We had the "Appartment with mountain view" and it was gourgous. A large terrasse, Kitchen, dining rooom/Living room in one. Two large bedrooms, each with own bathroom, one of which had a bath top. Everything was new and nice. No complaints at all. The appartment is not central to visiting downtown vienna, but a good choice is you go by car. Parking: As per another guest's tip, we parked at the parking lot for Billa, Sagedergasse 18/22, 1120 Wien, Østrig. That was free. Parking in downtown Vienna. I can recommend WIPARK Technische Uni Operngasse Parkgarage, Operngasse 13, 1040 Wien, Østrig. 24 hours (tagespauchale) for EUR 8,90.

Very good option to stay in Wien. Comfortable and spacious apartment . Kitchen with all necessary equipment.

I suggest to owners to take some students as a part time job to be on reception and it will bring them 10/10 for accommodation. Sometimes smile and appropriate level of communication bring to everyone better day. It does not cost anything :-)

Overall the apartment was really good . The price was great for what it offered and the staff of the hotel was really helpful. It was clean and tidy . The city centre was about a half-hour trip but easy to reach by tram and the stop was opposite the hotel so super easy. A great choice for a comfortable stay in Vienna .

The biggest issue for us was the lack of curtains or drapes . Also an extra towel for the bathroom floor would be helpful , a hair dryer and a bathroom bin because women have different needs from men 😉

View from balcony was nice. Very clean. Had underground parking.

TV was minuscule. You don’t have any place to leave car for 5 min near location until you go to check in an get details to enter parking so you need a person to go to reception meanwhile the driver is circling around the location with the car. The parking has strange rule that you cannot get the car in or out between 18:00 and 8:00. The sofa bed is uncomfortable and has a gap in the middle. Slept very bed. The big/main bathroom didn’t have hand soap and shower gel. We asked for it at reception desk, nobody came to bring. No hair dryer. Location not the best only 1 tram available for transport.

The cleanliness and the location.

The way the person “Zeljko milovic “ who is managing the property. He was not helpful at all. I asked him for cleaning the apartment, he said we are not cleaning till you check out! I asked for extra pillow for my child, he said we cannot provide, the worst thing when I asked for a toilet paper, he said you need to buy as we provide only one. He was the worst thing in the property. My recommendation to the owners to look at this which is affecting the business. This man gave a negative impression. Other than this unexpected behaviour by this man the property is fine.

Value for money. The price was really good for 4 persons for the city of Vienna. In general, comfy appartment with a comfy bed and qualitative bed linen to have a good sleep. But the street is quite noisy, so, you will have to close the windows in order to have a silence in the room. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for preparing meal. The lift in the building.

Very strange system of check-in. You can do that only from 14:00 to 18:00 during the working hours of reception. That has made us a bit nervose, because you can’t be late. Otherwise, probably, you will sleep on the street, even if you have prepaid your stay here. The hair dryer is also a something very special here. You can get it only in reception (no one in the room), but they have them in limited number. I wasn’t lucky to get one. The bathroom is rather spacious, but no any shelf for peronal belongins.

The apartment is quite big with almost all the necessary amenities. The location is also reasonable as there are many options for public transportation. Supermarkets are also close. I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a big apartment for families.

A few things were missing or broken. For example, there was no dishwasher soap, which makes dishwasher non usable. But there was regular dishwasher liquid for washing dishes. So, it was not as critical. Similarly, the window of the living room seemed not to close properly, but again, this is also a minor issue. Overall, it was a good stay with a few minor hiccups, which perhaps could be improved in the future.

I had a situation with the check-in, not being able to get there until 18:00 and the manager, Julian waited 30 minutes more so I truly appreciated that. The rooms are clean, equipped with the basics and close to transportation to get to the center easily.

I didn't know there was no other possibility to check in after 18:00 (code or key left somewhere) and the first phone call I had with the receptionist left me speechless - he said there is no solution for the situation and if I don't come by 18:00 I will sleep on the street. I was almost begging for some signs of humanity. The manager solved the problem, not the first person I talked to .. that left me very disappointed. In the room the hairdryer was missing, maybe there should be a more thorough check after people go (some take staff with for sure..), I didn't see anyrhing to iron clothes either.

The accomodations where clean and comfortable with nice furniture. It has a parking in a garage so it's convenient if you arrive by car.

The parking is very expensive, for 20 EUR per day and you need to move the car from the garage on check out. Check in is from 2 PM earliest, check out is at 10 AM latest, so it's not a whole day of parking for such a price. We checked out around 9:30 and asked to leave the car in a half empty garage until noon - they wanted to charge us another whole day of parking for those couple of hours after our check out. Most of accomodations I had earlier showed much bigger level of flexibility for such problems.

Location of the DM&S appartments (apps) is great, only couple of minutes of walk away from bus and tram stops, and 10-15 minute walk away from U-bahn, so you can get to the centre of Vienna quite easily. There are at least five grocery stores within 5-10 minute walk. The apps (rooms, bathrooms, beds) were clean and nice with all main accessories (OK, dishwasher would be nice but we knew in advance there wasn't one :) ). Maybe one or two additional dining chairs would be nice. :) The instructions for getting the keys for apps were simple and straightforward and we had no problem getting to the apps. We arrived by car, but outside apps reception working hours so after we put our luggage into apps, we had to park our car in the parking house Euro Plaza Parkhaus, which was located only 2 bus/tram stops away (15 minute walk). And it turned out that the parking in the parking house was cheaper than parking at DM&S apps (14 EUR/day against 20 EUR/day), and also our car is quite long, so the parking at DM&S garage would be quite challenging since the drive-in into underground garage seems to have quite sharp and narrow turn, maybe too narrow for our car. :) (The parking in the parking house was simple since the parking house was occupied less than 10% at the time of our arrival and also at the time of our departure. :) ) All in all a great stay in a beautiful city. :)
