The concept of the hotel was amazing, the buildings were new. The systsm is amazing they send u a code you do not have to deal with anyone the rooms are very comfortable, one of the best experiences so far!!!

Our stay at Lyf Schonbrunn Vienna was absolutely fantastic – it exceeded our expectations by far! The location is simply perfect. With tram and bus stops right next door and the S-Bahn just a 7-8 minute walk away, getting around Vienna couldn't have been easier. The convenience of a supermarket within the same walking distance was also a huge plus. The room itself was perfect. Everything, from the professional management of the climate control, the quality linens, and the well-equipped fridge, to the impeccable cleanliness, was top-notch. They truly thought of everything you could need. And the staff? Perfect! Extremely friendly and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. As frequent travelers, we have a good basis for comparison, and we are super-happy to have found such a gem. We genuinely hope to be back again and again!

-very good value for money -the room was clean and really modern looking -there was kitchenware in the kitchenette -the breakfast time was from 06:30-11:00 am, which I really loved ❤️ -the breakfast in the restaurant was delicious and had many options to choose from -the restaurant had a great look and good food, which was not that expensive, you could eat lunch or dinner there -AC with the option to set it up how you like or even turn it off if you wanted to, not all hotels have this option -the location was very accessible, you had the S train within 7min walking distance, a few stops to the centre, you could take S2, S3 or S4, 3 stops to Vienna Hbf -you also had 62A bus and 62 tram in front of the hotel, you could take 2 or 3 stops with them to Meidling station and then take the subway U6 line, change it with U3, go 3 stops until Volkstheater and you reached Hofburg Palace - all of this in max 30min -or walk around 30min from the hotel to reach Schönbrunn gardens 🫶🏻

-the stairs in the level-up studio were a bit steep and high - this is just something to consider for people with health issues.

I stayed at lyf Schönbrunn Vienna for a few days during my trip to Vienna and was very happy with the experience. The place is modern, stylish, and well-located. Making it easy to reach the city center. The rooms are clean and well-designed, with a comfortable bed, air conditioning, good lighting, and fast Wi-Fi. I especially appreciated the shared kitchen and lounge area — it has a coworking vibe and is perfect for relaxing or meeting other travelers. The staff were friendly and helpful, made check-in smooth, and answered all my questions. The atmosphere is young and vibrant, but still quiet enough for a comfortable stay. If you’re looking for a modern and affordable place to stay in Vienna with a great location, lyf Schönbrunn Vienna is a fantastic choice. I’d definitely stay here again. Rating: 9/10

Check-in was quick and easy. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable. The shared kitchen was well-equipped and convenient to use. We didn’t experience any outside noise or disturbances during our stay. Although it’s a bit away from the city center, the bus stop right next to the hotel made getting around very easy.

Unlocking the door could be a bit frustrating at times, as the code only worked if entered very quickly. It would have been nice if someone had shown me around the property during check-in, especially since the rooms are a bit away from the reception. I also had to fill out the online registration form twice because the first submission wasn’t received.

We stayed at lyf for 9 nights, and it truly was the best choice. The rooms are spacious and modern in design. There are very well equipped kitchen rooms, "the bond," which are located on each floor of the building. They are communal but very warm and cosy. The hotel staff was kind and helpful, and the breakfast at their restaurant, "Don't Call it Pizza," was delicious and satisfying both at the savoury and the sweet front. Public transport is just outside the reception, which was ideal. Good value for money. No complaints at all. We definitely recommend it!

We really liked the accommodation; for the money we paid, it was a great place to stay. The rooms were super clean, and the area around was nice and safe. Although it was quite far from the city center, it was very easy to get there by train or metro. We absolutely loved how the rooms were designed—everything was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place and hope to come back again.

The check-in process when we arrived was honestly quite surprising. Suprised me that I needed to input all our data and information by myself into the system, which, in some cases, was not intuitive on the phone screen at all. I’m a designer of systems and apps, and even selecting my birthdate felt like a nightmare for both me and my boyfriend. Perhaps I received an email beforehand with instructions to fill in this information prior to arrival, but I don’t recall seeing it. If that’s the case, I’d accept that the oversight was my fault. Nothing terrible happened, but we were so tired and just wanted to get to our room as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, the process took at least 30 minutes to complete.

We liked the concept of community at Lyf Schonfrunn, the ease of getting a tram/bus just outside the stay. Laundry, food and bar within the premises. The tech used for entering and exiting was the best in our experience so far. We liked that the staff there helped us navigate with the city brochures and a map in English. Also gave us some heads up for Christmas markets to visit as we went there in December. Overall the very good experience and I would recommend it to my friends.

There was a kitchen in the room but there was no induction or cooking facility in the room.

The apartment wasn't very big but we had enough space with all the facilities we need it and it was really clean. There is a tram and bus station right across the street, and a train station 10 minutes away. The staff at the reception was really helpfull and nice.

The temperature in the room was really high and the termostat wasn't working so it was a bit hot. Outside were like 1-2 degrees so we didn't want to keep the door/windows open. The bad wasn't all that confortable also. If we come for a city center visit you should know that going back and fort take around 1 hour and 30 minutes with train/metro/tram, and prolly less if you use a cab or uber.
