Great location with great price! Many restaurants nearby and minimart. The receptionist was really nice and provide us with a bunch of recommendation. They also made a list and provides us with tons of information. The hotel was close to public transportations and easy to reach. It has a lift so that’s a huge plus point. The room was clean and nice. Clean towels and they provide us with soap and shampoo (multiuse). The room doesn’t have an AC but we went there during autumn so we don’t need one. Or you can just open the window. The shared toilet was clean. There’s a refrigerator in the hallway so you can keep things there.

Almost nothing. But we do have some suggestions: - The hotel should let us know that there’s a lift access from the other door (Maybe they emailed me but i didn’t notice). So when we first got there we dragged our suitcase 1 floor up. - The kitchen’s and common area opens during the receptionist hours (08.00-18.00) so we couldn’t access it at 7 AM. It’ll be a huge plus if we can access it 24 hrs.

Reception friendly, helpfull, lnformative. Footpaths outside the Pension have been recently paved to a modern and tidy standard.Since my last stay,the room has been modernised with a shower added,new washbasin and other fixtures and. fittings.The toilet is along the corridor and has had new facilities installed. Everything was kept very clean. I find the bring your own breakfast idea convenient and the breakfast room comfortable with stylish furniture.I enjoyed the coffee from the machine.

Warm, clean, comfortable, good location. Would stay here again.

The reception staff are very helpful. They saved us a lot of money by providing us with a street parking pass so we did not have to pay for an expensive parking garage. They are also helpful in providing maps and restaurant recommendations. The location is close to the old town and subway.

The hotel is a very good value. The location is a former school, so it is a bit like staying in a dorm room. But we were sightseeing all day, so we did not need a fancy hotel.

Very well located and very comfortable room. There was adequate heating and thankfully a lift which isn’t always the case for places in Europe in this price range. Staff were nice to me too. Shower was in the actual room which was initially weird but ended up being nice as the steam made the room even warmer

I didn’t have any problems with this property but when I was checking in there was a couple reporting a problem to the manager and, though the couple were reasonable, the manager was quite rude. I didn’t have any problems and I was glad after witnessing this treatment.

My room was facing the inner courtyard. There was a tree in front of the window, which was a great view, and it was very silent. No sounds from the street could be heard. Plus, the bed was very comfortable, and I slept like a baby. The location is perfect for exploring! I regret staying only one night. The staff at the reception is very kind and they called me as soon as my room was ready, which was before the usual check-in hours (I arrived early).

The door of the bedroom is not insulated, so you can hear whenever someone is passing in the corridor as if they were walking through your bedroom.

Great location and quiet at night yet close to downtown.

The bathroom in a separate hallway unit. We paid for a private bathroom assuming it would naturally be in the room. Was annoying to have to get dressed at night to go out into a public space with the keys to use.

It was great to stay in one of Vienna's old apartment blocks with its grand stairs, lift and entrance hall, and the Lehrerhaus did a great job adapting parts of it for hotel use. The location was excellent, just a few hundred metres from Museum Quarter and the absurdly grand state buildings of the Ring. The neighbourhood of Josephstadt has lots of amenities and atmosphere (see picture of view from breakfast room/lounge). U-bahn (metro) not far. 24h-access was convenient and the staff were great.
