Our stay in Vienna was very nice. The metro station was just a 5-minute walk away, making it easy to get around the city. The room was spacious, as was the bathroom, which made our stay comfortable.

The sheets looked clean at first, but when I removed the pillowcase, I noticed that the pillow inside was quite dirty. This was a bit disappointing, as cleanliness is important for a good stay. Overall, the location and space were great, but better attention to detail in cleanliness would have made the experience even better.

The room was a very good size. Nice high ceiling. No aircon, but a powerful fan did the trick. The beds did not have a particularly deep mattress on, but they were surprisingly comfortable all the same and a good size. The windows blocked out a fair amount of the noise from the street. The staff were friendly and helpful. The building was quite interesting in it's age. Although located a bit at the edge of the city, there was plenty around it to be of interest and it did make it a bit more peaceful.

No ability to make tea\coffee. The decor etc was a bit dated. I am not really bothered about that and it had it's charm, but others may prefer a more modern feel. I had asked if it were possible to supply a cake to the room before we got there, but this was ignored.

The hotel was very nice and confortable with really good combinatie to go to the center of the city and the treatment of the hotel staff was very very good.

I really enjoyed my stay at your hotel! The staff was very friendly and welcoming, everything was spotlessly clean, and the room smelled so fresh. I also really liked the style and design of the room—it had a charming, old-fashioned feel, which you definitely have to appreciate, and I personally found it very cozy. The daily cleaning was a lovely touch, and the quiet neighborhood made it even more relaxing. Communication with the hotel was also excellent—quick, helpful, and kind. Thank you for such a pleasant experience!

The only things I missed were some tea and coffee making facilities in the room, and a bit more soundproofing. The walls weren’t very thick, so noise from the hallway or other rooms could sometimes be heard. But overall, it was a very enjoyable stay!

Located at a quite street, easy transportation to the town center. The facilities are a bit old, but they do have a certain antique charm. Just a reminder - there is no air-conditioner, which may be an issue during very hot days. Not a huge problem for us - we opened the windows and used the electronic fan. The front desk stores luggage after we check-out for free. It is very continent for us, so we could spend the day out and went back to get our luggage.

The elevator only goes up to the 4th floor, so we had to carry our luggage up to the 5th floor. Our 3-person room was on the 4th floor, while the 2-person room was on the 5th.

Budget room for five... 1 king, 1 single and 1 double (pullout sofa?) accommodations worked for us since we didn't plan to be in the room aside from sleeping. Hotel is 4 min walk to several shops and coffee houses in one direction and an easy 15 min walk to center and Christmas markets in the other direction. Safe provided in room. Has lift.

Furniture was functional but meh. Minimal furniture...no seating aside from beds and small bench for putting on shoes. There was a table but no chairs so it was not feasible if you wanted to eat in the room. There was a mini fridge but it was nonfunctioning. The floor was creaky by the door which was near the toilet, which can be annoying late at night. Note The pullout bed (double sized bed) was super uncomfortable. Also, 1 key (skeleton type key) was provided at check in which meant no going out separately.

The location was very good, close enough to the old town and museums.The room was big and clean and the breakfast was very good too. I really need to mention here that the wi-fi connection was very good. I really don't know why so many people complained about it, but we really didn't have problems with this!? Even outside, in front of the hotel, we had a very good connection.

We would like to be able to make a coffee or a tea in our room early in the morning. II think you should improve this in the future.:)

When we first arrived, we got a room that we didnt like. We went downstairs and told the concierge and they were able to get us a different room for the next day. The updated room was A LOT better- big and the bed was extremely comfortable. everything was clean. Breakfast was good for the price, and location was great. the staff was very nice and accommodating. we appreciate them making it work so that we have a pleasant stay.

there were no complimentary shampoos/conditioners in the shower, which was surprising since this is something i assume every hotel provides.

The room was very large and clean. The furniture is a bit dated, but it gives it some charm. The best was the breakfast buffet, which was very varied and with a good price. The personal was friendly and helpful. The location is quite good, very near public transport.

We were very happy and everything was quite good, but the room was very warm, even though it was not that warm outside, and we could not sleep with the window open, since the room was in the side of a large busy street. However, we had a ventilator, which helped a lot. The TV had quite bad cable signal, but luckily we were most of the time outside sightseeing.

Very comfortable hotel. Great location near the centre. The hotel is little bit dated but the rooms are spacious and warm. We appreciated the original architecture of the building which is often more pleasing than some modern hotel without any character. We had great night sleep. We stayed here during our Christmas break in Vienna. The hotel was walking distance to one of the main Christmas markets with ice skating etc. Not far from Hofburg either. We walked everywhere. The main train station is in easy reach by public transport. There are quite few cafes and restaurants nearby, which we tried. All very good experience. Overall great hotel for any well travelled family.
