We stayed for 4 nights and left the hotel this morning. First of all, I must say that the hotel is in a perfect location. The tram and metro stop is right across from the hotel. You can easily reach everywhere. The rooms and bathroom are very large and comfortable and clean. The furniture seems a bit old, but it didn't matter to us anyway. There was no refrigerator in the room we stayed in, I don't know if it might be needed in the summer, but we didn't miss it at all. The staff is very polite and helpful. I would especially like to thank Susanne Eder. She helped us with everything and even gave us information about where and what to eat. Thank you.

It's not the most modern hotel - which isn't a problem at all -, there're some repairs, which look unfinished for example on the ceiling, but nothing big deal and here's a thing: the price was very good! When I came here I was very tired, but thanks to this hotel I was able to take a break of everything. Easy and fast check-in and check-out, nice persons at the reception, very spacious room, nice bathroom, very comfortable bed - I had such a lovely and relaxing time here! There's a main road in front of the hotel, which didn't bother me at all. To me it wasn't loud and it was more like a nice background noise, the sound of the living city. There's a Eurospar close to the hotel, which is very good. A train station is basically in front of the hotel. Very good location! I'm very satisfied, really enjoyed being here. I'm sure I'll come back.

The hotel was great. We were always out and about sightseeing in Wien so not much time in the room except to sleep. Room was big for a European hotel room & exceptionally clean. Everything worked! Two twin beds were very comfortable. Hotel staff were all outstanding, especially all the front desk staff. Special thanks to Lydia who very patiently checked us in late in the afternoon. Breakfast is very good. Great location very close to the Matzleinsdorfer station (only one stop to the Hauptbahnhoff). Restaurants & grocery stores close by. Highly recommended

Lot of construction going on in the immediate area, but still all good

А very good hotel. Spacious and clean room. White bed linen, daily cleaning, and towel replacement. The room is very warm, which is important in winter. It’s very convenient that a public transport stop is just a two-minute walk away. Friendly staff. Overall, everything was great.

These are not exactly drawbacks, but the staff should consider that the absence of a glass or cup in the room is very inconvenient. There’s nowhere to even drink water from. Another confusing issue is breakfast. For two days in a row, I went for breakfast at 9 a.m. On the first day, they served omelets, salmon, brie cheese, jams, cereals, vegetables, cheeses, etc. However, on the second day, there were only boiled eggs, sausage, and cereals. Yet the price is always the same—15 euros.

The apartament was big enough, clean and comfortable.

For that price it would be nice to have some bottle of water in the room.

The superior room was very comfortable and spacious, although there is no mini-fridge. Nice bathroom with a large and comfortable shower. Although it is not close to a metro station, the location is good because it is close to tram and local train stations that take you to the center or main points of the city.

I was not satisfied with the breakfast. I inspected the breakfast buffet and it looked poor with low quality ham and cheese and very limited choice, I would have had breakfast at the hotel if it was good. The time for breakfast is also too short (only until 10:30).

Everything was really good!! The room was clean and the location was pretty good since its really close to public transportation and really close to Hbf. We also left our luggage there for some hours and that was really important to us😊 lastly i want to say that the receptionist that welcomed us when we arrived was really helpful and he even said thank you in greek. He also gave us some famous austrian small treat for welcoming. 100 would recommend 😊

Only thing i would like is a minifridge, other then that everything was perfect!

Location - its very close to the local Tram so obviously, its in a very good location. Room - the room is in very good condition, things were maintained properly. The Bed, Bedsheets, Towels are maintained in proper way i.e. very clean ! TV is also in good condition with international channels. Breakfast - I did not get a chance to have it, early morning at 06.10 ... check-out !! Overall, its good room and hotel !

It's just one night stay - so I did not get a chance to go thru all the services. Therefore, no comments !!

The room was so big and comfortable. The size of the room was just unbelievably big! Cleanliness was perfect. The staff was absolutely lovely. I'd say it is not within walking distance to tourist attractions. But when you use the trams and metro, it's pretty easy.

There was construction work going on in front of the hotel. Of course, it is necessary and the hotel cannot do anything about it. I just wish there was more guidance on where taxis could pick their passengers up. There was enough guidance for pedestrians. But maybe more clear signs for the cars?

The location is amazing - it's only a minute long train ride from the main station. The hotel is quite near the centre and has great public transport connections (trams, busses, trains). I would also like to highlight the option to store your luggage in the hotel ahead of check-in.

The room doesn't have a fridge. The bed was too soft for my liking.
