Superbly kind and accommodating staff! I was able to sit quietly in the breakfast room to take a few business calls after checking out which was a huge convenience. Located in the shadow of the Freud Museum and close to public transport and a Billa grocery store for maximum ease. The property feels like it was very recently renovated and fixtures are spotless and new. Daily cleanings, which feels like an extra luxury these days. The room was no-frills, spacious and well appointed with a small desk and chairs, giant wardrobe and—my favorite—plenty of wall hooks for easily hanging whatever you wanted. A small elevator will bring you to your floor if needed, otherwise easy, wide marble steps wind up the interior of the building. No A/C, but a big window and a ceiling fan and standing floor fan to create a good cross breeze.

I arrived quite late and there could have been a little more informative communication about how to initially get to the check-in desk (which is on the second floor after entering the building from the street and proceeding down a hallway, turning to the left and walking up a few steps). Not impossible to figure out, but slightly daunting after a long flight and in the dark. This is not a critique, but it would have been even better if there was a mini fridge in the room.

We were super happy with our stay here! We were a little wary of booking just because of some of the reviews that said the building looked old and dirty. But we did not find that to be the case at all. The building was charming (yes, old) and the rooms were so cute and definitely clean. We shared a room with four people total and found it perfect for us! The area around the hotel is so nice too - streets with many good cafes and restaurants, and transportation was all super easy to navigate. I was also extremely impressed with the staff, as I booked it very last minute after another booking canceled and they messaged immediately to organize check in (and let us check in early!). I’d definitely recommend staying here!

For me, the best thing about the room was its fantastic location—I could easily walk to almost everywhere I needed to go. There were plenty of dining options and a grocery store nearby, making it incredibly convenient.

First, the Wi-Fi connection in my room was quite weak, and I had to place my phone in a specific spot to get a signal. This might be due to the building being older. Second, while the bathroom was very clean, I noticed issues with the cleanliness of the bedroom. There were hairs on the bed sheet and the table fabric, which made me feel that these areas hadn’t been properly cleaned or washed.

I recently stayed at this Vienna hotel with my mother and was exceptionally pleased with the wonderful hospitality. The kind attention we received made our stay truly enjoyable. In particular, we must highlight the exceptional service from the lovely receptionist Niku. Her friendly and welcoming nature really set the tone for our time there. Niku was highly attentive - always promptly answering any questions we had and ensuring our comfort needs were met with a smile. Her sweet sincerity embodied the caring ethos of the hotel. Beyond the fantastic staff, the facilities themselves exceeded expectations. The location allowed easy access to transport links when sightseeing. Yet it maintained a quiet coziness that ensured restful nights. Our room also impressed with ample space and pleasing decor. We always returned to a spotless, tidy room warmed to a toastiness combating winter chill. When visiting Vienna, comfort and hospitality go hand-in-hand with experiencing the magic of the city. This wonderful hotel delivered on both fronts through convenience of locality, conscientious service, and cozy but spacious rooms. We highly recommend for any travelers seeking accommodation that feels like a home away from home.

Everything was fine. Location super, tram line D take from Vienna central to location and then back to city center. The staff was very friendly and kind. Accommodation and beds were bery comfort and very clean. Bedsheets were absolute cleaned, which I was very concerned. Around there are lots of coffee shops, restaurants and supermarket. It was a quite area, highly recommended

I would like that the floor to be more clean but otherwise everything was ok.

The location is perfect, the room is clean and spacious enough for the purpose of sleeping and showering, the amenities are great, really close to the centre. The staff was also very helpful. Wonderful price to value ratio overall.

Although they were pretty upfront about periodical reception times and contacted us 48 hours in advance and on the day of arrival to ask about our expected check-in time, a 24/7 reception (or at least 6-22) would be great.

Very good location, about 15 min.walk from Rathausplatz. Nice and peaceful location, with shops and restaurants nearby. Room was simple, but with everything that is necessary for few day staying. Good breakfast- bread, different sweet and savoury spreads, cheese, meat, vegetables, fruits, coffee/tea, juice. Nice and polite staff.

Thin walls, sometimes we could hear noisy neighbours very well.

We loved the location of the hotel. More residential area away from the touristy zone, but still walking distance to the big sites. We love a more authentic experience and we like to ride the public transit. This hotel gave us all those options. A wonderful pizzeria was on the street just below. Our room faced the street with a large bay window, a table and chairs and the side windows opened- like having a balcony. From the outside the hotel is nondescript, and even the street level hallway is a little dark, but the room was modern and light with high ceilings and that beautiful Vienna charm. We loved it!
