The Levante Parliament is in a superb location that is only 5 minutes walk to Rathaus and Parliament. Vienna's well connected Tram takes me to Cultural places Stadtoper and Museum für Angewandte Kunst. The hotel is immaculately clean and room is always well maintained. Breakfast at the ground floor was simple but delicious. I tried dinner at the Restaurant and it was also very good. Two thumbs up !

We had an amazing stay to this hotel. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home from the moment I arrived.The room was spotless, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. The hotel's central location was perfect, putting us right in the heart of the city, with easy access to main attractions, shopping, restaurants . Overall, a fantastic experience, and we would definitely stay here again!

The parking is not available or included. The good part is that a private garage with good prices is nearby the hotel.

Double deluxe room was excellent, very clean and comfortable. Nothing negative to say about the room or staff.

Breakfast was a bit disappointing because scrambled eggs and sausages didnt look appetizing. There was lots of bread but no much choice for someone who wants a warm breakfast.

The location is near to all tourist spots. The gentleman in the reception is very informative and accommodating. He explains to us everything we should know about their facility. All serving ladies during breakfast are all very attentive to the guests' needs and requests. Very clean room, thanks to the housekeeping staff. We stayed in room number 209 during our stay. It exceeded our expectations. We really had a wonderful and comfortable stay.

The Levante is in a fantastic location for all the main centre sights. It also is close to tram and tube stations. We had a very friendly welcome from Vassia (?) and appreciated our room was available early. It has a clean neat aesthetic, if a little 80s in feel (some interesting photography up the stairs!) The room was very spacious and the bed comfortable. It was also very quiet as it looked over an empty courtyard. Good size bathroom too, with heated floor. We wanted to use the sauna but it was so much hotter in Vienna than expected for April (24°!) so it was too hot to, otherwise it would have gone down well after all the walking we did. It was great to leave luggage on our last day and the staff were very helpful with it as we left. We would definitely stay here again as we will undoubtedly return to Vienna.

The only thing really was that we couldn't work out the aircon, it seemed to be heating, and the heated bathroom floor made the room so unbearably hot. We resorted to leaving the windows open all the time, even throughout the night as my husband figured out there was no aircon option. When we mentioned it on check out we were told the hotel hadn't 'switched' to aircon yet - but we were on day 4 of the higher temperatures which seemed odd.

Modern hotel. Good facilities. Friendly staff. Very good choice of food for breakfast. Mostly continental, but there was the option of ordering eggs, cooked to preference eg omelette, scrambled, fried etc. This was good for us as we prefer a cooked breakfast. Pancakes also were available to order. The location of the hotel is good. It was a short walk from an underground station, museums area and about a 20 min walk to the city central plaza where some main tourist attractions lie ie St. Stephen's Church, Mozart's House, Hofburg palace. There is also a supermarket just a short walk away from the hotel. Very useful if you need a few essentials. We booked a taxi to and from the airport via booking.com also. This was a super service, right on time, Mercedes luxury cars, very comfortable, great drivers, very pleasant and helpful.

We had booked a deluxe twin room. There were 2 beds, joined together with one sheet covering both mattresses and 2 duvets. I expected a twin room to be 2 separate beds with space between them. It wasn't a major issue for us (sisters travelling together), so I didn't complain . I'm sure if I did, it may have been rectified. Also the room facilities had been described as including slippers and bathrobes. There were no bathrobes in the room.

The hotel's location is fantastic for exploring the town. You're just a stone's throw from the centre, surrounded by a great selection of restaurants and bars. Getting around is also incredibly convenient, with both the tram and metro stops located nearby. While there's a restaurant and bar in the hotel itself, I can't comment on them as I didn't get a chance to try them.

We were very satisfied with our stay overall; however, we were disappointed to find that the restaurant facility was unavailable on Sunday. Having this amenity open seven days a week would significantly enhance the guest experience.

Its clean and quiet place , staff are really amazing and helpful , the coffees next to the hotel are nice

They gave me a room very far away from the entrance at the end of hallway u need to walk all hall to reach the last room despite the hotel is actually not crowded and we barely see anyone. The pictures of women inside the rooms are very creepy and I felt they look at u while u sleep, me and my wife felt something very strange but we ignored it 🫣 i think it was our imagination

The location, the staff, the lightings and comfort of the room and the breakfast. The location is really great to act as a good base to explore Vienna. Tram number 2 is just around the corner. With tram number 2, one can access other sightseeing spots in combination with other tram lines or subway without taking too much walking at all. The staff are very responsive, basically whenever you called them for assistance, somebody will appear in your doorstep within minutes. They also offered me a free breakfast because there were some minor technical issues in room (for which actually they had taken prompt actions to fix). And thanks for their offer I then realized their breakfast is so great (because my room charge did not include a breakfast) the third thing I would like to praise is the lightings inside the room, especially the lightings around the wooden frame above the bed, making the room so well illuminated. Then finally the toilet and bathroom, it is so spacious and comfortable. The design is modern and facilities inside the toilet are very user-friendly.

The price is a bit expensive, given the price I paid did not include the breakfast
