I really enjoyed the location, as I was close to the University. Staff was friendly and accommodating for my arrival time. Access to elevator, very few stairs. Shower was good.

The bed linens didn't smell so good. The towel also had a stain. They told me breakfast was one price and when I went to pay, was another. The bedroom in front of mine was too loud, they would stay with doors open while children was playing (maybe because it was a bit hot). Same people were super noisy, talking loudly outside the room anbd children running, before 8 am.

Our rooms was clean and warm, the breakfast was quite decent (boiled eggs, fresh bread rolls and loaf, cereal, deli meat, different types of cheeses etc) and the location was perfect! All in all, great value for money. It's not the most luxurious hotel, but if you want a warm, clean room to have a good night's sleep after a long day exploring the city and the Christmas markets, and filling breakfast to get you going on the day, this is a great option.

The rooms were a bit on the small size, which was not an issue. It would be good to be able to access the lift from the ground floor, as someone with a disability might not be able to climb up the first pair of stairs to get to the lift.

The staff is really friendly. Location is great, Well connected via public transport to station. Opposite nice vegan restaurant, lots of attractions and nice shops and cafes in walking distance. Beds comfortable, room quiet. Furniture and decoration traditional. Very clean.

The breakfastroom is very small and becomes quickly crowded. If you are there as tourist, have breakfast rather in a nice Viennan cafe. If you are there for business , come early. As a tea drinker the queue at little coffee machine is annoyiing. Also, the drippling water at the machine never makes a good tea. To have an extra hot water source would make the difference. There was always something with the machines. Breakfast otherwise has good variety but no vegan options apart from jam.

We had a wonderful stay here. The location was excellent and the hotel seemed recently decorated and was very clean. If you need a kettle in your room or anything else- ask for Rahim, his service is wonderful. The location of this hotel was brilliant for the value..just a quick 10 minute Uber to the Vienna Opera House central location- would be even quicker if there were no roadworks . Check out the lovely Plant Based Restaurant, Tisch, just across the road..we had amazing homemade food prepared by the chef that owns it, all three of us were beyond satisfied with our various choices.

The location is very good, a quite zone, nearly the City hall and the staff were very kind with us.

Not so clean, the towels didn’t look well washed, the room for the breakfast was very small and get crowded very quick and the food wasn’t so good, there wasn’t so much to choose at the breakfast. Also, the hotel is located in an old building which doesn’t look so well and the reception close after 10 pm.

The breakfast was good and tasty but as I was always the first to go super early, the freshly baked croissant were coming when I had already eaten. The room was spacious and comfortable. The mattress was basic, a bit used. The location was excellent with nice restaurants for food and drinks. The staff was super helpful, provided an iron and shoe polish box that I needed.

The sheets, though clean, had persistent stains (maybe from blood).

The staff, especially the woman that welcomed us at out late arrival, was very kind. We felt very welcome at the hotel. The room was also so cozy and perfect for a pair of friends, the beds were nice and comfy and everything else clean but still felt warm and welcoming.

The cleaning staff was a little bit hasty with opening the doors for cleaning, we did not get the chance to let them know we were inside. They did not knock. This happened before the decided check-out time as well which was a little bit confusing, but really nothing major. The cleaning was carried out very well!

Very nice staff. The hotel has a very convenient location, near the city centre. The room was clean and had all the necessary amenities. Breakfast had an option for everyone. Highly recommend

It's an old building, the sound carries a lot. If you have loud neighbours next door it can be annoying (though after banging on the wall it got better :-)

the location is very close to the center, and we could also bring our dog with us. The room was not very big, but enough for our needs. The only parking possibility we had during our stay, was at a public private under ground garage, at Otto Wagner Parkplatz, which is pretty expansive, if you have to leave your car there for a few days. Overall we enjoyed our stay at this hotel, and we would recommend it.

Absolutely brilliant location. Right beside Christmas markets. Everything walking distance. Staff couldn't be any nicer, they were so helpful. We struggled with getting to hotel from airport and rang the hotel and they gave us exact directions with metro and bus. Organised us a taxi for returning to airport. We were so impressed with the service. Minute we got there they gave us full details for getting to centre, Christmas markets and attractions. Hotel is so secure too. We find it hard to get a room for 5 but the room we got was great size. Fab shower too. So many lovely restaurants close to the hotel. We are already looking at booking again for next year.
