year

the hotel front desk staff was extremely helpful, understanding with requests given my special circumstances. great at problem solving. the view from window is very austrian. location is perfect - walkable to lots of fun places and convenience stores, famous gelato and bakery, multiple subway (u-bahn) entrance right at hotel doors. popular even at night. queit, blackout curtain. great shower pressure. have a decent restaurant and bakery at the hotel. dry clean service. great lighting in room. room overall looks tidy, aesthetic pleasing, and comfortable -- would have been perfect if not the fabric and silverfish issue (see below).

the fabric on the wall and bed frame makes the room prone to sliverfish.. which I ran into a couple times at toilet at night. it is harmless but still makes me less relaxed at room. the fabric looks hard to clean which raises cleaniess concern. the staff at the hotel restaurant and bakery can sometimes be a little cold. the dish quality at the hotel restaurant is not very consistent, sometimes impressive, sometimes weird - even got a fly onto my soup once. the tv screen was on at check in, even if you don't turn it on - then gives an unexpected bright light through the closet at night -- was scared and annoyed - but once i turned it off its fine. no in-room service, need to go to restaurant.

It’s new, we liked the design, it’s cozy. They really paid great attention to the details when they made this hotel. The staff in the hotel is very nice, but unfortunately at the rooftop restaurant, they don’t have a nice attitude, from the manager to the waiters. The only nice waiter there was the asian lady who was extremely nice, but other than her, all the men were super rude.

It’s pretty far from the center (30 min walk in real life) and the area is a bit scary at night. We didn’t feel comfortable when we were arriving at night back at the hotel. We wouldn’t stay here again because of the location which is a pity because the hotel is really nice

Service at the hotel restaurant (Chez Bernard) was inconsistent. Most were lovely and attentive but for one experience. When we sat for breakfast on our last day at around 8:45am, we were told the table had to be returned by 10am which gave us plenty of time. By 9:45 I called for the check. It came quickly and I signed it. I was still finishing my coffee when the waiter came over and said (in a rather rude voice) “we need the table back”. It was 9:50. I did not appreciate being chased out the restaurant. Surely they did not need more than 10min to clear a small table, and there were plenty of empty tables. Why do this to a customer after she has paid and is obviously just finishing up? Just takes one bad apple to taint an otherwise perfect experience.

A very modern and luxe feeling hotel, great location for using the underground and walking to main locations, on the back of a shopping street so local amenities close by but rooms seem sound proofed (not sure if they are) but you get no noise from the street. Very clean and housekeeping seem to come quickly each day and stock the room. It would be nice to have water free of charge in the room as well as hot drinks. Breakfast at chez Bernard was also lovely!

There wasn’t room service available but a ‘self-service room service’ which seemed to be inconsistent between reception staff, some saying drinks from the restaurant would be available in our room and some saying it wouldn’t (we did manage to get hot chocolate from the restaurant in the room in the end but had to ask different employees).

The room was cozy and clean, with an excellent view. The bed was really comfortable, and we weren’t disturbed by any noise during the night — which we really appreciated. The location is great, with all kinds of public transport nearby and plenty of shops and restaurants around the hotel.

The rooftop bar has no service! You have to go downstairs, wait in a long line at the actual bar, grab your drink, and then carry it all the way back up to the rooftop. Way too much effort — not worth it. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was disappointing: bland, small portions, overpriced. The room was beautifully decorated and felt really cozy, but if you sit down on the sofa and lean back, you can easily hit your head on the bottom of the TV. Please make the decor safer for guests!

I stayed two nights with my nephew and our stay was absolutely delightful. The hotel is charming and walking distance from the center and museum quarters. The subway stop is just next to the hotel making it super easy to get around. Our room was spacious and beautiful and it had a beautiful tub. The toiletries and the cleanliness top notch. I must say it has the services of a 5 star hotel. But the most special thing was Sandra from reception. She truly went beyond to make our stay more memorable. I had sent an email asking for an amenity for my nephew's birthday and she always answered promptly and with care and kindness. When we arrived (early) our room was ready and beautifully decorated with balloons which Sandra had made sure were of my nephews favorite colors and the cake. The extra touch of putting an extra heater just so we could find the room warm was really special. Her suggestions were excellent, and during our stay, she took so much care of us and always with a smile answered to all our requests. She is a true gem of the property. Sandra even took time to text us the best places to buy Sacher torte on our very last day and give us suggestions over the phone. You should hold on to her. Thank you so much, Sandra. We will most certainly come back. We didn't have the time to try the restaurant but we saw the ambiance and it was charming and elegant, next time we will for sure.

Stuff was very helpful, they immediately solved little problem which occured in our room.

Hotel does not offer its own breakfast, guests have to eat elsewhere or have breakfast a la carte at the restaurant Chez Bernard which is in the same building (but we would prefer if they would also offer breakfast buffet for hotel guests).

Excellent staff, very friendly and nice. Check-in was very fast and smooth. Excellent location nearby everything you need. The room is well maintained and clean. The bus and metro access are very close, which is a big advantage. I really enjoyed my stay. I can't think of anything that I didn't like
