Perfect in every way! We did not want to leave after 7 nights!! - The staff were phenomenal: Andreas and Zara at the Front Desk, Metin in the dining room , and Ivana and Stella did a daily amazing cleaning job! - The location was wonderful - The interior design was gorgeous - the breakfasts were varied and fabulous - the bed and bedding were so comfortable that we slept long and deeply - The atmosphere was warm and friendly - Zara went out of her way to check us in very early after we arrived from an exhaustive cross Atlantic flight. This made all the difference bro us and we will never forget this kindness!!

Nothing since it was pure perfection

The Artist Boutique was a perfect place to stay to explore Vienna. The room we stayed in twas a cozy twin room, and it was just the right size. There is a wall mounted AC unit to keep it cool. The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly and the breakfasts were amazing. The breakfast waiter provided excellent service. There is easy access to transportation options, and many things are walkable. We would definitely stay here again.

What an absolutely fantastic hotel! We work regularly in Vienna and have stayed at hotels across the city, but Service - this is a hotel where staff care and first-class service is evident throughout. We have many examples of staff being outstanding and taking great pride in their work. Special thanks to Andreas, Julian, Zara and all the fantastic team. Everyone we met was lovely. The Bar - Julian runs an ourstanding bar that would not be out of place in the likes of Raffles Singapore or other world-class hotels. The cocktails looked stunning and the atmosphere is elegant, refined, relaxed, and very warm and friendly. Facilities - we were delighted to find the hotel had a laundry room, with washing machines and a great ironing station. The rooms had everything needed with many thoughtful touches and the air con was very welcome. It was spotlessly clean throughout. Nice toiletries too. The beds were extremely comfortable. Great shower. Decor - the entire hotel looks stunning. It is really beautiful. A great deal of thought and attention have gone into the interior design. Food - breakfast is served in lovely surroundings and it’s brilliant. There’s a wide choice of high quality food and drink. The breakfast staff work really hard and the service is exceptional. The omelettes were the best I’ve ever had and the Eggs Benedict looked amazing. Location - Near the Rathaus underground station and all the main museums, restaurants and other lovely attraction, it’s in a great part of the city, yet tucked away on a quiet road. Reception - the team are very helpful and offered great advice to help us get the best of our stay in Vienna. On our last morning we had to leave really early to get a flight and Zara kindly offered us coffee for the journey.

Wonderful staff, really approachable and helpful. Gave us great directions/which trams, metro to use. Organised taxi to airport at fixed rate. Beautiful stylish hotel Great location on quiet street close to the Rathaus, around a 5-10 minute walk, which was perfect as we were there while the film festival was on, and walking distance to shops, restaurants, museums and parks and close to tram and metro stops. Only thing missing was some outdoor space, which would have been nice given the great weather during our visit. If you pay extra for breakfast make sure you are hungry so you get your money's worth as quite expensive at £25 per person. Good buffet selection and lovely Eggs Benedict. Standard size room and compact shower room. Had lovely Toiletries a fridge, which I think should be standard for rooms at this price point. Special mention for the amazingly comfortable bed with fabulous duvet and pillows. Best I have ever experienced. Air con not in the best place above the door but I left it on all day and room always felt cool on my return. Had tea and coffee facilities which were free. The bottled water in the room was extra. I would have expected complimentary water. Not everyone is a tea or coffee drinker so would be nice for a complimentary alternative to be offered.

My recent stay at ARTIST Boutique Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. I was enveloped in an atmosphere of genuine hospitality that extended far beyond the standard expectations. The room was comfort and style, impeccably clean and thoughtfully designed. The breakfast offered delicious options and the location was ideal. However, what truly elevated my stay to an unforgettable level was the friendly and attentive staff. It was a pleasant surprise to hear my mother tongue (Greek) spoken by one of the staff members, which added a special touch of warmth and connection. In the evenings, the hotel bar became a favorite spot. The bartender was a true artist, crafting exceptional cocktails in a wonderful atmospheric ambiance, making it the perfect place to unwind and socialize. I will definitely be recommending it to friends and family and look forward to returning in the future.

Fabulous design, great location, and super friendly staff.

The rather rude, unpleasant male member of staff on night duty. Everything seemed too much trouble, and he just had an unpleasant aire about him. He should get some lessons from the other staff members who went above and beyond!

The staff was amazing. The breakfast was amazing. The location was next to none. Super close to the city centre. Nice decor in the hotel.

The room was pretty small, to the point that I was claustrophobic. The hotel has very nice decor, but some of the things are not very high quality (the bed, the bedding and the floors in the room can be a bit better). The hotel is 10 min from the Austrian parliament and the city hall, and 2 min from the tram stop and 5 min from the metro station. However, I arrived at 11 pm on a Saturday evening, and there were absolutely no restaurants or fast foods or anything open at that time in that part of Vienna. The cleaning lady will clean your room no matter what. You can put the sign up, it doesn't matter. You could be sleeping in late, it doesn't matter, she will break into your room. The towels were not very clean on some days and they stank. One day a towel had some green pus on it.

The hotel is located near central Vienna, just a 2-minute walk from the nearest train station at Rathausplatz, yet the street where the hotel is found is very quiet. don't expect to find the most lavish exterior for a hotel but the hotel's interior is modern, well maintained, and has an artistic touch. The reception staff were all very helpful. They even gave us tips on nearby restaurants, suggested the best routes, and recommended the most convenient and affordable train options including the one for our return to the airport. Breakfast was excellent and more than sufficient. The room was always found clean and tidy when we returned.

The staff. Andrez and all his staff were super nice and helpful. They spent a lot of time with me sorting out my route to Wachau Valley. I've never seen such kindness and patience in any hotel. The location. The hotel is a 2 min walk to the tram stop and a 4 min walk to the U2 Rathaus metro station. There is a very good bakery at the corner and also a few restaurants around. The room. Super clean and comfortable bed and pillows. No elaborate decorations but the finishings are good quality so it gives very good vibes.

Nothing. Everything was great. But be mindful if you are booking for the next few months, there's a lot of construction work around the metro entrances and there's no lift or escalator at the exit from the line travelling from Karlsplatz to Seestadt, which you'd most likely be travelling on if coming from the airport. Because of the construction you can't walk across the exits underground. However it's possible to take the tram if it's a concern.

The staff were truly wonderful, and customer service was great which I found is rare in Vienna. They went beyond what we would expect from a hotel personnels in any city. They helped us in detail with transportation (even what to look for in connection rides,) events, and detailed explanation of where to visit and the locations of the attractions. They even made reservation for the concert ticket that we couldn't do it on our own. The transportation to the hotel wasn't the most convenient, but still it was in a rather convenient place from the station and center of the city.

The room we got assigned to was in the attic, and it was quite hot during the day.
