Excellent location, at a walking distance to District 1, where the Parliament, Natural History Museum, Kunst Museum, Wien University, and so many others are located. Walking distance to subway. The walk and train ride together take no more than 20 minutes to get to the rest of the sightseeing we planned to do. Rooms are spacios and clean. We felt welcomed and well taken care of. The pension provided many suggestions for things to do in Vienna although I tried to plan beforehand, so our 3 days stay was far from enough to see everything we could have. Strong WiFi signal, which was also important to my children 🙂 We loved everything about the city!

We loved Pension Gross and we would love to stay there again when we visit Vienna next time!

Excellent apartment in the city center, spacious, with its own kitchen and bathroom. Very quiet, so you can have a nice rest and sleep after a whole day of walking around Vienna. Very close to all tourist attractions, metro, restaurants and shops. On the last day, we were able to leave luggage for free, after checking out. It was very easy to communicate with the host about all the details. If we were to go to Vienna again, we would stay in this apartment and we recommend it to everyone.

Very convenient location. Close enough to all public transport and points of interest in Vienna. Easy to find with clear instructions from host to make a smooth contact free check in. Cleaner visited daily and beds made etc. Basic kitchen facilities provided. Also a good sized room. Bathroom a little small, but why do you need so much space, the room is plenty

An old-school, clean and comfortable apartment that is fantastic value for money. The lady taking care of the place allowed us to place our bags there after checking out, and actually passed us her own keys so we could reenter to retrieve them. The apartment is set back from the ring road by just a few streets, so the tram stops are not far away.

Bathroom is a little narrow, even for Asians like us!

Spacious and good location. Good beds, toilet and hot water never an issue. I used the iron once for a shirt, much appreciated

The shower door doesn’t stay closed (but a minor issue). Neighbors constantly stole the hot water electric boiler into their room, but I guess that few people will be this rude…

Excellent location close to trams. Good sized room with all you could want for a short stay. Although no reception communication prior to arrival made for easy check in. Good share kitchen facilities with crockery, cutlery, fridge and microwave.

The best part of the hotel is the location. It is in the city centre, next to a metro station and a beautiful church. Lots of restaurants and cafes around that offer delicious food. The hotel had a coffee station, free umbrellas to use, maps.

The hotel smelled like cigarettes. At night we heard women laughing loudly, which disturbed our sleep. The hotel room was a bit dirty.

The room was clean and spacious, the beds were so comfortable and the location was great! We had an excellent communication with the owners, really worth it staying there

Great location!! Close to metro station and very near to most of the attractions. Room was good size and clean. Just that there was no elevator to the room. But otherwise everything was reasonably available in the room including the mini fridge, microwave and toaster. All together good option!!

The neon lighting, harsh and cold, absolutely needs to be replaced, It is appropriate for a garage repairing cars for example but not for a hotel room. The tv screen could be bigger. Space heater in the toilet is good but the bathroom needs one too!
