1. The apartment is gorgeous, really spacious, very nice and clean, with a big comfortable bed, with a huge bathtub, with a nice kitchen (electric stowe, kettle and fridge) and a balcony 👌 2. Fresh impecabile clean linen, fresh clean towels, an extra pillow and an extra blanket available in the closet 3. Safe available in the room 4. Very warm room, you could set as warm as you wanted 5. Very nice hot water any time of the day 6. Basic cleaning was done daily 7. Very nice staff, always pleasant and smiling, allowing us even to leave the luggage free of charge☺️ 8. Penny store exactly near the hotel, with very good prices 9. 10 mins from the subway U6 (Am Schopfwerk) 10. 12 min from Wien Hetzendorf train station QBB (S1 for 5 stations up to Rennweg + S7 for another 7 stations take you to the airport)

It would have been useful to have some kettlery in the kitchen

Everything is almost fine, convenient location, no noise at night, good sound insulation, there is underground parking (€15 per night). There is a grocery store right next door. About 30-40 minutes by metro to the old town. The staff is great, they allowed me to keep the car for a few extra hours after checkout😊

No AC, that was the biggest downside, the room is clean but the carpeting and furniture needs updating. The wifi worked perfectly in the hotel lobby, as soon as I got to the room, it automatically disconnected from the WIFI every 5-10 minutes and I got the error "Incorrect password", after re-entering the password about 5 times, it connected and after a few minutes it happened again…

We stayed just 1 night. For that it was an excellent accomodation on a price/value ratio. It was a simple hotel but not to simple, offered basic but not to basic servicies. Not to small rooms, private bathroom, very clean, in a relatively new building. Near to a grocery store. In our travell period travelling by car it was the best offer for our budget.

The room was very clean but you can find signs of ussage on the walls, carpets. Battered and worn, which is normal but aesthetically not so nice. The propery is not so close from the city center but close to a few top attractions of Vienna.The parking on the streets it is not to easy and also not for free. They offering private parking but for a fee, which is realtively not to much for one day but comparring to the room price is significant. They posted the parking fee in the introduction but some how hidden in the list of facilities.

I liked everything; the staffing, premises, location, comfort, cleanliness, maintenance, room size, customer service, the cafeteria, accessibility ( only three to five minutes walk to Metro station with connection to all trains and buses) and the quietness of the neighborhood. it's a great place to stay.

I can't think of anything. I loved it the minute I checked in.

I liked that the rooms are very warm and the beds are comfortable plus a quality/price ratio. I had a problem with an apartment, the tap water was leaking and the black guy changed the room immediately! it was very fast on time

I didn't like the fact that there are no cooking utensils, although there is a stove for cooking, there are no pots, plates or cutlery

Price. Lift; Quiet, large Room. Staff. Shower. Everything worked, everything was fine. Did not have breakfast so no comment. There is a good, small supermarket next to the hotel.

There was nothing I didn't like. about the hotel. The train station was a five min + walk away with a ticket machine Change at West Bahnhof for City Centre. Regular trains, about 25 + mins to City Centre.

The receptionist guys Omar,Ibrahim,Manual are the most helpful and nice people anyone could meet and the hotel must reward then for their good manners...the location great near supermarket the metro station5 minutes walking the area so quiet

A receptionist called JEANY she was very very rude and shouted on us for using the kettle of water!!! And she need to be teach how to deal wirh customers because we dont pay money to be treated like that it was very bad experment with her

The hotel was as expected, and what you would expect for the price. Staff was friendly, breakfast was fairly simple but good, and the room was adequate with no extra features. The location was quiet, and the metro station within a short walking distance.

Breakfast could always be better and more varied, but it was enough to get a start in the morning.

We had a very pleasant stay!! This hotel is affordable, clean and super close to the metro. The room was always warm with abundant hot water for our showers. Very helpful staff as well! Keep in mind , that although the beds and the bathroom are clean there are some big visible stains on the carpet and on the walls. All in all, it’s a great choice for saving some money when visiting Vienna if you are not super picky.

I like they have a garage, it is close to my office, economic price, breakfast available, easy check in, efficient.

The problem is when you have somebody above your room and he/she walks in the room - it makes a drum noise as the ceilings/floors are made from something not suitable and so steps or hits really resonate. During summer are rooms very hot as there is not A/C. Carpet and curtains are already a bit odd.
