Our room was incredible. It was huge, lots of wardrobe space, 4 poster bed, separate toilet to the bathroom and Spotlessly clean. The reception and bar area is stunning and breakfast superb. Staff were very polite and helpful. The hotel is located near the heart of the city, within a very short walk from public transport. We visited the week before Xmas and got to experience the wonderful Xmas markets on the side streets around the corner from the hotel. Plus only a short walk away was the large Xmas market which had one of the largest outdoor skating areas I’ve seen.

We thought the swimming pool was lovely, spotlessly clean and great for those wanting to swim lengths. The spa area is wonderful but it came as a shock to us when other users of the spa were fully naked (we had swimwear on). There were no warnings from hotel staff about this and I couldn’t see any signs in the spa to advise us that it was a nudist area. We found the experience rather embarrassing. As the hotel has guests from a mix of nationalities / cultures, perhaps they could consider having dedicated time slots for those who do/don’t want the naked spa experience? Or at least forewarn guests. It is such an excellent spa facility and a petty if those who don’t want to be accompanied by naked users to feel they have to miss out.

Everything was pretty, the lobby, the decor, the artwork and the place had a nice, relaxing vibe. Our room (junior suite) was large, airy, bright and comfortable. The bathroom was huge with bath tub, separate shower, separate toilet and Balmain amenities. The room didn't have coffee/tea facilities, instead you called room service whenever you wanted, ordered your coffee and it arrived in minutes, for free! The staff was brilliant; kind, informative and helpful. Breakfast was good, a buffé combined with a menu of hot items to order from. The food we ordered from room service was very tasty and arrived promptly. We didn't have time to try out the pool and the spa.

Nothing, except that the hotel was fully booked so we couldn't stay another night :(

property was beautiful and a good location in the museum quarter. staff was overwhelmingly nice and helpful - only stayed 2 nights so did not have time to enjoy the spa but would have liked to….. next time!

This hotel is lovely. It’s beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and the bed was big and comfy. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. We had breakfast included with our stay and it was amazing. So many choices on the buffet, and you’re able to order off the menu as well. Breakfast staff were always extremely prompt and professional. We also had drinks and appetizers in the bar a few times and while not inexpensive, they were well-crafted and the bar staff were experts. All the meals we saw come out of the kitchen for dinner looked great. And with breakfast as good as it was, I wasn’t surprised. My husband and I both used the gym as well, and while small, it had everything you could need and was very clean. The bath products the hotel offers are also nice. I do wish they had in-room coffee besides the instant granules to mix with hot water, since we are early risers and would have liked decent coffee before it was offered downstairs. In general, I found Vienna to be a later-to-rise city. The location of this hotel could not have been more perfect. There is a metro station right up the street, and even without that, it’s walkable to many attractions. There is also a Spar grocery right next door, which was convenient and had an ATM that didn’t charge rip-off fees like the EuroNet ones all around do. I would say for value, this hotel was on par with other expensive cities like Paris. I would definitely return if we could ask for a quieter room next time.

Our room, a junior suite on the first floor was really noisy. We couldn’t hear hallway noise, but it sounded like furniture was being moved above us and very heavy people were stomping around all hours of the day and night. To the hotel’s credit, we did not ask to switch rooms so I don’t know if they would have accommodated this as we were exhausted and unpacked already and just didn’t want to deal with it. But if you are a light sleeper, I would not recommend staying in one of these rooms. I got very little sleep each night. The windows to the outside were VERY well-sound proofed, we couldn’t really hear the street noise even being so close to the busy road, so I was surprised and disappointed it was so easy to hear so much through the ceiling.

The WiFi was poor.

The standard room is very big, bright and done to a high standard. The facilities were amazing, changing area, huge shower, speakers in the bathroom, TV built into the mirror etc. The room was really quiet. And the hotel provided a free gym, heated 20m pool, sauna and there was a treatment room you could book. Breakfast ran up to midday, so you could relax and even order coffee to your room, free up to 12:00. The were warm, polite and professional, exceeding that of a number of the other 5 star establishments. They also advised on activities booking all forms of transport and restaurants. All in all a very pleasant stay.

Stayed in this hotel for one night for leisure and it was amazing. We were offered welcome drinks upon our arrival and a room upgrade for 20 EUR as wanted to have early check-in and our room was not ready by that moment. There is everything needed in the room and what should be noted, super comfortable bed and pillows. Bathroom with 2 sinks is also an advantage. Coffee can be ordered to the room for free any time. Breakfast was also awesome, it included some hot courses a la carte and cold appetizers in the buffet zone. Personnel is super nice. We asked for our luggage storage after check-out till late evening and when picking it up were provided coffee before leaving. Didn’t have chance to check the spa zone, though it works from early morning till 10pm. Very pleasant overall atmosphere with small lovely resting zones.

The most amazing hotel room we have ever stayed in. We stayed in a junior suite, very modern, high ceilings, beautiful art and so quiet. Absolutely loved the coffee which could be ordered to the room from 7am until 10pm on a complimentary basis and the different sweet treat awaiting us every evening when we returned to the hotel from a day of sight seeing. Delicious complimentary breakfast too. All the hotel staff were so friendly, concierges arranged the Big Bus tour, a classical concert at St Peter’s Church (wrap up warmly) and a couple of restaurants.

Absolutely loved the hotel room, but felt the entrance hall was a little underwhelming, considering how beautiful the rest of the hotel was. Realise it is a city centre hotel and space is limited, but shame they couldn’t open the entrance area up a little. Spa was functional but small, again a city centre hotel. Everything else was perfect.

Exceptional elegance and luxury. It exceed our expectations. The location, just central, minutes away from museums. Welcomed by a polite and skilled staff, valet parking (cost 30/day). While check in the hotel is offering refreshing warm towels, a selection of coffee or a glass of champagne. Flowers everywhere. The room was crispy clean! A small box with complimentary chocolates welcomed us at the room which was spacious with a wooden floor. ( I don't like wall to wall carpeting at hotels because they usually have a smell). Furniture are contemporary and relaxing and the tv screen is "appearing" through the room mirror if turned on. Also cleverly hidden in the room desk are plugs and a wireless charger is offered for your devices. The indoor swimming pool with a chandelier above, the gym facilities and the spa very pleasant. The breakfast was a feast combining a variety and quality buffet but also offering additional plates such as eggs royal by order( no extra cost). The front desk staff polite, smiling and willing to offer info and reply to all our questions. Overall we are grateful for receiving such a lovely hospitality.

The bathroom mirror is placed rather high preventing shorter people to see their face.

We were traveling with friends and booked two deluxe double rooms for the same price. We had a wonderful stay including an exceptional breakfast and great service. The hotel is situated directly at the MuseumsQuartier and very close to the famous Spittelberg quarter. The walking distance to the old center is 20 minutes, but there is also a subway station close to the hotel, so that it takes about 13 minutes to the Stephansplatz in the center. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

We had booked two double rooms for the same price, but only one room (#317) had a city view, whereas the other room (#316) was somewhat smaller and had a view of the internal court. It would have been nice to inform us upon arrival about the differences.
