The location was nice and the room was comfortable. It had everything I needed for my short stay. It also had a lot of coffee pods available for the morning which was a big bonus!

There were only two things I didn't really like. The first was that there was no key and the keypads they've chosen to use are very different from ones I've used before so I didn't even realize it was a keypad until I went into my room. That is more user error on my part I guess :D There was also no (working) outlet in the bathroom, which made doing my hair a bit challenging.

The hotel is in a great location its right between 2 subway stations (each not more than 10 min by foot) Its so convenient that you don’t have to talk to anyone - you just type in the code and go to your room:) Overall very clean and the bed was really comfortable! (Also the entrance hallway is so beautiful omg)

The price was a bit much in my opinion but its the same as any other hotel so i guess that’s a me problem xD

The room was big and comfortable. The bed was great, the room has A/C but no remote control. They had a coffee maker and left water and two buns. They changed towels everyday and cleaned the bathroom. The building is pretty but they were fixing it. It is very near the Rathaus and the university. Many places near to have breakfast and public transport. I really liked this place!

We were worried about the self check in, but it perfectly. Everything was perfect, loved it. Will be back!

A Wonderful Stay at Urban Rooms Rathaus. Highly Recommend! The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities one could need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a day of exploring the city. I particularly loved the view from my window, it was breathtaking and added a special touch to my stay. The location of the hotel is another big plus. It is conveniently situated close to major attractions, shopping areas, and public transportation, making it easy to get around and explore. Despite being in the heart of the city, the hotel maintained a peaceful and quiet environment, which was much appreciated.

Very nice and cozy place, stayed with a couple of friends in a room for 3 and we were all pleased with service. The room was clean and staffed with all necessary amenities(towels, shower gel, shampoo, lotion, cups, coffee machine etc). The room service was provided everyday. Appreciated the location, quiet street 5 minutes walking distance from center, with a lot to explore, accessible transport, different restaurants and shops.

The sofa bad was a bit too flat, we could have asked for an extra quilt, but we didn't:)

Really poorly signed, only small poster on one side of door then looked like walking into building site. Took me and a very kind taxi man several attempts to find. Clearer signposting would really help or mention in contact that although is building work just go up a couple of floors and it will be fine.

Great location with a smooth self-check-in system. High-speed Wi-Fi, a generous selection of tea bags in the pantry, and plenty of toiletries in the bathroom.

The walls are not soundproof—we could hear people in the room next to us. On the second day of our stay, the housemaid didn’t refill the water bottle or tissue paper. Additionally, there’s no space to place our belongings in the shower area.

Amazing location and so clean! We loved the coffee and croissants available in the room - especially after landing from a 12 hr international flight! Beds were comfortable and everything was clean! We’re very pleased with our experience! The hot tea bar in the lobby was a wonderful added touch!

We happened to pay a bit more than what I’m seeing online now but that fluctuates on booking.com, I’m guessing.

The location was great...close to everything and in a safe neighborhood.

The beds were very firm. I asked for 3 extra pillows at booking and didn't have them upon check-in. I sent a message to reception that took a while for a response. Eventually, I ran into a very friendly housekeeper who gave us the pillows. The elevator has charm but is old, so has size/weight limitations. The TV was very small. All in all, the room was clean, in a great location, and the check-in/out instructions were easy, and the process was very straightforward.

I preferred this place being nearby to the Vienna University. It has a good location; you can go by walking mostly everywhere and you can use urban transportation. The room was clean and enough for a solo traveler.

I think this property has been renovated but my room was looking inside of the building’s interior space which is dark. I really did not enjoy that
