Parking was already full. Not enough parking spaces. Costly outside and not for hôtel guess reserved

The staff was very friendly and helped us with ordering food, the room had 2 distinct rooms with a door in between which our daughter liked. There was a bath in the room and also nice, you could actually open a window for ventilation. The breakfast had enough choice for everyone and was nice and fresh.

I don't understand why the price of parking wasn't included in the room but ok. There were some spots on the carpet but the bed seemed clean enough and so did the bathroom. Some people were quite loud in the hallways, but there isn't much the hotel can do about that, it's just people who suck.

The hotel is nice and the rooms are good. We stayed in a triple room, so we got a big sofa bed for our kid in the living room which was very comfortable. There was also a small kitchen with a few items. We were happy there and it was good. Very good value for money.

We didn’t like that there was no drain plug cover for the bathtub so we couldn’t have a bath, just a shower. We also did not like the breakfast, very expensive for what it offers (16 euros) and there was no fresh fruits, just canned ones offered. Could have been much better for the price.

The price was convenient, since i did not want to pay a fortune for our stay in vienna, so i must say i did appreciate the price offer. The neighborhood was really quiet and beautiful and i did enjoy that very much!

I did not like the fact that it was pretty old, it was not renovated even though it was 4 star hotel… The room did not look as a 4 star hotel.

Helpful staff - we had room near smokers, and when we reported this to the staff - they managed to move us to another room :) Good breakfast

Parking - it's additionally paid, and whe we were leaving - and left a car for a half an hour outside parking - to pack luggage more close - we were only 15 min late ,- we got fine (mandate) from the police ... I understand if it was more then an hour, but after 15 min....

Great hotel, tasty breakfast with a lot of stuff to choose from, good location near the park, albeit a bit far from the center. For the downsides, the AC in our first room didn't work. Thankfully, young man from the reception was professional. He helped us a lot and eventually gave us another room which was in higher category. And most importantly, properly working AC. All in all, it was a good stay.

I have had accommodation since 2007 until now (2022) every year, in September or October, in this hotel, in an apartment. We liked the place where it is located, near the park where it is also very quiet. The reception staff is very kind and professional. The breakfast is very good and varied. We also enjoyed our stay in this hotel and of course in Vienna.

The refrigerator is no longer functional, although the site has not been updated. Now there is a minibar. In the apartment there is no glass with which you can drink water, juice, etc... not all of us drink directly from the bottle... The Wi-Fi internet worked very hard. The leaflet in the apartment, with some information about the hotel and how to get to the center of Vienna, is not updated (the 360 ​​bus line has been abolished for about 2 years ago)

We liked beds, comfortable, big, bathroom was nice one with all things you need. Hot water immediately, glass wall not to sparkle water allover. Pretty big room. Free parking at weekends. Big refrigerator.

There was kitchen mounted, with refrigerator and two cooking plates, but there weren't any pot there neither any spoons, fork etc. So you cannot cook and eat by yourself. Not really sure whey they installed kitchen then.

The cleanliness and the staff at this he reception were helpful and amazing. First there was a guy who helped us feel at home offered sandwiches and charged our phones and was happy to do so . There was also the guy in the evening shift who was helpful . Also many many thanks to the lady at the reception as well whk served us twice and was always cheerful. It was a beautiful place with the music theme all around the common areas . The apartment is huge and clean!!

The room was very comfortable and spacious. Personnel was kind and the breakfast very good but English style - not very much sweety things and not at all pastries- but included great coffee and juices.

The hotel is quite far from.city center though (around 45' by transport). It was tough to get the transport especially in the evening tine. After all it was a nice hotel and practical for someone with car.
