The location is excellent, at walking distance from main sights and museums. Moreover, it is on a main pedestrian commercial street. The hotel has also a nice style of furniture and the room was clean. All our requests were promptly met by the staff at the reception.

Rather small room. There is currently a large construction area in front of the hotel, which during weekdays it is likely to generate noise. An inconvenience is that the street of the hotel - which is a main commercial one - is the place of gathering of several homeless and perhaps alcohol addicted people, and they may sometimes shout overnight. However, during our stay, we had no problem with any of them besides a bit of (still acceptable) noise in the night.

The location is great for pedestrian access if you like walking. Lots of eateries, museums, shops, public transport within a mile to half a mile. Room was spacious with a kitchenette (refrigerator, stove and espresso coffee maker) so takeout was easy to heat, etc. Bath was large, bed was comfortable. Accessing the room required taking my luggage up two steps so not handicap friendly.

You need to be able to walk your luggage about 1/2 a block from your taxi drop off. Street is closed to traffic at Lobby entry. I managed fine but be aware if you’re expecting curbside entry.

Great location: in a quiet part of the city, but nearby is a subway station and with it you are in 5 minutes at St. Stephen's Cathedral in the heart of Vienna. Moreover, the hotel is located on one of Vienna's most famous shopping streets. Nearby there are also some nice cafes where you can have a drink in the evening. Friendly and helpful staff. The room is cleaned daily and you get new towels every day. Very clean room, excellent sanitary facilities and air conditioning in the room. No noise from surrounding streets during the night.

Breakfast is not included. You can have breakfast there, but it will cost you 18euros per person and for some strange reason there is no breakfast on Tuesdays.... (or at least not when I was there). OK, breakfast was fine! Although very modest buffet. If you do not have much time, it is a great option to have breakfast there and spend 18 euros on it, but if you have more time: for the same price you have much better breakfast options in the area. I had two fan-tas-tas-tic breakfasts within a 15-minute walk for exactly the same price... So it really pays to research your breakfast options in advance. Furthermore, the elevator is ridiculously slow and it takes quite a long time to find the right mix between cold and hot water in the shower. But once found, it's a blissful shower!

Excellent location with a metro station not more than 2 minutes walk from the hotel. There are nearby stores to buy everything you might need from groceries, to late night fast food. City centre and almost every major sight worth seeing relatively close, only about a a 15-20 minute walk, i barely used the metro.

Bathroom was a bit tight, although i'm kind of a bigger person. There are some homeless people here and there but no one ever bothered me. Some screams could be heard at night from the road too, but nothing that scared me or didn't let me sleep. Other than that everything was really nice.

The location is FANTASTIC - 5 to 7 mins on foot from key points in Vienna, ie. the Museum District, KHM, NHM, Albertina, the Ring with access to all you need (Rathaus, Opera, Belvedere, via tram), same distance to a Třześniewzky on the same street (Mariahilfergasse) and to Coffee Junkie coffeshop (THE ABSOLUTE BEST COFFEE IN VIENNA!) on Kirchengasse (there is another one on Pilgramsgasse, btw), which is also where 49 tramstop is. And the fabulous Vienna Aquarium in one of the WWII flak towers is literally next door! The hotel itself sits literally over Neubaugasse U4 metro station, which again gives you access to everywhere, and there are elevators to the platforms. Nothing can be better from the point of view of foot and traffic connectedtness. The hotel itself is newly renovated, with shining marble on the floors etc, rooms are very spacious and comfy, widows face the Mariahilfergasse and the church, there is an elevator. Will stay there again.

There were no downsides at all!

The location is perfect, right in the middle of the main pedestrian street in Vienna, in the center of shopping and restaurants, and close to the museum quarter. This is the best location for tourists. The staff was friendly and helpful. The view from my room was amazing.

I wasn’t familiar with what a “pension hotel” is—but it is not a full hotel building, but rather one floor in a building filled with other things (a movie theater, another hotel, apartments and offices). This was a little uncomfortable as it required a lot of stairs (the elevator was often not working or used by construction workers who were doing remodeling in the lobby), and my room was a little small and crowded with furniture. However, none of this was a big problem, and the location of the hotel is ideal.

Amenities in the room are quite complete. Besides the basic items: hairdryer, towels, toilet paper, TV, free wifi, there are also a safety box, a fridge, and ironing board. The hotel locates right in the city center, next to a subway station, on one of the busy street with many stores, restaurants, grocery stores, drugstores, and ciname nearby.

The location of the room is not amazing at all...The building has weird and old-style infrastructure, which the hallway is not in the center but on one side. That means, some of the rooms have windows not facing outside, but facing the hallway instead. 😱 That also means, I can hear everything on the hallway, and anyone on the hallway can also hear any noise or conversation from my room. Especially if I open the windows, people on the hallway can even smell whatever that comes out of my bathroom...I find the lack of privacy part terrible. It's not something that hotel staff can do to improve. So I would suggest anyone who cares about the privacy, choose another hotel instead.

Good size room. Good location in the middle of the shopping high street. Accessing the hotel itself is slightly obscure but compensates for the price in off-season. Staff are friendly and helpful.

There was no complimentary tea and coffee. I don't believe it offers any breakfast service, however since its located on the high street means there's plenty of cafe nearby. I think its an apartment style hotel which might be adjacent to other private residential accommodation. There was also a fair amount of building work taking place in the building block. The hotel is not an entire block shown in the main profile picture. Only few rooms amongst other owners in the block.

The location is absolutely great! There is a lot of noise from the outside, but the windows pretty much block it. It was clean, and there was shampoo and body soap in the shower (not the small ones). The smoke detector wouldn't stop beeping, but that problem was solved very quickly. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We weren't out all day, and the room service came when we were in the room, two days in a row, but they quickly arranged it when we talked to them, and they even gave us complimentary tea 😊
