Its really lovely to have a room with terrace where you can chill during day and evenings. Even tho the open bathroom and shower being present right in front of bed might look strange to some, the room looked and felt very spacious and open thanks to the lack of wall. Having a shower AND a bathtub sure was a very welcomed bonus.

Some of the furniture had some damage, visible scratches and parts chipped off which, from my own opinion was because of previous guests trying to open bottles from minibar as the bottle opener was not present (and even after requesting it the hotel said they have non and you can open bottles only at reception). There were some stains on the carpet in bedroom. Some of the power outlets were not working.

Nice breakfast buffet + Westbanhof is a very good subway stop, most attractions are 30 minutes away and Mariahilferstrasse is just around the corner with tons of shops. You can borrow umbrellas if it rains and there’s a courtyard with garden furniture where you can simply hang.

I completely agree with changing the towels and bedsheets every other day to save water, but I was very surprised that in my 5 days of stay the bathroom and floor wasn’t cleaned ONCE. The toilet bowl was filthy and the shower pressure wasn’t the best.

Very close to Westbahnhof, so very good if you are travelling from the train station, or there is a direct bus from that train station to the airport. Close to Mariahilfer Strasse, which is good for shopping, also the metro and tram stops are nearby. A bit further away from the old town but was fine for us. The room was well-equipped, had everything we needed, very clean. Beds were super comfortable. Our windows were looking out into the side street so was very quiet in the night.

Breakfast was 24 euros per person, we decided to not take it - too expensive. WiFi was really slow

The bed was extremely comfortable and we loved the open bathroom concept. The shower was spacious and well-designed. Our room was on the first floor and all windows could be opened if you need some fresh air. The temperature was pleasantly warm. Location is good, Ubanh is very close like 3-5 min walk so its very easy to travel around city. Airport-hotel was super easy too. Staff was helpful and friendly.

However, there were a few drawbacks. The pillows were quite thin, and there were only two of them. The shower could have been cleaner; the corners were dirty, and the drain needed more frequent attention. We also noticed a couple of ants escaping from between the carpet and the wall. These are details you tend to notice later. Overall these issues didn't overshadow our enjoyable stay.

very good location. Courtyard room was very quiet. Decent size room and yes be aware that the shower is in the middle of the room. Beds were very comfortable. good hot water and good water pressure in the shower. Room was a pleasant size.

in light of the fact that the hotel was most likely quite empty (We never saw anyone) it would have been a nice gesture to let us check in early complimentary but we elected to pay to get the room early. Housekeeping was every other day which is understandable but the room did smell like a smoking room and housekeeping didn’t replenished the instant coffee, the bottle of water, didn’t clean the glasses nor the coffee cups. There was some underwear on top of the laundry bag (from a previous guest) when we arrived. Still there after Housekeeping cleaned the room. Still there when we left.

Pleasant hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The room was spacious, had everything we needed and was spotless. Comfortable bed with firm mattress. We stayed several nights and every night was quiet, in spite of the hotel being located on a busy road. The location of the Hotel is quite convenient at a five minutes walk of the West Bahnhof underground station. We took the underground and tram almost everywhere as there is a direct line into the city centre.

Really liked the bed, it was very comfy. The shower in the room was nice. The curtains are very good at blacking out light. I liked everything about the room. The location is good if you want to go to Stadthalle.

The hotel is located next to a very busy and loud road. I was awaken by ambulances. I had to wear earplugs to sleep. The staff didn’t provide any information about breakfast or wellness. Both were supposedly available at the hotel but I was not offered anything.

The hotel is conveniently located near Vienna's Westbahnhof and within-walking distance from downtown. The rooms are well appointed with modern fittings. One interesting feature is that the contemporary shower unit is located right next to the bed, however we did not see any curtains for privacy. The beds are comfy and the room we received was very quiet. Free water and fruit are offered throughout the day at the lobby.

Breakfast is way too expensive, so we opted out. Most of the times, no clean glasses were available at the water station in the lobby, while dirty glasses were filling up the serving table.

My room was exceptional, I asked for a room with a view, and I got the perfect one. The bathroom was particularly interesting, imagine showering in the middle of a room with a perfect view of the stars / blue sky. The room was clean and well vacuumed. I had a coffee machine and kettle to make some tea. Which came in handy after a long day exploring. It’s also not far from the shopping street and the train station.

The receptionist could be a kinder!

Room in the back of the hotel was quiet with lots of light, compact but well organised. Location is excellent, close to Mariahilfer, Westbahnhof and Airport bus. Several superb vegetarian restaurants nearby.

Staff did not know location of nearby currency exchange. Breakfast price is too high; go to Bäckerei Felzl instead. Gym room is not suitable for any serious kind of workout and desperately needs an upgrade.
