+ facilities were clean, women's toilet was only a single one with its own mirror and sink which gave extra privacy + 3 separate showers with lots of room and their own mirror and sink and a common bathroom area with two hairdryers + big kitchen with kettle, microwave, coffe and tea selection (free) and drinks from a fridge (self service for a few euros) + comfy beds + large room and windows, high ceiling + everything was "Alice in Wonderland" themed and felt very homey and comfortable + a big lounge near the entrance with sofas, books, games and city guide maps + the host was super friendly and offered to help with anything

walls are very thin, you could hear the other guests at night - one window didn't close properly

A great place to stay, a wonderful host. We were staying with a three-year old child, the host did more than reasonably expected to make our stay smooth and convenient. Breakfasts were delicious and served on established times, the room with private bathroom was impeccably clean. The host organized a parking spot for our car (it was in another building in the nearby, so you may need to carry your luggage, but despite this little inconvenience I think it is a great option as the hotel is located in the historic centre and finding a free spot might be difficult and much more expensive). There are in fact restaurants near the windows, but it was rather a silent chatter coming from outside, definitely not party's noise, and stopped around 11 p.m. We took the advantage of the localisation and eat one of the best pizzas ever (Pizzeria MamaMia). The hotel is within a walking distance from the House of the Sea (Haus des Meeres), which is a great place to visit for both children and adults. There is also a public playground for children in the close vicinity of the hotel (opposite the MamaMia restaurant). Another one is next to Haus des Meeres.

For us it was NOT a problem, but if you or your companions are highly sensitive to noises, please take into account the fact that there are several restaurants below the hotel (probably not below all rooms, but at least some; in our opinion, the restaurants were NOT noisy on weekday evenings) and that you can hear other guests passing the corridor.

Everything about this property is quirky and wonderful! It is themed in Alice in Wonderland (but subtle—so it is never too much) The hosts are terrific and very communicative - after-hours entry is bizarre but the instructions are clear! Kitchen is huge and espressos and tea are free. My private room was enormously spacious and had a lovely huge window. Great light and great sleep!! Also fantastic location - super easy to walk anywhere - and the hosts again are so gracious and helpful with instructions and recommendations. She told me to see Hundert-Wasser Haus and if you are an Alice in wonderland fan then you should see it too!!

The place was completely silent at night while I was there and I was always worried I would wake someone by walking about or making a late night call overseas. On the other hand it was good to not take work calls on vacation! Haha. The bathroom is shared but I never had to wait for it. It is thorough the common room tho so if you choose this location, be aware to walk to showers or WC you’ll want clothes and slippers

Great location, we could easily walk in to the city. Nearest U Bahn station was at the top of the road. Lovely big double room with high ceilings and plenty of storage. Comfortable memory foam mattresses. Shared kitchen with free tea/coffee was a bonus. Amazing cafe/bakery in same road, with plenty of choices of places to eat within a stone's throw. Hosts Ildiko and her husband Peter were great, very friendly and helpful

Some external noise outside the apartment, so I needed ear plugs to sleep as I'm a light sleeper - but my daughter didn't and slept through it well.

Really nice location in Vienna with lots of good restaurants and shops nearby. The place was very clean and the room was comfortable. We were there on a particularly hot week and the room was very warm at night, but can’t help the weather. The place was quiet at night, even with the window open, which was nice. Very cool decorations and it was nice to have coffee in the morning.

Only downside was occasionally having to wait a minute to use the shared bathroom. Never had to wait for a shower stall though, the showers were above expectations!

Location is great with easy access to the U Bahn and bus. Room is large and clean. Lovely host Free coffee and tea available at all times. Ability to turn on/off heating and open windows to manage room temperature as one likes.

When booking the accomodation I didn't realise that it was more of a hostel than a BnB. Wasn't a problem as the place is really well maintained, clean and very quiet. Could make it clearer though that the bathroom is shared (I didn't realise this when booking as it only becomes clear when clicking through to the long list of room details.

The hotel is within walking distance of the city center, along a lively street full of shops and cafés. It's also conveniently close to two metro lines, making it easy to get around. The property was clean, the room spacious and quiet. Although breakfast wasn't included, we found an excellent pastry shop just a few meters away where we enjoyed breakfast every morning. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and the price was very competitive, offering great value for money.

The property was very close to the centre and few minutes away from the U3 and U4 underground stations which were a direct link to the main attractions. Peter the host was super nice and the whole theme (Alice in Wonderland) was super detailed and cool! The rooms was clean and warm.

It was a little bit hard to find the entrance from downstairs as it says “follow the white rabbit” but we couldn’t find it very easily from the entrance.

Without any exaggeration, for us it was "home away from home" experience. Small pension -- well equipped, nicely designed, very well organized . We felt that we were welcomed and cared for. The location is very central (close to Mariahilfer str) , and still quiet. Spacy room, high ceiling... The host is very nice, helpful, and a fascinating person to talk to :) I definitely recommend this wonderful (Wienderful?) place to each and everyone who plans to visit Vienna.

The property is quite central, easy to access bus/metro stops to get around the city. The room was very spacious and had a lot of natural light. We booked a room with a shared bathroom (didn’t realize at first) and despite the owner offering to change the room, we retained the same booking as the room was lovely. The shared facilities were always clean and we never found ourselves having to wait to use the bathroom/shower. Overall we had a lovely time and we would definitely stay here again.
