I am a very scrupulous person, and I must say that the room and the hotel were very clean. In fact, I meditated on the floor of the room, and it was spotless. There is a very polite woman who cleans and changes the bedsheets and towels every day. The personnel at the entrance were very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent. Although the room may not meet everyone's expectations, the cleanliness and the staff outshine the room itself. In fact, due to a lack of availability at this hotel, I had to stay at another hotel during the weekend. While the other room looked better, it was dirtier, the staff was unfriendly, and it was far from the center.

The location is good, close to museums and historical sites. Breakfast service was sufficient and we thank Nujin for his smiling face and helpfulness.

The location is perfect for anyone who would love to explore the city of Vienna, right in the center of all the attractions you can think of, walkable distances to many attractions. The trams, bus and metro stations are just five minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel may look old but well maintained and clean. The rooms are clean on a daily basis and linens and toiletries replenished everyday. The staffs are helpful and respectful. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. The room rate is decent considering the location of the hotel which is close to most of the tourist attractions.

While the hotel has provided a mini fridge and glasses in the room which I liked, the only thing missing is the kettle which I’m surprised I didn’t see one.

Very good location, on the edge of Inner Ring Vienna, and the dynamic Mariahilfer strasse neighborhood, museum quarter, cafes, shops, museums, churches, architecture. Nice facilities, comfortable, this is an old Schloss/palace. Front desk staff friendly, helpful, open to discussing Viennese history among other topics with some of the staff. Breakfast facilities very good, a menu of plenty, variety and well-presented and prepared, along with nice and helpful food service staff. Very good hotel choice here.

Room was fairly sized, there was a desk and a dedicated space for the luggage. The bed was really comfortable and everything was clean. Overall the room was good, just a little outdated.

Unfortunately there are no sockets close to the bed to charge your devices. Not a big deal but for me it was a little inconvenient. Also I didn't love the fact that they provide just a small soap bar and a small amount of shower gel/shampoo. They give new ones everyday but having long hair it definitely wasn't enough

A Truly Exceptional Experience! I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and I can confidently say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that every detail of my stay was perfect. The room was spotless, elegantly designed, and offered breathtaking views. The bed was extremely comfortable, making it hard to leave each morning! Breakfast each morning was a highlight – a delicious and diverse spread with something for everyone. I also appreciated thoughtful service at every turn. I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Admiral in Vienna. The hotel is centrally located, making it a great base for exploring the city — just a short walk to many museums, shops, and restaurants. It's also conveniently close to tram lines, which made getting around very easy. The room was basic but very clean. The room was cleaned daily, and fresh towels were provided every day, which I really appreciated. Overall, for the price and location, this hotel offers great value.

The only downside was the noise in the hallway at night. Because the floors are tiled rather than carpeted, sound tends to echo, and I could sometimes hear people speaking quite loudly as they passed by.

Very nice hotel in the city, maybe not the very center, but around a lot of ancient houses, castles, museums, parks. 2 metro lines within a 5-minute walk, as well as several tram lines. I recommend tourists to buy a 1-3 day city public transport ticket at the airport. Breakfast at the hotel is very good, including omelette, sausages, etc. salty dishes.

Of course, it's not the hotel's problem, and I'm not saying I didn't like it, but many of the nearby restaurants are booked for dinner, I don't know how many days in advance you have to book a table. Maybe because it was Christmas time?

My wife and me spent a weekend at this place and we enjoyed it a lot. I would say that the best what this hotel offers is the location, but 24 hours open reception where staff members can assist you when needed is also big plus.
