The apartment is clean, modern, and well-maintained. The bathroom is spacious. Staff are available on the first floor. Easy access to the apartment with a code. Paid parking is available in the garage below the apartments. There is a playroom on the fifth floor. The breakfast food and drinks are delicious.

The apartment is far from the city center, but public transport is easily accessible, and you can reach the city center in 30 minutes. Parking is only paid; there is no free parking. Breakfast is provided in a restaurant not located in the apartment building. The breakfast selection is not wide. Access to the internet is difficult, and the internet itself is slow.

We felt welcomed the moment we entered the lobby, free cofee everywhere! Great job! We will come again!

Got the stay with breakfast included and the breakfast (buffet selection) was open from 06:30-11:00 which allowed for flexibility in the mornings. The buffet selection was really good as well. Overall the apartments were clean and air conditioned which was helpful in the heat and any issues we flagged were fixed promptly (had an issue with a cot that was replaced within 30 mins of flagging).

If you want to explore central Vienna often the location is a bit far out (about a 40 min tram ride), although it’s 20 mins by uber (cost about £15 each time we used the uber) and if there is a tram stop right outside the apartment buildings.

The apartment is tidy and well-maintained, equipped with all the necessary household items: an iron with ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer, and kitchen utensils. Excellent location: a tram stops right at the door, and a train station is just a bit further away. Transportation connections are excellent.

A couple of downsides: when the window is open, there is a lot of noise coming from the street throughout the entire stay. Also, during our 4-day stay, the towels were not changed, which we were hoping for. However, overall, there were no major issues.

Beautiful apartments, helpful staff, and very comfortable beds (even the sleeping sofa, probably the most comfy sleeping sofa I’ve tried)!

Our AC was broken, so it didn’t blow any cold air… Which was very warm with 6 people sleeping there together.

The apartments were overall good for a family stay. The location is a bit far from the city center (about 20–30 minutes), but the area felt very safe. Cleanliness was average to good, and every room had air conditioning which made the stay comfortable. The kitchen was nice, though some utensils were missing. Towels and bed linens were clean and white, which was a plus. There was also an elevator in the building. Parking was available but cost €39, which is quite high. The game room was a highlight and the kids really enjoyed it. On the downside, the place definitely needs some maintenance – for example, wall hooks were falling off and left in the drawers instead of being fixed. Overall, it’s a good option for families, with fair pricing for the size of the rooms and number of beds, but it could be improved with better upkeep and a more complete kitchen setup.

We were very impressed with the Family Loft, both us and our kids. It was the perfect resting area after our long days around Vienna. A true haven for us. Location right across the tram/bus stop was also very appreciated as it got us to all our sightseeing arrangements and back without any more hassle. Room key and building key is electronic pin code, so no worries about leaving key behind or losing it. Room was very clean and and there's a panty for extra towel and toilet supplies. Breakfast was really good. Staff was amazing in all our interactions.

From the beginning, there is an option to leave luggage at the reception, and we used it twice, very helpful. There is a coffee-tea option in the reception, which is also very friendly. Also, there is a nice kids' playroom for smaller kids. The surprise was our apartment - it was actually a 2-level flat with a fun room on the upper floor with toys, kids' house, beds (it was a family penthouse apartment). Everything you need is there in the apartment. Also, every room was equipped with AC, which was very helpful in August. Breakfasts were in a pizzeria in the same building, which was acting as a buffet breakfast in the morning. The breakfasts were very nice, and the staff there was super fast and very helpful

The only thing is that there is no underground within walking distance. On the other hand, we wouldn't try the Vienna tram and bus if there was an underground very close by.

​The hotel is in a decent neighborhood, about a 20-25 minute tram ride from the city center. It's also conveniently located just 2-3 stops from Meidling station. The Tram 62 and Bus 62A stops are directly in front of the hotel, making transportation very easy. Few good things about the room: Secure Clean Balcony Clean bathroom Air-condition only in living room A small kitchen with a Coffeemaker, refrigerator, crockery, cutlery, utensils to cook and a stove. Sofa bed was good for 2 kids. Dining table A common laundry room available. The hotel also serves morning breakfast, however the price is high.

The main room lacks air conditioning, which made it very uncomfortable. I reached out to the staff via message to ask for a fan, but my request wasn't acknowledged and I never received a reply. The single AC unit in the living room is not strong enough to cool both spaces. For a comfortable stay, both rooms need their own AC. Beds are not so comfortable.
