Great value. I really enjoyed my stay in room 306. Very large. Nice bathroom. Front of stop for Tram #6. Many affordable restaurants and grocery stores around. Check out is easy, just drop key to a secured mail box, no need to check out at the desk.

The need to checkin before 22h00. I was not aware that reception closes at 10pm. I got a call at 9:50pm when I was watching a concert at the Vienna City Hall. My room was already paid. I was informed that I had 10 minutes to arrive to the hotel. I had to rush to get a taxi which did cost me 20€ and wasted the rest of the concert. The lady was very nice and waited for me.

The room was very big with a lot of natural light and clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Dilek at the reception is fantastic!!! Very friendly, helpful and charming girl! Lady who clean the rooms is also very smiling and friendly. The area is quite with the tram stop front of the hotel, just 15 min walking distance from the metro. and a lot of small cafes and restaurants with a great cheap Turkish food, which were open even at the late evening time. All was perfect! I recommend!

The hotel is located in Vienna District 10. We stayed for 1 night. There is a tram stop and supermarket right in front of the hotel, and restaurants around. We booked this place because it was so close to the main train station, and we had to leave very early in the morning. The staff was so helpful. We booked the hotel because of its location and then we read the comments that it is a Turkish district. From the moment i got off the tram, i didn't need to speak English anymore but Turkish 😅 (not in the supermarket, not at the hotel...)... One tram line is on the street, in front of the hotel, and there is one other close to the hotel. It met our expectations. By the way, there a so many closets in the room. Since it was a 1 day stay, i only used one. So, i didn't see the there is a fridge behind closet doors. I could have put my sandwich if i had seen it before.

The entrance to the hotel was a bit weird; just by the restaurant through a really big door. There is no elevator unfortunately but we knew it before booking.

The location was just in front of a tram stop, not far from go to locations, right above a turkish restaurant and surrounded by shops and other restaurants. Good value for money. Good service and nice staff, the lady at the reception was very polite.

It was okay, there was nothing to our dislike, all facilities were there. The room was a bit too small though. Still, we had a private bathroom and it wasn't hard to manage.

It was ok as we stayed 1 night and left in the morning to the airport. Big room, rather clean.

No lift, but they told they are building it. It was hard to rich the 3d floor with the trolley. It has renovation outside that is why the smell of dust inside. It seems like turkish and arabic region of the city

The curly haired girl at the front desk was extremely pleasant and welcoming. Hotel is, in our estimation, 15 minutes from the center and is located in a nice neighborhood. We really have no complaints and can't wait to come again!

Really amazing value for Vienna. Clean and goid size. Really a lot of nice closets and shelves. Good working refrigerator. Easy access with keys. Good value. Tram line 6 right in front of door. Private and quiet.

Must go up two flights of stairs to reception. Bed was a bit soft for my comfort, and the wood squeaked a lot with any movement. No AC.

The basic twin room was a really good size, good shower and the room had a fridge. The location was close to some shops and restaurants and right next to tram lines. Quiet at night and been. Ideal for a few nights in Vienna.

The hotel outside looks nothing like the picture. The hotel entrance was on a main Street just through a random door and wasn't set in its own building like the picture suggests. I don't know if there was a breakfast area/food area like the pictures but I didn't see one. There was no air-conditioning and I asked for a fan but there wasn't any to give out.

Very good for the price, clean and has a good connection to the city center or anything you want to see (we went easily to Prater an Schonbrunn). Staff is very polite. First we arranged check-in at 2pm, but because of changed plans we checked in around 9pm, we contacted the staff and it was not a problem.

The staff is very kind and hospitable and they take care our luggage after we check out thankyou arnes see you soon again also the dogs cindy is very cute🥰
