The hotel is very clean, beautiful, and the room it's big.The staff are friendly, and the location is considered very good. There are some shops next to the hotel, which is convenient

One downside is the shower area — it’s open to the room, which may not be comfortable for everyone.

We stayed for a long weekend and the hotel was perfect. We opted not to have the hotel breakfast and to try nearby cafes which the area catered well for and very reasonably priced. At the end of the road is Eiles cafe, great for morning breakfast and all day eating as well as drinking. By the hotel towards walking towards the theatre on the left hand side are some smaller ones. Opposite the hotel is a great homely Austrian restaurant serving local dishes called Marianhof, brilliant schnitzels, booking is required as it was busy when we dropped by. The location of the hotel is great to access the museum quarters and most of the sites, palaces and places of interest. If you like walking then this is a great position to be in the city. Finally we enjoyed the room, linen was soft and good quality, the beds were comfortable as well. We enjoyed the room.

What went really well: - The rooms were very spacious, clean, and the glass shower in the middle of the room was hilarious! Perfect for couples, but not for friends and colleagues perhaps. Lol. - The person assisting with our bags was excellent! Very helpful, friendly, and took great care of us! - The tram stop was also right across the hotel, so that was very convenient. - The rooms were quiet, and despite construction outside, we didn't hear any noise. We were on the 2nd floor. - Hotel slippers were provided, as well as laundry bags, tea, creamer, coffee pods.

Some points for improvement were: - The beds were not very comfy. We kept waking up with sore backs and after 5 days it didn't get any better. The pillows too were much too soft to provide any support. - We also didn't much like that the separate powder room had no ledge to place items on, and had no sink. So you had to walk all the way to the room to clean up. - Only one trash bin in the room It was a bit of a bother, but not enough for us to dislike our stay intensely. Overall, the experience was very good!

The room was lovely. The desk staff very attentive and helpful. Brilliant location which is one of the reasons why we went there, having been there 2 years before.

The Housekeeping service was not as good as before. We asked for more teabags for our room. We never got them. One day I found my duvet did not have its cover on. It has been removed and put under my pillow! Very strange. The price when I reflected was too high. On this occasion I had been anxious to return to this hotel but had not taken in what I was paying. For that price I would expect 100% Housekeeping service. We would have loved to have their hotel breakfast as we did in our last stay. However the cost was 28Euros each per day. We found a nice breakfast eatery nearby for half that. This was a shame because in our previous visit the breakfast was something to look forward to without breaking the bank.

Our stay was truly exceptional! Jassam at the reception desk made our experience unforgettable with his outstanding kindness and hospitality. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade and enjoyed a delightful breakfast. The room was incredibly comfortable, and the entire staff was friendly and welcoming. The hotel's location is fantastic, allowing us to explore many attractions on foot. Although our journey began on a challenging note due to a flight delay, Jassam's warm and friendly demeanor helped us settle into both the hotel and the beautiful city of Vienna in no time. We can't recommend this place enough!

The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the settings of the air conditioning was great! The room even had a separate area with a sofa and two TVs, I wasn't expecting that. The staff were all kind, friendly and helpful.

The moquette was a bit ruined between the bed and the washing area. I'm not a big fan of this configuration with sinks and shower in the bedroom, I would prefer a separate bathroom, but you know what you get when booking and I was okay with this. However the toilet room does not have a basin, that's a bit unfortunate.

The room was clean, a good size and enought space to feel comfortable. All the facilities, tea and coffee machine in the room for free. Bad and pillows was comfortable and there probably was a soundproof in the room, so I slept well. Location is great, just in a 10 min walking from heart of Vienna! Big stores and restoraunts close to the hotel. Security and cleaning staff were very friendly and nice!

Girls on the reception sometimes couldn't give even a smile (not all of them). First night in my room was really cold, so I tried to fix this issue, which did them kinda nervous ( but I came to celebrate my birthday and of course didn't wanted to feel uncomfortable even one night). So in this situation the most helpful person was the security man, who really cared and checked everything.

Great location, but not the best place to stay because there isn't much activity in the area at night. The bed, pillows, sheets, and towels are excellent, and the room is very quiet and well-insulated (great blackout). There is plenty of closet space and a lot of room for luggage.

Breakfast was not included in our reservation, and we found it expensive at €29/day/person. We thought the bathroom was poor (completely open shower) because it lacks privacy. The door lock was always problematic, and we had to return to the reception to fix it because there was no technician at the hotel to resolve it.

1. A 30% Booking discount took the room price from reasonable to good. A room upgrade due to a small mistake on staff side made it excellent 2. Excellent beds, lighting, everything new and in good condition. 3. Restaurant prices (except the silly burger) very reasonable and great quality 4. Staff makes every attempt to deliver - not a small thing in today’s labor market 5. Fully functioning, workable, and efficient air condition. Don’t take that for granted!

The room service fee is sometimes charged and sometimes not. It’s a little too high. You are better off, picking up the meal itself directly from the restaurant and bring it upstairs. The food is good and fairly priced

Very good hotel overall. Central but quiet and pleasant location. Very helpful staff. Very quiet room, with a pelasant view.

The fact that the bathroom was only separated from the rest of the room by a glass partition. No little hand soap, only liquid soap coming out of a bottle fixed to the wall. No option but to use duvet (quilt) cover for the night. No light blanket of any type. This is a common problem in may hotels. Room service/cleaning/change of linen theoretically every second day. But, actually more erratic than that and not well-organised.
