Staff were so friendly and helpful (especially Stefan). Location was fab on the outskirts of city centre. We either walked in or hopped on Tram D. Breakfast was delicious with lots of friendly staff around. Lounge was great to chill in and offered complimentary tea and cake 3-6pm. Overall a lovely hotel that I hope to return to.

According to fussy teenager the sofa bed wasn’t that comfortable (but when are they ever?!).

Good location, comfy bed, fabulous breakfast (probably the best we've ever experienced in a hotel and well worth the asking price), attentive staff. A great place to stay in Vienna in a quiet and interesting part of the city.

Nothing of any note. The bath was a little tricky to get in and out of due to the position of the tap - diligence advised when entering and leaving!

The room was great! Beautiful, included toiletries, Large room with a couch and coffee maker in room, mini-bar, blowdryer, breakfast, staff was friendly, close to hop on and off bus stop. Gave us directions to laundromat.

We bought the vip hop on and off bus pass from the front desk but no one told us us we needed to trade in the receipt for the pass. Also we walked in circles trying to find where the shopping and sights were that were supposed to be only 1 mile from the hotel. It would have been nice if front desk people volunteered more information. They were friendly though.

This is our third visit to this hotel, and once again, it exceeded all our expectations! The service is impeccable – the staff is always friendly, attentive, and ready to assist with any request. The food is absolutely delicious, with a variety of fresh, high-quality options that cater to every taste. Cleanliness is another highlight; the rooms and common areas are spotless, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. This time, we celebrated our honeymoon, and the hotel surprised us with a bottle of wine, making our stay even more special. Highly recommended for an unforgettable vacation!

Hotel is very eloquent. Beautiful decor thru out the common areas. The room I stayed in was beautiful. Breakfast included cold food (breads, cheese, jams, meats, and yougert, hot food (eggs, saugages, ham), juices and coffee. The dining room tables are set with white table cloths and silverware. There is an evening tea and pastries. The staff is excellant, very professional. Hotel is located in a quite niegborhood. There are lots of small restuarants within 2-4 blocks if the hotel. The D bus line, which travels to the tourist sites (such as Spanish Riding School, State Opera House, and Cafe Central) is 3 blocks from the hotel. I traveled solo and never felt unsafe even while walking at night. I will definitely stay at the hitel the next time I am in Vienna. Its a wonderful place.

Everything was exceptional! Beautiful and very memorable design that right away puts you in the atmosphere of cultural Vienna. Very comfortable beds! We stayed there with our two kids and the room was perfect for us, - very well thought out layout - kids had their separate area for sleeping and they were super thrilled about all the kids' toiletries they set up in the bathroom for them. Breakfast room is beautiful with great selection of food. Excellent service! I felt like every detail was though out for us. On this trip we stayed at three different properties and my little one is still saying "Mommy lets go to the Hotel" - and this is the "Hotel"

No single thing

This is an exceptional hotel for many reasons. It is well located with easy access inti the historic centre of Vienna, It has easy access to bus, tram and underground links. All the staff are lovely (from waiting staff to housekeeping to receptionists) and friendly. The breakfast is outstanding both in terms of the range of foods on offer and the quantity and quality. The free afternoon tea and cake is a nice touch although we were often out and about at that time of the day. This is a hotel that goes over and above to provide an excellent service, eg. offering additional pillows and duvets upon request.

The room was very confortable, very clean and very silent. Breakfast was served in "bufet style" with wide range of food in high quality and freshness. Fresh fruit juices were served as well. Very special were typical Austrian freshly prepared sweet's served every morning. We were very happy that we had an opportunity to spend some time in a such good hotel. We have to also emphasize very high quality and very good taste of water from tap. Indeed this is commom in Vienna at all. So if you are looking for a hotel, which is not located in very rush centre of the city (but near to it, tram D) and you prefer accomodation with top quality servicess this is the right hotel for you.

Wonderful neighborhood and location. The theme of the hotel is very cool. We all enjoyed the breakfast very much. The room was perfect for a family of three. The sofa bed was wonderful and big and in its own little nook. The Internet was fast enough to have work meetings no problem. Exceedingly quiet neighborhood. Mini-fridge, kettle for boiling water, and dark chocolate were all very appreciated. A/C worked well. The lounge was very nice. We are very likely to return here for our next trip to Vienna.

I could hear some thumping sounds at night from other rooms (not sure from what direction). The lamp in our room next to the sofa bed wasn't working.

The rooms were well organised, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom had everything needed, and the room was cleaned daily. The breakfast room was very charming, and the breakfast was excellent, I highly recommend paying for it! The hotel is in a nice, quiet area, but the tram stop is just around the corner, 5min walk, and you would be able to go to the centre easily! Nice walk to the Stephansplatz is 30min long, if you like walking. The staff is amazing, they did everything in their power to help us and accommodate us, and my family and I had wonderful time thanks to them!

Avoid going to the breakfast around 9AM, especially if you're a group of 4 or more, because it is likely that you would have to wait to get a table. This was not a big problem, because they have very nice lounge area with free coffee, but is just something to keep in mind!
