The apartment is clean, modern, and well-maintained. The bathroom is spacious. Staff are available on the first floor. Easy access to the apartment with a code. Paid parking is available in the garage below the apartments. There is a playroom on the fifth floor. The breakfast food and drinks are delicious.

The apartment is far from the city center, but public transport is easily accessible, and you can reach the city center in 30 minutes. Parking is only paid; there is no free parking. Breakfast is provided in a restaurant not located in the apartment building. The breakfast selection is not wide. Access to the internet is difficult, and the internet itself is slow.

We felt welcomed the moment we entered the lobby, free cofee everywhere! Great job! We will come again!

Beautiful apartments, helpful staff, and very comfortable beds (even the sleeping sofa, probably the most comfy sleeping sofa I’ve tried)!

Our AC was broken, so it didn’t blow any cold air… Which was very warm with 6 people sleeping there together.

The apartment is tidy and well-maintained, equipped with all the necessary household items: an iron with ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer, and kitchen utensils. Excellent location: a tram stops right at the door, and a train station is just a bit further away. Transportation connections are excellent.

A couple of downsides: when the window is open, there is a lot of noise coming from the street throughout the entire stay. Also, during our 4-day stay, the towels were not changed, which we were hoping for. However, overall, there were no major issues.

The hotel staff is very friendly and professional! The check in/check out was easy and without any stress. We were totally delighted with the new and stylish design, as well as the breakfast - which has acceded our expectations! This hotel is a total match and I would say a wow-effect for us :)) It's my highest recommendation, because for us it was a unique experience even though it's not our first time in Vienna. Thank you very much and we will come back to you for sure :)

It was very clean, enough space for 4. Beds very clean and comfortable. There is a pizza restaurant near and we had the best pizza/ pasta and desserts.

We had problems with electricity. Everytime we tried to plug in the coffee machine, electricity went off. Somebody came, but did not solve the issue so we drink the coffee out at the restaurant. Also, our room was first floor in building 4, every night we heard music from a club down stairs. One night was very loud, the rest of the nights only in the background but still not ok. We asked at the reception about the music but they said they dont know about this.. The location is a little far from main attractions, but manageable. To get in the city center we had to change 2 times. The price we paid its ok for what they offer.

Great location for peace and quite, while still close to any public transportation to travel at ease with the whole family. The rooms were big and convenient, equipt with everything that you need. Staff were very service oriented and helped with any question or request we had. What can you ask more? Will definitely come back.

There was a bit of ants in some corners when we first entered the room. It was not something that ruined our experience or affected our stay.

It is more difficult to get to the center with the transport from the hotel. However, it is not impossible :)

Large and spacious apartment, clean and comfortable beds. The kitchenette is equipped with everything you need for a short stay. The tram/bus station is just in front of the property, which makes is very well connected to the city. Train station is also at walking distance. There is also a kids area available which could be a blessing for the families traveling with kids. The pizza at the restaurant was good.

The pillows were not the best, but it depends on everyone’s preference. The receptionists looked overwhelmed by the amount of people and the queues were 10-15 mins waiting time. The pasta at the restaurant was disappointing. The parking should at least match the normal rates or lower; there’s no need for an additional pressure on someone traveling by car.

The apartment is very big and it’s nice. We enjoyed our stay here. There was a mixup with our booking but the staff was nice and helped us fix it and get the right room.

We didn’t find any market open in the evening around us so the location was a bit of an inconvenience for us. But we should’ve looked it up before so our fault here. The apartment is pretty empty and the bathroom could use some improvements. I think it’s the Dutch style but there is not much decor around, feels pretty cold. The price for breakfast is bigger than advertised and it is not worth it. I know it’s not provided by the hotel, it’s a restaurant but we don’t recommend it. The plates were pretty empty, cups and mugs were not replaced after people were taking them and it was not much food to choose between.
