Room was small, not really renovated, but good enough to use the word "comfortable". Breakfast on the other had was very good and staff friendly. Location is perfect close to trams and city center.

- No flexibility regarding bed setup - we requested toswitch from two single beds to one double with a topper or just join them with a bed sheet. It was rejected. Also no room switch possible. Not really nice. - Payment and personal information during check-in. When you are checking in at 11 PM and need to fill out a survey with personal questions (sorry - you have those information in booking or can ask for that in advance) and also pay directly - it could be done better. Why not pay for everything during checkout (additional services and hotel payment)?

Comfortable location, quiet street, close to metro station and big shopping center. There are restaurants in the area and also several food kiosks that work even late at night. Clean and spacious room with a comfortable bed, TV, minibar, heating etc.

It would be nice if there was a kettle and tea/coffee. There was a little hot at night in April but it's not actually a problem since it was possible to open a window and get some fresh air. First day cleaning lady came twice but first time it was before we went (about 10:00) and then after we was already back (about 16:30), so the room remained not cleaned. We expected cleaning somewhere between 11:00-15:00 when we usually were absent. Recommend to hang 'do not disturb' label on the door until you went.

Totally worth it. The room was nice, modern decor, like a new hotel basically. There is a nice mall with a supermarket and dispensary about 100m away at the end of the block. There are restaurants around also. The train station is very close by, a block away, maybe 200m on foot. The breakfast buffet is fantastic, up with the best I've encountered. I would eat heartily in the morning, and take a sandwich and piece of fruit with me, and that was me sorted for food each day I stayed. The staff are very friendly, helpful and welcoming. There is a bar by reception you can get drinks from 24 hours, the receptionist will serve you if there's no barman there, and there's an outdoor smoking area where nobody seemed to mind me having a cheeky puff with my beer. I would absolutely stay again. One of the beers in my room had been drunk, refilled with water, and the cap cleverly popped back on. I was very disappointed one night to think I was going to have a nice cold beer after enduring a summer heatwave, but it turned out to be water! I called reception and told them because I didn't want to be charged for it, and a customer service manager delivered a replacement beer personally in minutes. When I checked out, I was billed for the beer, but as soon as I explained what happened, told them the new beer is still in the fridge for the next person, they apologised again and removed the beer from my bill immediately. I appreciated their service and trust. I ate breakfast at the restaurant 5 days in a row, always later in the morning. On the day I checked out the staff were surprised to see me there at 7:30am. I said I was checking out shortly and they seemed genuinely disappointed to hear that! One of them joked that he was heartbroken, and both staff I chatted with wished me well and thanked me for staying. They were really very friendly, which I appreciate more than anything.

There was no kettle or the makings of coffee/tea in the room, but there was a fridge which I appreciated. I suppose this is because there exists both a restaurant and bar in the building to accommodate those needs.

Spacious and very clean room (No. 326), quite quiet, large TV in the room, enough equipment for a 3-night stay, comfortable beds, minibar (which can also be used as a mini fridge), enough heat (blower under the window), adjustable according to wishes, bathroom with shower, with instant hot water, clean white towels. The garage was located in the basement of the building, accessible by elevator to the floor where the room was located. Very good price for the facilities offered (in low season), 78 euros per night for a couple, including parking. Friendly staff. The hotel is located quite close to the center of Vienna, with public transport links nearby.

The heating fan made an almost noticeable noise (if it was running at speed 2 or 3), but even when it was turned off, there was enough heat in the room. Speed 1 was not working (no noise was heard). A water heater / coffee machine is advisable to be in the room.

The room was like new and very clean (immaculate); they have the best housekeeping staff; they visit daily if you need your towels changed. Very comfortable bed. Soap, shampoo, cotton buds, etc. supplied. Good workstation. Bar fridge. Proximity to subway (5 mins walk). Shopping mall very close with everything (supermarket, etc.). We chose this hotel for its position almost next to the subway, quick trip into Vienna. We didn't eat in the hotel. Good price to value ratio. Front desk staff are excellent and helpful.

18 euro a night for parking is highway robbery. The car park is a rabbit warren; it has many entrance gates, (it's like four parks in one), you really need to remember where you park, it's easy to get lost, there are many lifts to access the park, I suggest always using the same lift! No kettle in the room. (This is important to us, please offer a kettle on request). We booked with Booking.com. The information the hotel requires takes some inputting and time and is a repeat of my booking information! Much patience is required at the front desk.

A cozy, nice and clean place, lovely to stay and relax

When we arrived we have been ask if we would like to have breakfast, we said YES and we paid it but in the 2 next mornings we were asked if we want to be added the breakfast to the room because they said we didn't have breakfast... A better communication between reception and the restaurant will be better.... To don't say that when we left I was asked to pay for 2 mornings breakfast which were already paid. More careful on what the clients paid or they didn't - it's not nice to ask the clients to pay again.

The hotel is nicely located just next to a metro station, making traveling around the city very easy. The room was nicely arranged and maintained. All in all it was a good stay. The whole hotel is designed around music and music bands, it was quite the surprise indeed as my visit to Vienna was about attending a concert, so it was quite the surprise indeed.

Quite noisy as the walls are very thin and the room cleaning was starting very early in the morning at about 8 o’clock. And my room was just next to the elevator so whoever woke up early was making me wake up as well.

The hotel is on good location. It is on 30-40 minutes from the center of the city. There is a public transport bus (48a) and metro by which you can easily reach the center. It is a very good hotel, great value for the money and the staff is more than friendly and helpful. If you travel by car as we did, there is a public garage next to the hotel and it was cozy and safe. The room was quiet and spacious. Bed was cozy. Everything was new, towels, bathroom and bed sheets. No bad hotel smell!!! Great hotel!!! Will come again. I will certainly recommend it!!!

I can not say that anything was bad. The bed was not one bed, but two separate beds brought together and the pillows were too soft. But, this is not a minus at all!!! Still great hotel!

Was spacious had a free pool table and great vibes throughout. A lot bigger than expected. Nice location however the actual road itself was very dark at night, brothel opposite and a lot of strange people walking around however close to main part of Vienna so good location if you don’t mind walking past loads of crackheads past 8.

The fact we asked for a courtyard view yet didn’t get one, they beds were also two single beds pushed together which did not help as we kept falling down the middle. No kettle and no balcony but apart from that very spacious and everyone was friendly who worked there.

We liked that the hotel seemed modern, and that the rooms were cleaned. The location was alright. There was a mall right next to the hotel, and there were many public transportation options available; including a bus that dropped you off at the city center.

Maybe the staff could be more communicative with each other and offer more solutions. I left a small bag in one of their lobby seats, and went up to my room. When I noticed I left it there, I came back to the lobby it wasn’t there, so I asked one of the staff (who was there before), and he said he didn’t see anything. I asked to check the cameras, and they told me only the manager could see them and only on Monday (it was Saturday). Luckily, we asked another staff member, and she told us “yeah, it’s in the office here you go”. The first staff member didn’t even bother to look there.
