Staff were so friendly and helpful (especially Stefan). Location was fab on the outskirts of city centre. We either walked in or hopped on Tram D. Breakfast was delicious with lots of friendly staff around. Lounge was great to chill in and offered complimentary tea and cake 3-6pm. Overall a lovely hotel that I hope to return to.

According to fussy teenager the sofa bed wasn’t that comfortable (but when are they ever?!).

Good location, comfy bed, fabulous breakfast (probably the best we've ever experienced in a hotel and well worth the asking price), attentive staff. A great place to stay in Vienna in a quiet and interesting part of the city.

Nothing of any note. The bath was a little tricky to get in and out of due to the position of the tap - diligence advised when entering and leaving!

Everything! We stayed for 8 nights and had a suite, so the room was HUGE and pristine. So incredibly clean, great temperature control and we could open windows too when we wanted to, all the amenities I could ever want. The service was great every day and it was cleaned while our stuff was never disturbed. The front desk staff was incredible - we asked them for more help than I ever would in a typical hotel, from needing to borrow scissors, to forgetting our plug adapter, booking tickets to the Albertina Museum, booking an early bird breakfast before departure, providing a jogging map and a map to anywhere we asked about, and most importantly a smile every time we passed in and out (and they were there 24/7, and friendly every single time we passed). Every day tea and cakes in the afternoon was such a treat. Location perfect - quiet outside but everything you need nearby, easy access to downtown or the Vienna woods. The breakfast was really the best buffet ever! For anyone like me who makes a big deal about getting a substantial breakfast, this is important - because this was a truly incredible breakfast. Options ranging from eggs two different ways and sausage every day, and then a changing hot item (different every day, apricot crepes plum french toast, etc), and a hot vegetable item too changing every day (lentils, grilled zucchini, etc... ), smoked salmon, multiple yogurts and muesli toppings fruit nuts and more, dairy free yogurt options, vegan chia puddings, every bread you could ever imagine, spreads like liptauer and pumpkin spread in addition to butter and jam, cold cuts and cheeses and cold vegetables, kombucha, homemade fruit juice, coffee and every coffee option possible. And my favorite part - fresh sprouts which I could cut and put on my eggs! Someone on every diet could find a way to eat a healthy protein and veggies here, in addition to the fun stuff.

The room was great! Beautiful, included toiletries, Large room with a couch and coffee maker in room, mini-bar, blowdryer, breakfast, staff was friendly, close to hop on and off bus stop. Gave us directions to laundromat.

We bought the vip hop on and off bus pass from the front desk but no one told us us we needed to trade in the receipt for the pass. Also we walked in circles trying to find where the shopping and sights were that were supposed to be only 1 mile from the hotel. It would have been nice if front desk people volunteered more information. They were friendly though.

I recently stayed with my family at The Harmonie Vienna, BW Premier Collection, and we had a truly wonderful experience. Our room was spotless and cleaned every day, with fresh towels provided daily. Breakfast was a real highlight, with the selection changing each morning so there was always something different to look forward to. The staff were exceptional – warm, friendly, and always happy to help, which made us feel right at home. The location was perfect too: close enough to easily explore Vienna, yet in a peaceful area for a good night’s rest. We’d gladly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.

Honestly, there was nothing we didn’t like.

This is our third visit to this hotel, and once again, it exceeded all our expectations! The service is impeccable – the staff is always friendly, attentive, and ready to assist with any request. The food is absolutely delicious, with a variety of fresh, high-quality options that cater to every taste. Cleanliness is another highlight; the rooms and common areas are spotless, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. This time, we celebrated our honeymoon, and the hotel surprised us with a bottle of wine, making our stay even more special. Highly recommended for an unforgettable vacation!

The location was excellent, quiet street, very accessible to main attractions. The tram runs from just around the corner. The staff in the hotel were very professional, super helpful and very friendly. They provided great tips about how to navigate the city. This was really helpful especially when you are on a short visit and you are trying to use your time wisely. The staff never made us feel a nuisance for asking how to get somewhere. The hotel was very clean and very quiet at night. Bed was comfortable. The room was not very large but not too small either. Tea and coffee making facilities were a nice bonus. Breakfast was very good, lots to choose from. We ate outside which was lovely. The afternoon tea and cake was a nice treat after a day sightseeing. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in lovely Vienna.

The room was a bit hot at night. The AC could have been better but that said it didn't bother us too much. This hotel was a real find and it is hard to find any fault with it

This was not the first time I stayed in this hotel. I loved it the last time and that was the reason I booked it again. Location-wise, the hotel is a bit far from the city centre and where all the typical attractions of Vienna are in. But the tram D runs very frequently (till late in the night) via the main road in front (almost) of the hotel. I liked the location because it is in a very quite street and was close to my working venue. The breakfast menu is well-elaborated and we (my mother and I) enjoyed it very much. The room was clean and well-equipped with all the facilities that one might require for a short stay. Overall I will be very happy to stay in this hotel when I visit Vienna again.

Nothing as such!

Hotel is very eloquent. Beautiful decor thru out the common areas. The room I stayed in was beautiful. Breakfast included cold food (breads, cheese, jams, meats, and yougert, hot food (eggs, saugages, ham), juices and coffee. The dining room tables are set with white table cloths and silverware. There is an evening tea and pastries. The staff is excellant, very professional. Hotel is located in a quite niegborhood. There are lots of small restuarants within 2-4 blocks if the hotel. The D bus line, which travels to the tourist sites (such as Spanish Riding School, State Opera House, and Cafe Central) is 3 blocks from the hotel. I traveled solo and never felt unsafe even while walking at night. I will definitely stay at the hitel the next time I am in Vienna. Its a wonderful place.

We loved the hotel and thought it had a warm and friendly feel as soon as we checked in, since afternoon tea and cake was freely aviable in a very tastefully deccorated sitting room. Our room was very comfortable, very clean, with good quality fixtures and fittings throughout, as in all of the hotel. The breakfast was excellent with a large selection of organic and locally produced food, including the very best boiled eggs I have ever had. All the hotel staff were very helpful and kind, going out of there way to make you feel welcome, Stephan on reception, gave us some excellent help and advice on what to see and importantly, what wasn't really worth seeing. We would definitely like to visit again.
