We stayed in two rooms (Premium Room and Standard King Room. The two rooms were perfect for a family of six, and we were happy that they were located right next to each other. The reception staff were very welcoming and always available to answer our questions. There was an elevator, but unfortunately, it was out of service for a while. A notice was placed on the ground floor, but it would have been better if they had informed guests on all floors.

I do have a note regarding cleanliness: when we first arrived, the King Room had not been properly cleaned. We found leftover food and empty water bottles from the previous guest near the fridge area. Also, note that there were no refrigerators in either of the two rooms.

Really helpful and friendly staff particularly reception. Great location for Christmas Market at this time of year and also transport links. Breakfast was good although quite expensive.

Bedroom was too hot at night so difficult sleeping even with the radiator turned off. Also, not the hotels fault but Vienna is building a new metro system at the .moment so there was a lot of building work close to the hotel.

I ended up booking this hotel last minute after my original accommodation fell through, and honestly I’m so glad I did. The entire experience was fantastic from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and even surprised us with a bottle of champagne for my friend’s birthday, which was such a thoughtful touch. The location is perfect – just a short walk to the city centre and surrounded by lots of great cafés, bars, and restaurants. The room was spotless and the bed was honestly one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. After a long day exploring, it was absolute heaven. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay and I would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

The location is very convenient, everything is close by in Vienna’s First District. The hotel has been completely renovated, everything is brand new. We booked a huge room for four people, with an incredible ceiling height of about 6 meters, huge tall windows, electric blinds, very comfortable beds, and a coffee machine. Despite the large windows, it was completely quiet at night. The bathroom is very comfortable. The only challenge for four people is coordinating time to use the facilities comfortably. Breakfast was very tasty and varied. We especially loved the option to make your own tea mix. We highly recommend this hotel—it was a wonderful stay!

We stayed in this hotel because of its proximity to the main university building where we were at a conference. It was easily accessible from the main railway station by the underground, although there is a lot of building work going on all around at the moment for a new underground line. Our room was small (we expected it to be), but well laid out, with good storage space, two chairs and a desk and a good bathroom. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide choice of very tasty food. The staff were all friendly and extremely helpful, the room was cleaned well, and the atmosphere was welcoming. It is not the cheapest place to stay, but compared to other places we looked at it was not the most expensive either. It was pretty well silent at night, and there are a number of good restaurants around (and it's possible to walk into the centre in not very long).

Most of it was fine. I think most of the rooms were bigger than ours. It's always interesting what you get in hotels - this one had no shower cap, which was a problem for my wife, and no conditioner for washing hair. But overall it was great.

The location was perfect to move around the centre. The hotel is very luxurious, they have fruit, dried fruit and water at the entrance. The size of the room was good for the two of us and there was a kettle with instant coffee/decaf coffee and tea. The bathroom was small but had everything you needed, good pressure for the shower and taps. The guest bathrooms at the entrance had tampons and feminine products in the ladies room plus shaving kits in the males room. All in all, I felt it was a bargain for what we paid!

The hotel was clean. The staff was friendly. Amenities were sufficient as mentioned. The location was great. The surroundings were very safe. It is very well connected by public transport with a short walk. While we were mostly out in our 3 days stay here, we got a good deep sleep and a comfortable bed. The room size was small but we had opted for it as it was in our budget. We did not eat at the property as we had to cover the landmark cafes in the city but the buffet spread looked inviting. You can get breakfast included for an additional price. It may already be covered in a different budget for booking. Details of the property were disclosed in listing and were true. An honest listing deserves an honest review!

We picked this because it was much more affordable than the hotels directly in the centre of Innere Stadt. Having said that, once we got to know the immediate area, the hotel was no more than 15mins away from the centre. There are a couple of underground train stops nearby, but we found walking just as quick. The staff are friendly and helpful. There are hotels much better equipped facilities, but for city tourists out all day, this is the perfect place to come home to. The room itself was modern and the bathroom was contemporary and very clean.

Not a downside, but a bonus would have been a smart TV with Youtube or Netflix apps to put on in the background of to sleep to at the end of the day. There were lots of TV channels, but all in German.
