We got a room that looked as at least refreshed, not necessairly super new. There were comfortable beds, bed liniens smelling fresh, fresh towels. Bathroom was clean and looking refreshed as well. Overall it was comfortable in the night, we only had heard something from the street one night, but during the other it was very quiet (after 22:30). It is 3 minutes from tram and shop. 10 minute from U4. There are few restaurants and pubs nearby. Remark: It is far from city center (but it was our informed decision), but close to Schönbrunn, ZOO and Lainzer Tiergarten.

The apartment was very clean and cosy, and had everything for a longer family stay - kitchen utensils, a cooker, a washing machine, a dishwasher. The location is far from the center, but has very convenient transport connection, and it is close to some great hiking locations, so if you want to enjoy not only the architecture and museums of Vienna but also explore the vicinity, that's the right location. The district is quiet and all the shops, cafes etc are close within walking distance.

Nice hotel away from the city center, a bit older but it has everything needed for the Vienna city break. Breakfasts are very good, the hotel has elevator. Stuff in both receptions and the dining are super helpful and friendly :)

The hotel does not have free parking, you need to pay as for the regular parking on the street, but the stuff is very helpful and provides all needed documents/cards. No elevator to get from the street to the ground floor, a bit problematic if you have heavy bags.

We spend one night in this hotel while travelling back home from our holiday. Our family room was really very nice, clean, cozy and spacious (2 bedrooms) and very well equiped. The only missing thing there is air-condition. Young gentleman at hotel reception was very kind and gave us all the information which we needed:-) We also appreciated delicious breakfast:-) We can definetely recommend staying there to other potential visitors:-)

No negatives except of missing AC..

The hotel is very old like everything in Vienna, but I liked very much that they have nice modern rooms and keep them very well cleaned. The bed is good. Bathroom is good. If you are with kids, it’s very close to the Schonnbrun palace and Zoo. If you are with friends or a loved one the U4 line is very close and you can get anywhere by the Bahnhof in Vienna. U4 to Wien-Mitte and anywhere from there. There is a SPAR very close by. We love this grocery store. Also coffee shops with breakfast options nearby. The staff is very nice and helping. The price we booked at was the best we found for our dates in Vienna and for a proper hotel. The cheaper options were hostels which was not an option for us as we wanted a private bathroom.

There’s always small stuff that doesn’t suit someone, but as long as the room is clean and the bed is comfortable I have now issues with the place!

Big apartment, nice place for rest after sightseeing city. Excellent breakfast. Very pleasant and useful stuff. Great value for money. Location is acceptable, not in the center, but not to far. Schenbroon is near by, about 2 km from the hotel. Car park can be find at the street where the hotel is. Recommendation.

Everything is fine. Perhaps more TV channels on TV, we couldn't find kids channel. We travel by car do I am not sure how good is connected, with one, or with two lines to the center.

The apartment was spacious, clean and quiet. It was on the ground floor, but the building is located in a quiet street, so it was not a problem. The apartment has everything - kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, iron, etc. Very helpful girl at the reception.

Bed linen, blankets and pillows are the only thing I didn’t like, although overall we slept well. The hotel is relatively far from the center, the tram ride into the center takes about half an hour, but it was not tiring. The tram stop is nearby.

We stayed for 4 nights in this hotel. The room was quite spacious and clean. The staff was very helpful. Whenever you visit the country the first people you meet are the hotel staff. If they are friendly, nice, helpful you start falling in love with that country. The same thing happened to us. Breakfast was OK no complaints. I would love to visit Austria again next year and will stay in this hotel. Thank you team Klimt for making our stay memorable.

Our only complaint is the bread was served cold and there was no toaster.

Excellent breakfast, nice&helpfull stuff, comfortable beds, cute garden where you can enjoy after breafast. It was a pleasant stay, great value for money. It is a bit far from the city, but calm neigborhood and not far from Schönbrunn (couple of tram stations).

Very helpful and nice staff. Good breakfasts, clean and quiet rooms. On the walls there are paintings in Gustav Klimt style, what is very nice and adequate to hotel's name. You can park your car on the street (paid extra). Hotel is located outside the city centre,, but it is not a problem as you can get U4 line (a 12-15 min walk from U4 Unter St. Veit stop).

A small fridge in the room could be a nice improvement.
