The property was very clean, the room was spacious and bed was comfortable. The location was perfect as it’s a walking distance from museums and the city centre

The shower head was broken, and the TV did not include non-german channels or streaming options (often provided in 4* hotels). The hallways can be very noisy which may be a problem if you’re a light sleeper

The hotel is located on a quiet street - no cars, no tourists, so you can relax after a working day. The hotel’s room is very cosy, I really liked the size and design. There is everything you need for a comfortable staying - a working space with a nice table, a teapot and even a capsule coffee machine. The breakfast was good. I would love to stay here once again.

According to the hotel information, it provides printing services for free. However, when I asked to print my documents, the manager said that the printer was not working. This was quite inconvenient, since I was counting on this option.

no soundproofing in the room at all! You hear absolutely everything, and the room was not clean enough, towels were old, dripping tap in bathroom, bath was to old, need to change. A lot of dust on the bedside table, it was really strange to see it. Moments like this leave bad impression

The room was perfect , the style of the hotel too, great position. lot's of parking options near by (paying ofc)

The breakfast was ok, surely not on par with the room and the hotel. Next time I'll do it outside of the hotel.

Very spacious room, enormous. Very comfortable bed. Good bathroom. We did not try the breakfast but the smell was very nice! Location is really good, 5 min from subway and 15 min walking to Hofburg and Museum Quartier.

The location, while not in the central tourist area of town is well-serviced by public transport (train and trams both within easy walking distance) and if you like a room with space than you’ll enjoy this place. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable (our daughter was staying in the hotel at the same time and had an equally spacious room, so it wasn’t just a luck of the draw thing).

The only thing we didn’t like (and we’re picking straws here) was the apparent herd of elephants who were staying above us and stomped around their room at inappropriate hours - but that’s nothing to rate the hotel down on.

the room was spacious and very comfortable, great to have coffee and tea facilities in the room plus a fridge. The bed was great and we bothy slept very well. The hotel was perfectly located and so close to shopping, bars and restaurants and underground. Very close to all the major sights. The staff were very helpful with ideas for food and bus routes We have a wonderful time. thank you

room was a little hot and had to put the air con on for a while to cool it down. The mirror in the bathroom was too high but I coped for a few days.

Warm and friendly staff, great breakfast, room was large, room layout functioned very well - bedroom could be closed off by a door from the bathing, toilet, and closet areas. Loved that there was a health food market directly across the street. Location was very good, a short walk from the MuseumsQuartier. Around the corner from the famous Gelateria La Romana, also a few good eateries down the street and on neighboring streets, major shopping a couple blocks away.

Nearest laundromat was an 18-minute walk away.

The location was amazing, and the vibe was exactly what we were looking for. You are a 12 minute walk to the Museum Quarter. There are lots of restaurants to choose from, and the tram and underground are literally minutes from the hotel. The art deco feel of the hotel is wonderful, and the staff we dealt with were friendly and eager to help.

Couldn't control the air con and breakfast was over priced.

Location is good, pretty much walkable to most attractions in Vienna. Bedding is very comfortable, love the coffee machine in the room too.

The gigantic room key, although the reception is available 24hr but having to drop the key and collect it back each time we leave and come back is troublesome. Would be great if the TV offer more English channels, the sun set early (4pm) when we visit in winter and we spent hours in the room at night without entertainment. The toilet being separated from the shower room is another hassle (for me personally), having to run between two separate doors each time using the toilet is pointless.
