The style and the size of the room was great! Plenty of storage and natural light. Very quiet too and the location was amazing, just minutes walk away from lots of sights, bars and restaurants! Also the check-in and out process was very easy and straightforward.

The bathroom didn’t have any windows so it needs to have a deeper clean to remove a build up of mold. Also the skirting boards were over looked. The bed was huge but there weren’t any spare pillows and what we had were very flat HOWEVER, I messaged the company and they brought more pillows within a couple of hours!

In overall, a great staying! I don’t know why some people are complaining about the communication because every time i needed something and contacted them through booking they reached back to me and were very nice and helpful! Some things i would note, don’t want to say disliked because it wasn’t the case, but, first I don’t find it very comfortable that they ask for your card outside of booking when you complete the form. But i guess i understand since it was for any additional services and they didn’t charge my card because I didn’t ask for anything so it’s ok. Also, i would like to note that in the cozy studios, maybe they could add just some spoons or forks as well as a pair of slippers, for the price paid i think they’re very basic things to have. But honestly, in overall, it was great! The location, amazing. You can literally walk everywhere. We used the metro just a couple of times when we wanted to visit further distances. The studio , the cutest! And it was so clean!!! They gave us coffee, tea and a bottle of wine as complementary! The bed, very comfortable! I would definitely stay here again!

The location is great, very close to the shopping street, not super close but between 3 metro station and all walkable in 5-8 mins. We get the key in front of the door by the pin code, very convenient don't need to worry when we arrive, we didn't see any staff at all in our 4 nights stay but feel very comfortable. There is one wash machine and one dryer run by app in the ground floor, we are very happy don't need to carry dirty clothes to another place, but some program take quite long, so we need to wait when people using it before us.

From shopping street you must walk down some stairs so it will be bit chappenge if you have big luggage. No elevator in apartment but only few stairs to the entrance of the room, of course another stairs inside your room. A little bit pricy.

My first time in Wien and the location of the urbanauts makes everything easier. I walk half of the city, take a little nap in the room and go on to walk another side of the city :) Room is very clean and new furnished, very classy. There is a little kitchen, a perfect detail. You can use luggage room. You don't have to see anybody for anytihng, treat like it is your home but on the other way it's very easy to communicate with the staff. I spend very comfortable 4 days. If I visit Wien again, I'll definitely stay here.

my room doesn't have a street sight, looking to a space between apartments.

The split level room was spacious - ours overlooked an outdoor staircase, so we did check from the road and weren't visible even with lights on in the evening. It was equipped with everything we needed to cook dinner and breakfast, and the room included a complimentary bottle of wine! Plenty of coffee provided. Comfy bedroom. Good Miele communal washing machine.

Booking is very clear about not opening links and providing personal details and credit card information from messages, and this property asks for exactly that. Because there are no staff on site, there isn't an alternative way to check in. I wasn't aware of this until the day before arrival. While there were no staff on site, there were cameras in all public areas which felt quite big brother-esque. There was a large amount of dust on a light fitting with a big finger mark on it from a previous guest.

The location is great! Nice to have AC to combat with the heat outside. Very spacious kitchen with utensils.

The toilet can be cleaner as some corners have gunk/mold build up, maybe because of the choice of tiles. I would like some more towels for 4 nights. At first there was some problems with the auto check-in: the code didn’t work and we have to call the hotline, the staff answering the phone was not particularly friendly, I do believe I speak comprehensible English but it was not until my husband speak German with him/her was the problem resolved. The staff said they were checking the code and we were told to wait outside in the blazing heat. We had no clue what we are waiting for. At the end a staff showed up and it turned out our key was not in the lock box!!!!!

Location is perfect. The apartment is well-equiped and air-conditioned (even though the lowest temperature you can set is 21 degrees), everything is of good quality materials, access to the apartment is easy (contactless, via very smart key dispenser at the entrance). The apartment faces the street, which fortunalety is not a busy one, additionally the windows are quite noise-proof.

The company operating the apartments requires prior check-in via online system, which requires your credit card details to secure any prospective demage costs - this is not inditaced upon booking and IMO should be.

Everything, from the design to the cosiness of the room. When me and my girlfriend got into the room we couldn’t believe our eyes. The hotel is near the centre and in a quiet and safe zone with a super affordable price

The little confusion i personally had with the check-in cause the hotel didn’t send me the email with the code to open the hotel front door. On the other hand the problem was fixed thanks to the quick response of the operators of the hotel. Except This thing everything was absolutely perfect

The location of the hotel was nice, it was about a 15 minute walk to the old town of Vienna and about 25 minutes from the Domkirche. The ubahn was 10 minutes walk as was the Naschmarkt. Also, used lots of e-scooters as they are convenient to use in a city with lots of bike paths.. The bed was comfy and the apartment was very nice and modern. Also the whole building and apartment was very quiet so I slept well!

As the bedroom is on the street level, I had to keep the curtains closed to not have people look into the windows. This made the bedroom a little dark, which made me forget that the weather was sunny and warm actually. Not really a huge negative point, but worth mentioning. I would, however, stay in the apartment again.

Location was great and the facilities were clean and spacious.

We were 2 people and they letf for use in the kitchen 3 forks, 2 knifes and 2 spoons. That was scarce because when cooking you normally use utensils, so we had to be cleaning them before eating because there weren’t enough and honestly thats no big deal but it is annoying. Also, what kind of tourist apartment with a kitchen doesn’t have a toaster??? And also, at least they could have some salt in the kitchen to cook, we had to buy a hole salt container just for 3 days.
