Location is great, almost walking distance to all sights and just next to Volkstheater metro station and Maria-Theresien-Platz. Excellent breakfast buffet with variety of food selections. Room is spacious and clean.

The lady in the reception (afternoon duty - Chinese looking) is very rude, if you ask a question instead of helping you, she will respond to you as if you are so stupid to ask. She even told me "You don't know how to read!" on a sarcastic tone when I asked something that is written in German during check in. She is exactly opposite of the lady on morning duty who will greet you every time you come for breakfast and always smiling and very accommodating. The walls were thin between the rooms, I can totally hear what's happening from the couple on the other side hahaha

The location is excellent, just off the museum Quarter. The room was big, nice surprise as I booked a single. There are two buildings, one with the reception, breakfast room and some rooms. Then there is another building just two doors down the road, located in a little courtyard. There are lifts in both buildings. This is very typical Vienesse architecture with high ceilings and parket floors. I liked having a coffee machine in the hallway available 24/7. Lots of space and on the second day a big floor fan appeared as it was tropical weather the day before. I loved the buffet breakfast, again very Austrian with delicious fresh breads and pastries, a variety of cheeses, hams, spreads, and fruits.

Even though the building is off the main road, there is still some street noise, especially in the evening with the window open. As there is no air con, the room can get quite hot. Also, when it rains it might not be convenient having to go to another building for a breakfast. I would also like new softer towels as the ones in use are rather worned out.

Comfortable airy room with clean bed and duvet, we had a good sleep once we opened the window and switched on the fan in the room. Hotel rooms are actually in a separate building but not too far from the reception building. Historic design building. They have a coffee machine where the hotel room was, so I enjoyed coffee a couple of times during our stay. Breakfast is simple spread and reasonable for a 3 star. Good view from window, good attractions and excellent link to transport.

When we went to checkout, the reception lady spontaneously said we have to pay city tax. I had to show her my booking confirmation with details about city tax and VAT I already paid with my booking in full. You could be a little considerate and check records yourself before uttering that we have to pay further. That was the only thing we found annoying, other than that, no complaints.

The location is excellent. Two underground train lines are very nearby, and many museums are within walking distance (for example, the Natural History Museum). A little bit further, but still within 10 minutes' walk, are the Parliament, City Hall, and beautiful park. There are many restaurants and a grocery store around the corner. The room was clean and comfortable. I appreciated fresh vegetables and fruits as an addition to breakfast.

The materess on the bed was to soft, but I guess it's a matter of preferences.

The location is very good. You can get to majority of the major attractions on foot. I bought a 72hr public transport pass, but in the end I ended up walking to every destination (apart from Schönbrunn but taking the tube was straight enough). The bread and cakes offered for breakfast were fresh and tasty! I was a bit worried about the temperature in old buildings, but it was so warm I had to massively turn down the radiator in the room. The room was very cosy, spacious and made me like at home!

I think there could have been a wider variation in terms of breakfast choices! Soft boiled eggs or omelettes, more salads.

Excellent hotel! It is in a perfect location, close to all tourist places, close to all transport, quiet neighbourhood, beautiful building, good breakfast, very comfortable beds, free coffee and tea, a small fridge in the room, strong water pressure in the shower. Also, roomservice came every day to take out trash and make the beds. It definitely exceeded our expectations because the price was lower than other centrally located hotels so we also expected less. Very friendly staff, everyone speaks English. We came to see christmassy Wien and the hotel added to that, it was a wonderful experience here.

It is not that we did not like something, but just if you travel with your partner and you both like high pillows, ask for an extra pillow in advance, the room has one extra but ask for a second one.

Location was perfect. Half a block from the metro and a Spar around the corner. Easy walking distance to many museums and sites. Amazing staff. Breakfast was wonderful. We traveled with a small dog and she was welcomed. There is a dog park half a block away. Will stay again next time we travel to Vienna. Very old building with hardwood floors and spare but comfortable decoration.

The entrance to the building and exterior hallways are very old, a bit smelly and unimpressive. Once you are behind the doors of the hotel, floors 1 or 3, everything is great. Be aware when arriving that you need to go to floor 1 and buzz in to get entry to the hotel part of the building which also has other businesses. Do not judge this book by its cover. Would have liked to have a kettle and cups in the room.

The location is very easy to go everywhere. Public transportation around the corner and lots of restaurants and places to have a drink. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was very nice and the coffee machine was available on the floor. No extra charge for pets. Big room.

When you check in, you have to go up the stairs before reaching the elevator taking your luggage. You check in and then we were put on another building. It was around the corner, not bad but a little inconvenient with luggage. The Parking was 20,00 Euros per day and not next to the place but close enough.

Beautiful old building located centrally in Vienna which allowed us to walk to all the main attractions. Room was very large and had a fan and fridge which was great for keeping drinks cold. Bathroom was spacious and shower had good pressure. Breakfast was basic but had a good selection and we had no complaints

While not a big issue for us, the hotel is split in 2 and we were in a separate building to the one where the reception is and breakfast is served. Our room was extremely warm due to it being summer. There was no air conditioning and although there was an excellent fan in the room, it was very noisy so you could either sleep or be kept cool.

I was upgraded to a family suite, the building is huge and the rooms are spread around various 'wings',, as other businesses also share the building,. This was not a problem and the room was really quiet. The area is superb. It was easy to get to and from the airport. The breakfast was of the best I've ever had. The staff were really helpful. I chose not to have air-conditioning so I knew what to expect this time of year,, they provided a huge fan which was very powerful. The free toiletries were of good quality.

My only recommendation would be to provide sheets rather than a duvet for non air conditioned rooms during the summer months. I ended up removing my duvet cover and using that as a sheet. The hotel also didn't respond to a message I sent via booking.com. it would have been nice to have an iron in the room and complimentary water.
