Heimo was super nice and ready for welcoming us The hotel was so close to the places we planned to visit, we go everywhere on foot. (except Belvedere) We preferred a room w/shower w/out toilet and the drain was faster than the one in my own home even it is obvious that it is not originally there :) Overall, it was so enough for 2 nights visit.

It is better to be known that the shower has a narrow entrance for the future guests, which I need to enter the cabin sidewardly with my medium size body. It was not a problem for us but would be for the bigger ones.

The floors in the room were not properly cleaned- our feet were picking up lots of dust and debris when we walked around.

The hotel has a great location right around the corner of Vienna's main shopping street. Many museums, bars and restaurants are in walking distance. Hotel staff is very friendly and welcoming. We had to check in after reception opening hours hours due to our flight so the staff left our key in a secure location and handled the check in procedure the next day. It was also no problem to leave our luggage at the hotel on the last day. There is a restaurant/cafe downstairs in the hotel and a bar a few meters away, so it's very easy to get a coffee or beer, but still there was no noise in the rooms and we slept very well. I've stayed here several times already and always had a great experience - this hotel is a perfect starting point for exploring Vienna.

We didn't understand which door to enter the hotel itself. We recommend that the hotel managers send a photo of the first door along with the instructions on WhatsApp. We had to enter through the neighboring restaurant the first time.

The accommodation boasts an excellent location, particularly beneficial for travelers, given its proximity to the metro connections to the airport and train station. This advantage made access to the city center effortless, as most destinations were within walking distance, eliminating the need for additional transportation. Check-in was notably efficient and user-friendly. The day before my arrival, I received an email detailing my room number along with the password for a secure box that held the keys. This system allowed me to independently access both the apartment building and my room, offering a seamless entry and departure process. Upon leaving, I simply returned the keys to the box. My stay was in a single room with a shared bathroom. The room itself was clean, spacious, and comfortably warm, featuring a sink. Although the toilet and shower facilities were communal, my short stay, primarily for rest in the final hours of my visit to Vienna, meant I did not make use of the shower. For this reason, I have no knowledge about showering.

The location and price is key here. It's a short walk to downtown and in a great neighborhood that feels very safe. The cafe downstairs is great as is the bar a couple doors down with is open very late.

The bar is loud enough to disrupt most people's sleep, especially because you will be sleeping with the window open in the summer to get some cool air in the room. The room I selected is small and only has a sink, but this matches with expectations based on price.

Location is amazing.

In the specific room 19 that we were staying in wifi was almost non existent, only next to the door, you could connect to it. I stayed before in this hotel and that was not an issue for other rooms, although wifi was not the best. Router could be moved closer to the room or a second one can be added.

Location is perfect. You have everything to leave. Don't forget to get with you slippers and hygiene products such as toothbrush and toothpaste.

Sometimes I encounter issues where hot water is not available in the room. This could be a technical issue, and the heater was switched off on the last day

I travelled alone for Christmas (7 days) and it was great. The place is very close to a lot of restaurants, the main Christmas markets, the main cultural places and teathers, and you have a mc donalds and a starbucks 1 block away. Regarding the hotel, I couldn't ask for more. I could work and have videocalls with good internet connection. The place is very quiet and the owner was super kind. I can say I had a wonderful experience in Vienna.

Location was amazing for our stay in Vienna, very easy to reach the main attractions by foot and many nice bars within walking distance. There is a cute restaurant downstairs and a cool bar next door, but still it was quiet in the rooms. Heimo was very accommodating and welcoming, and very flexible in making arrangements because we arrived late / left our luggage at the hotel after check-out on a public holiday. Rooms had everything you need for a City trip. Will surely stay here again!
