All day and all night (they never stop even at the nights ) constructions of metro outside of rooms And this will be untill the end of 2024 so be aware of. We had always the window close but still you could hear it. In the bathroom was a bad smell like a pit you cant stand it,you should have the window open all the time cause of the smell **Something which nobody wrote--The location is close to centre but is a Turkish area They all are Turks and arabic people and all turkish shops I don't know if the night is safe to walk around

1. Very easy and straightforward self check in process 2. Good value for money, large room, very clean, accessibility (lift), in front of bus station and close to tram / train station 3. The street contains all what you will need 4. All amenities available in the room (hairdryer, fan (not very efficient but exists), kitchenware, hand/shower soap, etc..)

1. Bed was uncomfortable, very soft mattress, pillows were very very thin (overall not comfortable at all) 2. No air conditioning, but weather was good while opening the windows ( in case of hot weather might be difficult ) 3. EXTREME NOISE in the very early morning from construction done on the street (from 6 AM maybe earlier as well), so when opening the windows for good air the noise is unbearable. 4. Shower cabin a bit to small so you can't move easily inside.

Great hot water. Bathroom was larger than I expected. Room was overall clean and pleasant. There is only one key, but the key-card lockbox and door-code entry system was usable for two people if you leave the keycard in the interior lockbox. The building was quiet. Location is close to S-Bahn. Good value for Vienna as well. Overall I recommend this place if you need a convenient low-frills place to stay in Vienna. They're building a new metro extension under the street and sometimes construction noises were minimally noticeable, but nothing too bad. Mini-fridge was nice to have as well.

More towels would have been nice. The room was sometimes a little too warm (in late October), but we were able to have a comfortable temperature with the windows fully opened. This is an attic room with no AC, so I would not recommend this place in the summer, but it was a good value for our stay. I reached out several times before check-in to ask if having two key cards was possible since my friend and I had slightly different schedules in Vienna, but they never responded. Ultimately this wasn't an issue because we would leave the key card in the lockbox.

The room was amazing! The bed was comfortable and overall the staff was great, because they helped me to check-in earlier than check- in time!

To be honest it could have been a little bit cleaner. :( Maybe this is because I am a clean freak, but other than that all the other stuff exceeded my expectations!

Wonderful view over rooftops of Vienna, the apartment was way more spacious than expected, bed was comfy, and water kettle and TV was also a nice addition. Proximate to numerous public transportation choices.

I didn't mind, but if you have trouble sleeping, there is construction going on right in front of the building, which is also happening at night. Also not an issue for me, but because the flat I stayed in was on the top level, it can be extremely hot in there during the summer. However, one can always use the offered shades and fan. Large wardrobe, but only one hanger.

Scratched up red leather headboard which is not evident in photos. Better to have no headboard than such an awful looking thing by your head. Disappointed that the kitchenette did not have a microwave. Neighborhood was a little rough looking. Short walk to metro station but nothing interesting as far as shops and restaurants along the way. Lots of spray paint graffiti on the building walls.

The apartment is well located and easy to find, clean and comfortable with the basics for a short stay. Close to a train station and less than one hour to the airport. Also close to few supermarkets and restaurants.

The explanation to use the entrance door is not clear. We were lucky to meet other guests at the entrance door and they explained to us, you have to press the key sign enter, the code and the key sign again. This information is not explained in the pdf they send. The other guests, an elderly couple,arrived that morning at 6am and because they didn't know, they had to wait until the evening to have an answer, There was no phone number to call, only by email and they can take a day to answer. So they should or explain better or have a phone number to call in case someone needs help.

really big room with heaps of natural light, big bathroom too with heaps of windows and a bathtub! amazing value for money for vienna, and on a lovely street with great restaurants and bakeries and great access to transport!

can get warm in summer being up high and without air conditioning, but it’s totally worth it for the price and natural light

Clean , warm, and shiny apartment 30 min by walking distance from Favouriten St. & Opera . Easy self check in and check out (detailed information on how to reach olace, was provided by host). Highly recommended. P.S. better cleaning is required ,:dear hist there were hairs in our beds, kindly fix shower cabin door . And please put. 1 king size bed not single beds. Thank you

Everything was fine! the apartment was clean, we had towels and clean sheets. The only thing was that we thought we were getting the roof room and we didn’t, we got a room with seperate beds, which we didn’t like but i guess it’s fine . It’s not in the centre of vienna you need some kind of transport to go everywhere but there are metro stations and bus stations really near!
