Spacious, convenient to transportation, great restaurants nearby as well as grocery stores, friendly and accommodating staff. Lots of fans provided too during a hot week!

The only issue we had was that one night a group of people stood in the entryway across the street from the property and was quite loud late into the night. This was not the fault of the property and not sure if it is a common occurrence. Also the construction nearby impacted transport options.

The location was amazing. The apartment was wonderfully spacious, the beds were really comfortable, and the space was really clean. We had a great stay in Vienna and the apartment provided the perfect base and was really comfortable when we weren't out and about.

The lift wasn't working for most of our stay which was okay for us but wouldn't have been good if were unable to cope with climbing stairs for three floors.. The set up of the apartment was pretty basic - .e.g. no broom or vacuum cleaner.

Great location, quiet, clean, close to bars, cafe's, restaurant's etc. Very accommodating to leave our suitcases in a secure room on our departure day as our flight home was not until late afternoon.

The majority of the pictures on the website were not the apartment we stayed in. I would have just liked more clarity that most of the pictures were a different apartment.

The flat is easily accessible and very convenient for sightseeing. Quiet position and very spacious. It accommodated everyone easily. Spotlessly clean. Very comfortable beds. Excellent shower.Two toilets! Another soft chair would have been good. Centimeter restaurant next door great fun, more for meat eaters but veggie options available.

It would have been helpful to have instructions for the cooker...no temperature indicator for the oven! A guide to the apartment and the local area...nearby supermarkets etc. Fire safety instructions.

Very spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms and a spacious living area. In a very central part of Vienna, walking distance from important sites and restaurants. The apartment has been renovated, and although all the furniture is IKEA, it was clean and in very good condition. The building itself is an old building with very tall ceilings and very old windows. It had a washing machine! which was a plus for us, after several days of travel. The place was clean and everything worked well (washing machine, toaster, refrigerator, etc.) This apartment building has an elevator. Which was essential for getting up the luggage. A representative from the host greeted us in the apartment. The only problem is that she didn't speak English at all. Only Russian and Ukrainian and of course German. We do not speak any of these languages. But she was very nice and even drove with me to the nearest public parking.

The biggest issue was the LACK OF AC (AIR CONDITIONING). Maybe for 10 months in the year this is not a problem. But for the summer it definitely is. It was a very hot week when we visited. We used the fans provided, but it felt very hot an humid. The host didn't speak English. It was very hard to communicate with her. Lack of parking in place. But there is an excellent public parking 200 mt from the apartment. We left the car there during our 2 days visit.

It was clean and spacious for our family

If you are disabled with wheelchair or have a pushchair with a baby or old person this is not the best solution as to get into the property you have 3-4 stairs to go up and then the lift does not fit small pushchair and 1 person so we had to keep taking the 9month out of the chair carry him and the pushchair and bags up the stairs. When you come out of the lift there is also 2 stairs so definitely no wheelchairs if disabled.It was ok when all the family were there but she was alone the last morning and had to take suitcases and baby down alone. So not ideal for these kind of customers

The property was well located with supermarkets and coffee shop restaurants all around. However be aware if you arrive after 5 on a Sunday there are no supermarkets close by to buy food. We lived the property, it was larger than expected and very comfortable with all amenities

I would like to see some hanging hooks in the bathroom. It’s so annoying when you are traveling with others and you have nowhere to hang your clothes when you shower. Also more towel rails please and toilet paper.

Accessing the apartment was easy with a code (and good communication from host), there was ample space, and it was near a streetcar and grocery. The layout worked very well for a family with a mix of doubles and singles and the kitchen was well equipped.

If you're coming from the train station or airport a taxi is best as otherwise it's a transfer from the subway (U-bahn) to streetcar (Strassenbahn), which could be challenging with bags. We had a unit on the top floor that was very quiet but also had a sloped ceiling - so just watch your head and you'll be fine!

Great location and the communication was really good. I use reviews to help me know more about the place. I would definitely book here again. Now the only reason I did not mark this as exceptional is that it is not a cheap place. So you are paying more for the place and it should be good. The good news is you are atleast getting what you pay for.

One double room is not really functional. This did not impact us due to number of travelers. But if you had 6 travelers one of the twin beds is really only accessible by jumping over the first twin bed.

This apartment was a perfect location to the Christmas market also to excellent cafes and grocery stores . A great neighborhood- very safe and we had the apartment on first floor so although we could hear people above or around us it was never loud or uncomfortable , and we loved just walking out a few doors and on our way . Easy ride from airport by taxi or train . Host was very kind ! She was always there to answer our questions -even with her limited English she tried very hard to connect to all our needs . train .

People might want to know , the bed has a tiny space to walk or crawl off if you need to get out of bed . My husband and I sleep very well and warm so the space wasn’t a problem . The whole apartment was very large and spacious so hard to complain.
