What a beautiful hotel ! Feels like one is back in history. This old building seems like a museum, filled with paintings of yesteryear and the furniture was antique. Though the facilities were all modern and everything was comfortable. About a 15 min walk to the main Street of Neubau and about a 30 min walk to Innere Stadt. We enjoyed walking everywhere as we discovered a lot more ! Check in was smooth and contactless and the host explained everything well.

The bathroom had a hand shower which is fine. But it wouldn't stay up so as to use it handsfree. It was quite annoying as one had to place it on the ground to be able to use both hands. So hopefully they fix that minor issue.

The hotel rooms were incredibly large with high ceilings and a general feeling of old Venice. The bathrooms and kitchen had been nicely modernized but the overall vibe was retro. The contactless entry was very smooth compared to some other properties we have stayed at. Also, when we had a question about the hot water heater ( a previous guest had turned it off), we called reception and they sent someone to check it out within 15 minutes. The price was excellent- the property is a solid 30 minute walk to the center of Vienna, and was priced accordingly.

There was a moldy smell in the elevator and on the first floor which was intimidating when we first entered the property, but there was no small in our rooms. Also the hair dryer needed to be replaced.

Located in one of the trendiest neighbourhoods in the city. Surrounded by restaurants, cafes and bars. 15 min walk to the Rathausplatz. This old house was so elegent and full of history. We loved the terrace but was not used much because of a short stay in Vienna this time around. We did not see a single staff member there which did not matter at all. All the check in info was super simple and efficiant. Will go again

Nothing to dislike here. Was exactly what we were looking for

Very spacious, good sized fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster. Two bathrooms, including tub. On the 4th floor but elevator worked fine. Nice sized living room with two coaches, perfect for relaxing and playing cards. Full dinner table. Easy access. Close to good restaurants and bakeries. Pho 86 was a highlight.

It is a good 30 mins walk to the center of Vienna and Museum Quarter. No central heating, but the ac/heat units worked fine. Groceries stores closed on public holidays and Sundays.

Non-invasive but reactive to the needs. Example: My daughter had a earring fallen into the washing basin. On 23/12 late in the evening. I wrote a message to the property very late in the night. Next morning, 24/12 (!!!), conveniently in the morning (not too early or too late), a person was at our door. Earring was found, everything was fixed back same morning. No limit to thank you people all involved from the property side. Top!

The apartment is located on the 5th floor, but there is an elevator. The kitchen is small, but has everything you need for cooking, including a coffee maker. The apartments are located within walking distance from the center (15-20 minutes to the Hofburg, Rathausplatz). Bus stops are 5-10 minutes away (for example, you can get to Schönbrunn Palace in 40 minutes).

The kitchen faucet could be replaced, it is a bit noisy. The blinds also need replacing. But these small comments do not spoil the overall impression.

Clean, spacious apartment. Easy to reach central locations in the city using bus / tram. Efficient check in / check out. Rather small kitchen but it was ok for our needs. Good value.

The wooded floor is making noise when you walk on it. It's not terrible but it was a little strange.

Communication, check in and out were good. The room was in good size and as described. It was very quiet in the room.

Hot/cold water, was hard to get it right in the shower and in the bathroom sink cold was on the left which was a bit dangerous for the kids but they managed. The air conditioning was only in one room so we had to leave it working pretty strong which made one room extra cold and the other OK. It was 35 degrees out side so we need it.

Amazing decor, some parts felt like a museum. It was so nice to stay in a hotel with so much original character. Centrally located near all the great cafes, shops, bars and restaurants in the 7th district, as well as an easy walk to the Museums quartier and other sights. An easy bus ride to the central station. Really spacious and comfortable rooms, bath, and small kitchenette with microwave, stove and fridge.

It was like staying in a museum! Very cool. A helpful and generous family who owns the place since the 19th family. Great location in Neubau neighborhood. Useful small kitchen. A ch eap price for the service and room.

Need to make sure the facilities in the room work well (e.g. electric stove, AC).
