This is our third time staying at this hotel and the first time we have taken an apartment instead of a triple room. The price/quality ratio is amazing. It is hard for us to understand what some people do not like. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. The bathroom was adequate, with a bathtub. The breakfast was exceptional and the staff who serve it were very attentive to the needs of the guests. The reception staff is distant but helpful and efficient. Underground parking at a decent price for Vienna. There are also other parking options in the area. 10 minutes from the tram station. More of a tram ride to the city center, but Vienna is not boring from the tram. It just remains a wonderful city!

Overal impression is positive. The location is not perfect, but the price was also not so high compared to other places in Vienna. The receptionist could be more polite, when we arrived at +/- 14:30 and just said hello. There was no queue, the atmosphere was relaxed, but we got smth like “the check in starts at 15:00”. Since she is so accurate to time, I’d like to add that we didn’t get the key at 15:00, and even more we had to wait, because our room wasn’t ready by 15:00. We also were strictly informed that smoking is not allowed, but we are non-smokers, that’s why we felt the smoke everywhere. There was a crowd of other visitors smoking near the central entrance almost every time we passed on. The room itself was clean, big, bright and even had some basic kitchen facilities to cook something for breakfast, which was amazing because sometimes I would prefer sitting alone in the company of my wife. I will come back to this place again :)

The deluxe double room we booked had an additional upstairs bedroom, a big balcony facing the huge park, and it wasn't even very expensive. Apart from a few ants in the kitchen area and some worn-out patches on the carpets here and there, the room was superb and clean. The breakfast was very rich with a large variety of meals, and we particularly liked the park next to us with the big lake and the peace and quiet. As for getting to the city centre, allow yourself 40-50 minutes by public transport. It wasn't a problem for us, though.

This place was absolutely best place so far in Vienna. My room was very large (living room + bedroom). There was even small kitchen in living room. Big sofa was comfortable and I sleep very good in the large bed. I stay only one night but next time I can stay for whole week. There was nice park and and small lake near the hotel. There was also small grocery store and nice kebab place nearby. Hotel staff was very friendly and nice. This hotel make me very happy and I want visit here again. Next time I try breakfast in hotel.

The room had a basic kitchenette, though it had no cutlery or dishes. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom had all the basics. The breakfast was very good and the staff were always friendly. We liked the neighborhood and the vicinity of a supermarket for our needs. Also, the bus stop made it very easy to take the public transport to get to the city center.

The bathtub was a bit difficult to get in, due to its height above the floor. Besides that, all was great.

Convenient location near the A23 motorway. The property is situated in the vicinity of parks, offering peace and quiet. A nice two-level apartment with a terrace. Bathtub. Efficient air conditioning, helpful staff.

For a while, the smell of food being prepared in another room could be detected through the air conditioning. There was no water, tea or coffee in the room.

Room was fine. The kitchen was small but sufficient. Location was good. The room was quite and comfortable.

The wifi was very slow and poor network. I asked once to restart the router. However, wifi didn't improve after that. This was major issue.

Good location, the center is near by car (17 min) and we could park around the hotel. The room was very clean, comfortable and modern. The bed was big and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, varied and abundant. The staff was friendly and helpful, they didn't keep me waiting for anything.

Everything was good, really.

- Nice to have the own car when sightseeing Viena. - Kitchen could be equipped better. - Not dirty but could be cleaner.

It exceeded our expectations because we were on a road trip and just wanted to sleep over. The beds were very comfortable, everything was clean, the location is ideal because the highway is relatively close... We are very satisfied.
