Check-in was quick and easy. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable. The shared kitchen was well-equipped and convenient to use. We didn’t experience any outside noise or disturbances during our stay. Although it’s a bit away from the city center, the bus stop right next to the hotel made getting around very easy.

Unlocking the door could be a bit frustrating at times, as the code only worked if entered very quickly. It would have been nice if someone had shown me around the property during check-in, especially since the rooms are a bit away from the reception. I also had to fill out the online registration form twice because the first submission wasn’t received.

We stayed at lyf for 9 nights, and it truly was the best choice. The rooms are spacious and modern in design. There are very well equipped kitchen rooms, "the bond," which are located on each floor of the building. They are communal but very warm and cosy. The hotel staff was kind and helpful, and the breakfast at their restaurant, "Don't Call it Pizza," was delicious and satisfying both at the savoury and the sweet front. Public transport is just outside the reception, which was ideal. Good value for money. No complaints at all. We definitely recommend it!

We really liked the accommodation; for the money we paid, it was a great place to stay. The rooms were super clean, and the area around was nice and safe. Although it was quite far from the city center, it was very easy to get there by train or metro. We absolutely loved how the rooms were designed—everything was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place and hope to come back again.

The check-in process when we arrived was honestly quite surprising. Suprised me that I needed to input all our data and information by myself into the system, which, in some cases, was not intuitive on the phone screen at all. I’m a designer of systems and apps, and even selecting my birthdate felt like a nightmare for both me and my boyfriend. Perhaps I received an email beforehand with instructions to fill in this information prior to arrival, but I don’t recall seeing it. If that’s the case, I’d accept that the oversight was my fault. Nothing terrible happened, but we were so tired and just wanted to get to our room as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, the process took at least 30 minutes to complete.

We liked the concept of community at Lyf Schonfrunn, the ease of getting a tram/bus just outside the stay. Laundry, food and bar within the premises. The tech used for entering and exiting was the best in our experience so far. We liked that the staff there helped us navigate with the city brochures and a map in English. Also gave us some heads up for Christmas markets to visit as we went there in December. Overall the very good experience and I would recommend it to my friends.

There was a kitchen in the room but there was no induction or cooking facility in the room.

The apartment wasn't very big but we had enough space with all the facilities we need it and it was really clean. There is a tram and bus station right across the street, and a train station 10 minutes away. The staff at the reception was really helpfull and nice.

The temperature in the room was really high and the termostat wasn't working so it was a bit hot. Outside were like 1-2 degrees so we didn't want to keep the door/windows open. The bad wasn't all that confortable also. If we come for a city center visit you should know that going back and fort take around 1 hour and 30 minutes with train/metro/tram, and prolly less if you use a cab or uber.

The staff is really kind and helpful, they can store your luggage for free. Everything is new and clean. The check in was smooth and easy. There is everything you need in the bathroom. There is a smart tv, so you can watch anything you want.

The whole complex is a bit confusing, it took me a few minutes to find out where my room was, also the entrance to certain rooms is not immediate. The breakfast is too expensive and the AC does not have a remote so you have to climb down the stairs to turn it off/on. Even though Vienna is very well connected via trains/metros/buses, it takes like 30 mins to get to the city center.

We were very surprised about this place. It's located a bit ourside of the centre so you have to rely on trains to get into town. But there was a tram/bus station directly in front of the entrance and a metro and train station were a couple minutes away so it wasn't really an issue for us. The room was really amazing we had everything we needed and everything was new, stylish and clean. Having the game room with billard and free coffee was a big bonus for us. The bed is really amazing as well as the bathroom. The team was also very kind and quick to help.

Unfortunately we encountered issues with the Wifi. It was very slow the first days to the point it wasn't really usable but later during our stay it got better. On one occasion we could not get into our room because of some problem with the door. The team was very kind and quick to help though.

The apartment was very comfy with all the necessary equipment, including a really nice bed, a standard bathroom with a shower and hygiene products, and the basic kitchen stuff. Service at the reception desk was really helpful and easy to access, and communicate with. The apartment is also very well located - around 30-40 minutes away from the city centre, but it's extremely convenient to commute there either by tram or by train. The price was quite good as for Vienna.

In the bathroom, the shower door was rather unstable. On tv, there was mostly a broadcast in German only.

I really liked that the staff were responsive and provided us with all relevant information within one day after our booking. We also got the codes on the day of our arrival, so the self check-in worked seamlessly. This was great as we arrived quite late (around 11 PM) to the property and had our sleepy 4-year-old with us.

The only thing that we disliked was the absence of a proper or a larger dining table. The room was equipped with only 2 tiny and not-so-stable coffee tables. To be fair, we had not checked for this during our booking and it didn't really bother us that much.

Easy to find the hotel, smoothly check in, the staff really friendly and helpfull. Good connections to the city just in front of the hotel (tram and bus) New and modern, sparkless clean, fridge, iron and table for it, some plates and glasses. Not equipped to cook or microwave. The bed is a big plus, everything sooo comfortable...Very quite area. Clean towels, hot water whenever needed. Also, a room for luggage in the reception
