Staying at the Mondial was perfect in every respect, and I intend to come back next year with my family. The location could not be improved upon: It is a 5 min. walk from the Volksoper and U6, and Strassbahn to practically everywhere are just opposite. Yet it is facing a small nice streetcand absolutely quiet. I received a large apartment, with 3 large windows, parquett floor and furnished in the best of taste, as well as a partucularly comfortable bed and excellent lights. It was equipped with everything you could ask for, and the idea of an "Apartment Hotel" with such a friendly and helpful staff is truly a perfect base to enjoy the wonders of Wien. The Mondial is highly and warmly recommended without the slightest reservation. Makes you want to return as soon as you leave...

Loved everything about the place. The location is close to public transport of all three, tram, underground and the bus. There is an atm beside the hotel. The staff were incredible, especially Valerie and Christian. Both were very enjoyable to talk with and helped with suggestions about what not to miss and places to eat. They both went out of their way for us on more than one occasion. The other staff were very pleasant we just didn't get to interact with them as much. There are several places to eat in the area as well that are within walking distance, our favorites were, blue orange cafe and ginger and spice. Also, Valerie makes awesome coffee. Thank you Valerie and staff for an amazing stay in your beautiful country.

That we had to leave, there were no issues with the hotel what so ever. Also, we were not prepared for the restaurants that were listed as open, to only serve drinks after 10 PM lol. Apparently the majority, if not all, of the kitchens close at 10. There is a McDonald's within a four minute walk that is open til midnight. So make sure you have snacks on hand lol.

Lovely staff who made a real effort to make sure my stay was comfortable. Large studio apartment. Great desk for working at. Well equipped kitchen. I liked that it was a bit out from the busy area, but there was still lots of public transport options close by. Nice cafes in the area. Lichtenstein Palace 3 min away. Loved it and would stay again.

My only complaint would be the tiny size of the shower, although there is plenty of room in the bathroom for a bigger shower space. It was extremely difficult to move and I'd often bump the lever which would turn the shower off or up or down. It would be near impossible for a large person to use.

The hotel is really nice and clean. There is a small kitchen which just meet my needs to reheat some food and to make a great breakfast before meetings. The location is a little outside of the touristy downtown but with good access to public transit. There is a really nice small organic food store just on the next street where I can get my supply of good cheese, eggs and vegetables. The owner and staff are extremely helpful and very friendly.

None. If I have to be picky, the elevator is a little slow and small, but I can always walk up the stairs.

Excellent! Everything was just perfect for us! Top location with public transport stops, great cafe shop, nice restaurant and supermarket, all of this just 50 m from the hotel. Very nice host, well equipped and clean apartment. The people there provided support with all the request we had. As music and opera lovers we were benefited of easy access to the Stadt Opera, the Volks Opera (5 minutes by foot) and the Musikverein … Also we were welcome with our small dog which gives 5 stars from us to that lovely place!

Charming boutique hotel in a beautiful old building. Unpretentious, well maintained, and very clean. Our 'room' was actually an entire apartment with a large living room, bedroom and bathroom, and a functional, well stocked kitchen nook, The area is away from the big hotels and tourist attractions so more peaceful. Cafes, restaurants and groceries are all minutes away, and travel to any part of the city is easy using the public transport also just minutes from the hotel. We ordered a buffet style breakfast one morning and it was excellent. We enjoyed the staff who were clearly interested in us and took time to advise and chat.

I was really satisfied with my stay at Mondial Appartement Hotel in Vienna. The hotel staff were lovely and always ready to help with anything I needed. My room was clean and spacious, and I couldn't have asked for more. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others!

Quietest hotel/apartment I've ever stayed in. It is on a busy street/tram line, and our room was right next to the elevator, but we didn't hear anything! Large rooms, convenient kitchen, iron, hair dryer, toiletries, everything you need! Very friendly staff, flexible, let us keep our luggage there after checkout so we could spend more time in the city.

Personal preferences - the bed was not comfortable for me (most European beds aren't), but that's exactly why we chose a room with a separate couch - I slept like a rock on the pull-out bed. The open stall showers leave a lot of water on the floor, but since they clean the rooms and change the towels, it doesn't matter much.

The set up was perfect for us, bedroom, kitchen/ “living room” and a bathroom. Basically a one bedroom apartment (it’s in the name, apartment hotel) but I wasn’t sure if it was a translation issue or not. Location is a bit far from the city center but with public transportation it was a super economical choice, and it was easy to get to where we wanted to go to with a short walk to the train or bus.

Everything was more than great! Staff is warm, welcoming and really helpful. Hotel is clean, comfortable and has all we needed to feel like home. It’s located near tram stations so commuting through town is easy. If you’re coming by car, you can get parking permits in hotel for 5€/day which grants you parking in whole district. We found parking spot in front of the hotel every time. All in all if we’re going to Vienna, we will be booking in Mondial once again.
