Hands down the best hotel we ever stayed at in Europe! Concept & decor? Outstanding! Felt like we were at a Modern Art Gallery! So quirky and fun! Spotless clean! I was trying to find something off about the room and NOTHING! Friendly and polite stuff! Great breakfast and dinner at Ribelli restaurant! Best rooftop bar with a breathtaking view! And everything was so close you could walk or take the Underground! Will definitely recommend and definitely coming back! Thank you for the lovely memories!

As always, 25hours is worth the money. The staff is friendly and they allow you to check in early (at a fee of course). The suite was very comfortable with a great bed and shower. During summer, it also has wonderful airconditioning. The room also had amazing views over the city. The hotel is walking distance from major tourist attractions and very good restaurants and cafes. The roof top bar is worth visiting with great vibes and drinks.

We had the breakfast once, but don’t think you get value compared to the price.

The room was good, and very clean, breakfast in abundance. Quiet considering it was in the middle of the city. Spectacular views. We were so close to all the museums and Christmas markets, which were spectacular. Nice smelling toiletries in the room. The restaurant was great, fun staff and great food. The shower worked well and lashings of hot water. All of the staff were friendly, helpful and fun. We felt safe walking around Vienna.

This is such a quirky hotel -- circus themed all throughout the property including our room's walls! We understand that this design choice will not appeal to everyone but it definitely tickled our fancy. The breakfast was superb and location fantastic being a short walking distance to museums. The room was clean and quite spacious.

This hotel aims to be at the forefront of sustainability which is fantastic. Because of this, they do not service the rooms everyday and room refresh has to be requested at the front desk. It was okay for us but to be honest -- we prefer our rooms done up and serviced everyday. It is a tiny issue compared to how superb we were looked after but thought to put it here in case it important to other future guests.

Quirky and fun decor and the room was gigantic with floor to ceiling windows on 2 sides for unbelievable views over the city. Really comfortable and modern without fuss. The staff were all friendly and professional and spoke good English. We didn't have breakfast, but had a meal in the restaurant and a cocktail in the rooftop bar. All rather lovely. There is a tram stop right outside the hotel, underground station just around the corner and museums/galleries/Naschmarkt within walking distance. Wish we had time/weather to rent a bike as such a cycle friendly city.

Every detail is considered—adapters, a handwritten card, minibar treats — so you’re constantly in a good mood. The room was quiet, the bed perfect, and the whole experience incredibly comfortable.

Honestly, nothing — everything exceeded expectations.

This hotel was amazing! It had such a lovely and stylish decor, and the room was equally charming. One of the highlights was the heated bathroom floor – a fantastic touch, especially during colder days. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was delicious! We also had dinner at the hotel one evening, and it was an excellent experience. The food was of high quality, and the beer was great! I ordered a mixed platter of Italian cold cuts and cheeses, as well as a Diavola pizza, and everything was absolutely delicious. The hotel was also very well located, close to public transport, Christmas markets, and museums. It was easy to explore the city on foot from the hotel, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely recommend it!

Great hotel, lovely roof top bar and small spa area was a great addition. Beer, soft drink and water in mini bar without charge was nice

Room was a bit stuffy. The hotel puts a hold of 75euro deposit and cost of room on credit card on arrival. If you only have a debit card it leaves your account and on check out you pay the cost of the stay again. So we paid 525 on arrival and 450 on checkout for a 450 stay. The 525 has not been returned to bank account 24hours after checkout so make sure you have alot of money in your account if you dont have a credit card. Don't get stung like we did

Loved the decor, the wellness area option, rooftop bar with great views. The whole vibe and options for things. Gift shop, photo booths, novelty Easter bunny challenge in the lobby that we won a free dinner! Lots of chill out areas too and a food truck option! Great location!

€25 to have a slice of pineapple on a pizza. If you don’t want people ordering it, don’t have it on the menu. Absolutely ridiculous gimic that completely changed our mood, we spoke to a staff member about the bill and they took it off. But it absolutely affected our experience. Would also love the option of Diet Coke. Could only order Fritz Kola which does not taste similar.
