Thank you for a pleasant stay at your hotel. The location is excellent—right in the city center, with everything nearby, including metro and tram stations. The staff is very friendly, and the breakfast was excellent. We hope to stay with you again in the future, preferably in a room on the first or second floor.

We were less satisfied with the attic room. Although the bed linen and bathroom were very clean, the walls were in poor condition—dirty and damaged—so it would be good to pay more attention to that. The skylight window, which is the only window in the room, is difficult to open, and when it rains, it cannot be opened at all, making the room uncomfortably hot.

The room was nice and clean. We rented a room for three, and the third bed wasn't a regular bed, but it was comfortable. The bathroom is spacious, well-lit and clean. The hotel is on the edge of the city centre, close to the Freud Museum (we picked it because of the Museum). It's quite a walk to the old city centre, but just 3 mins from the hotel, you can find one of the shared bike stations, which is a really convenient (and cheap) way to get around the city. The Danube is just one minute on foot. There are limited parking spaces, and the closest parking house is 45 euros for a day, but we were lucky to have a spot when we arrived. The breakfast is really nice, it's buffet style, and they have proper gluten-free options! I am a vegetarian, one of my companions is gluten intolerant, and the third of us is just simply picky; still, all of us had a very lovely breakfast. During the weekend, breakfast ends at 11 am, so we had enough time to eat and chat, enjoying an excellent variety of food, salmon, local meat products (wurts, salamies), cheeses, fruits, very nice bread, eggs, granola, and even prosecco. I'd say the best part of the accommodation was the breakfast. The staff was friendly, they helped us get around the city, and answered all the questions about gluten-free food.

The corridor smelled like cigarettes, but it was clean.

The room was exactly like how it seemed in the photos. Plus, the location was really good. It was close to many restaurants, 3 minute walk (or even 2) from the subway. It isn't in the very center of the city but everything is pretty close. You can probably walk to the center in warm weather but I stayed in February. Transportation was very easy. Also, Google Maps works really well for public transport in Vienna, so you dont need to worry about it at all. If you dont want to pay for early check-in and arrive early at the hotel, you can leave your luggage while exploring the city. Housekeeping was neat, there is a mini fridge and kettle in the room, and the closet space was enough. The bathroom was really nice too, and there is a hairdryer if you need. I didn't have breakfast but it was 15 euros as far as I remember but there are also many restaurants and cafes you can just walk to (5-10 minutes away). Overall, everything was very clean, neat, and tidy. I'm really glad I chose to stay in this hotel!

The TV in the room doesn't really work. There are no channels, no internet and and you can't connect your phone to watch something either. I figured the Bluetooth was working, so I listened to some music and watched YouTube, but there was no image, unfortunately. Lastly, I think air-conditioning might be added to the rooms. I don't know what it's like in summer, but every guest has a different temperature preference, so it's good to keep in mind. The room was warm in February, but I usually like staying in even warmer rooms (it wasn't cold i just like it really hot, lol). If you'll be there in summer I think you should know this.

I stayed at this hotel recently and overall had a fairly good experience. The room was spacious enough. There was a kettle in the room, and also a coffee machine available in the ground floor that we could use every day till late evening, which we really appreciated. The hotel was in a calm and quiet area, yet still very close to the city center, so the location was quite convenient, around 7 minutes walk to tram.

the cleanliness of the room could have been better. There was visible dust in some areas, which made it feel like it hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned. Also, the bathroom had a design issue. when taking a shower, water could run out onto the bathroom floor, which wasn’t ideal and made it a bit uncomfortable.

Breakfast was excellent -congrats to the chef in charge. Please keep it that way. The personnel were very very kind and most willing to help, beyond expectation. The room may not look very modern but it was comfortable, spacious, with everything needed, and most importantly clean.

To exhaust the austerity of the review, one may say that the only aspect of the room that may not be liked by all people is that the furniture look a bit dated, which although may have been fine for us, some people may not select it for this reason. Maybe also a bit of color on the walls would give it a bit of a spark as well.

What made this hotel was the staff, the front of house staff were all so friendly, no matter what time of day or night. They offered to help with directions and transport, and they all seemed so happy in their job. The location was perfect for us as it is right opposite a metro station which runs right through to Shronbrunn with no changes. It is also super close to some lovely shops and restaurants in a beautiful neighbourhood. Our room was great, it was a family room, so exactly what we needed, it wasn't flash, it was functional and comfortable and clean. I liked the way the kids bed was separated by a wall.

It didn't bother us as we weren't there in summer but we were told that the air conditioning in the building doesn't work. So just be mindful if booking in the summer months

With a warm welcome, the gentleman at the reception completed the procedures quickly. He also offered information about the city and ideal places to visit and eat. Thank you very much, Iranian man! A code is used to enter the hotel after a certain time in the evening, there is no reception. We stayed in the Junior Suite room. The beds and sofa were comfortable. Air conditioning, kettle, refrigerator, bathtub, hair dryer were working smoothly. There is a wardrobe, television, table, chairs, bedside tables and a trash can. The bathroom was clean and had the necessary supplies. There is an attendant for breakfast and he helps you show you the place in the morning. P/P ratio is good. Ms. Şebnem was very hospitable and helped us in our local language by giving information not only about the hotel but also the city. Many thanks to her. There are bars and restaurants around the hotel. The location is not in the middle of the city. 5 minutes walking distance to the tram. You can reach the center by going 2 stops. It works throughout the night. There is a huge market at the same distance. (Billa) It has two smoothly working elevators for a maximum of two people. It has a small garden, ideal for breathing. The door is not electronic and a key is used. Having a bathtub was very enjoyable! A safe, satisfying, easily accessible place suitable for families

On the last day, the sink in our room was clogged, but we didn't mind since we were about to leave. Also, on the last day, our new towels were left, but the old ones were not taken.

The staff were helpful and room was clean and warm. Breakfast was gorgeous eat as much as you want

Basic but comfortable and clean room with excellent breakfast. Bathroom of a good size where everything was set to be practical. No noise from the street. Very nice staff.

Walls and doors of the room were so thin that I could hear litteraly everything that was happening in the next room, coughing, water running, people walking around in their socks. Not to mention all the sounds from the hallway. I was really happy that surrounding guests were not "wild" young people that would party or something like that, as that would be impossible to bear. I understand that for improvements of this you would need serious constructual works and investments, but I hope some day you'll do it.

Our staying was relatively calm nobody disturbed us if we did not ask cleaning the room was not touched. The parking was crowded but our attention was raised before out arriving that most probably parking places are not enough for all guests. The solution was perfect to take our car to one of the "park&ride" place nearby the hotel. (two metro stations). The location of the hotel perfect everything is reachible by using the public transportation.

Booking did not raise our attention that one of our booked room does not contain breakfast so we had to arrange it each and every morning.
