Neighborhood was very nice and quiet, Vienna is big but you can walk anywhere from there. Room was narrow but big, had everything needed. Cleaned everyday with new towels

Bed was superhard and difficult to sleep into. The lamp didn’t switch off completely so it adds to the issue… no staff can be a problem at night as keys don’t open the door downstairs, so you have to use a 6 digit code… no place to keep luggage safely

Since I knew about my conference meeting in Vienna, I was considering a place to stay in with affordable price with all amenities. and here I am all my fears were vanished Once I entered this hotel. The room is warm, clean and cozy, and it has hot water especially in this cold month of February. Also varieties of body soap and shampoo. The room I took is good for solo traveler. They have washing machine and iron in the next room and it was easy to get in as described. Self check-in easy to access but the device is in the upper first floor because I thought it would be on front door.

You may hear some sounds in other rooms, but overall it was an amazing stay.

The location was really convenient- 10-15' walk from everything. There is a nice pizza restaurant next to the hotel great for a late dinner. Despite that, it was really quiet and peaceful. The room was warm with independent heating and really exceptionally clean, it also had everything you needed. From toiletries and water, to a coffee machine inside the room with coffee capsules provided, apples in the kitchen and a big variety of teas - I really liked it. The cleaning ladies were always around and friendly with a smile. Every day they cleaned the room. It also felt safe and the self check in was easy. Definitely will be back next time!

The room matched the photos and the check in process was explained clearly day before in an email and when I got to the property it was clearly signposted on what to do and where to go. The location is great can walk into the city or to the tram stop (on the corner) and a tram will get into the city and the main sites. The shower was incredible the temperature was perfect (can adjust) and the pressure, I’d come back for the shower alone. The rooms were spacious and had a lot of storage space. In my room I had a coffee making facility but I am a tea drinker but there’s a shared kitchen available that’s kept clean and tidy and used the kettle in there. You get your own mini fridge / freezer in the room which is great. The lady looking after the rooms was friendly and would acknowledge you by saying morning etc if she saw you which was nice and polite.

I stayed in room 105 a single occupancy room. I was on the corner and I could hear and feel when the tram would go past in the evenings, I was provided with ear plugs which was great as helped drown out the noise, if you’re a heavy sleeper or perhaps on the other side of the building this may not be a problem for you. The shower sometimes leaked onto the floor and therefore had to use extra towels to absorb the water which is annoying. The email stated you can leave your luggage but it was unclear where you would leave it, in the shared kitchen? If so I wouldn’t as don’t know who’s staying in the building with you etc.

Rooms are spacious enough for all needs, location has great connections to the main areas in Vienna ( tram,bus,metro) you can just take tram D to center of Vienna where most attractions are. Rooms are clean and you are topped up with towels daily. There are common facilities where you can eat as a group if you're travelling as a bigger party, you have all kinds of plates, bowls, cups, mugs, glasses, cuttlery even fresh fruits you can take.

Everything is very much self service to check in and check out and there is no other staff around apart from the ladies that come around cleaning . So if you do have an issue I would assume you'd have to message or call on the numbers provided in the room.

This is the perfect place to stay in Vienna on a budget. Rooms are exactly what you need for a city break, they have coffee machine and water and are cleaned every day with new towels when requested. There is a decent kitchen with tea, coffee, fruit and drinks machine. Free laundry service, washing machine and dryer. Very clean, very convenient and very accessible location. 20 minute walk into city, fantastic restaurants and cafes in the direct location, supermarket two minute walk around the corner.

The only comment I have is, the key box for the self checkin is up the stairs on the wall on the left hand side. For some reason they don’t give this in the self checkin directions and when I messaged the property nobody got back to me and I had to wait for another guest to ask them. I saw multiple people having the same problem in the few days I stayed there. Once you figure out the self checking the place is idea!!

The place is perfectly situated to explore the city on foot, just 5 minutes from the northern part of Ringstrasse. All was perfectly clean and well equipped. My room was single and small but I had everything I needed - coffee maker, private bathroom, comfortable bed. There is a common space with kitchen appliances, tables and sits which I didn't use but is good to know that it is available. The towels were changed every day. The self-check was convenient and went smoothly. Right next to the door of the place there is an italian restaurant with the best Neapolitanian pizza I have eaten outside Naples. Highly recommended! I would definitely come back if visiting Vienna.

Very beautiful surroundings, safe area day and night. For this reason I preferred to walk to the city center. I covered all the distances by foot. The area is clean and beautiful. 5 minutes walk to the Votive Church which is very beautiful. Approx. 15 minutes walk to the city center, museums, etc. The subway is at 5-minute walk, very close. The room is not very soundproofed, so the property offers earplugs which can be helpful. I didn't use them. During the night it was very quiet. A little noisy in the morning, but acceptable. Iron available.

Lovely cleaning staff, fresh rooms, nice shared kitchen. There is short-term parking nearby, BUT make sure you then use the "Park and Ride" facilities out of town if you are coming with a car otherwise it is very expensive (42 Euros per day as opposed to just 4 Euros per day if you use the Park and Ride at Spitelau, which is situated a 20 minute walk away).

Our room looked out over the main road which was VERY noisy. As it was Summer, we had to leave the windows open as it was hot (no air conditioning, although a fan was kindly provided). Some rooms are quieter than others: so maybe request one of these if it's possible.

Location was very good, there is a tram station which goes directly tomcity centre and main station which is only 20 meters away, if you want to walk then you can walk in 25 minutes to stephan kirche , there is a big kitchen in the same floor where youncan prepare yourself hot drinks and sandwiches

Room was a bit small for two persons, WiFi was not working properly and nobody answered the telephone line which was assumed to be working 7/24 to get the WiFi password although it is written there is no password
