The breakfast buffet was good, with different options. The location was great, really close to the main train station and a subway station. Very good restaurants in the area, especially the Balkan one Sarajevo. The room was basic, but very clean and neat with everything you need. The staff is incredibly helpful and nice, they helped me with recommendations and they were very quick when I requested them to prolong my stay! I could also leave my bags in their luggage storage after I checked out.

Be aware they charge different prices based on the day of the week. When I wanted to prolong my stay for a third night (from Saturday to Sunday), the rate was around 35 EUR higher than the one I paid for the previous days.

Hotel is great, we had a perfect stay. The location is good (in 10 minutes from main train station). The room was clean and all described facilities. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel!

There wasn’t a kettle in the room, but receptionist kindly offered hot water from the reception.

(3) 4 minutes walk to the centre train station. (4)Extra pillows upon request. (5) Friendly and helpful staffs. (6)we love the shower head, the pressure of the water is better than a five star hotel, the glass door is useful, preventing water from wetting the other part of the wash room. (7) the fan is good for warm weather in April.

The fan stops at the maximum timer of six hours. So we have to wake up in the middle of night to switch it on again…..which made us unable to sleep through the night.

We loved spacious rooms and we booked 4 rooms for the group. It was a great experince to stay in Rudy regarding closure to Wien Haupbaunuf and the breakafast was Ok, but they could have put more different types of cheese. Actually good enough to eat.

When I arrived, the window was open in the room and there were a lot of midges, but I understand that with the arrival of spring this is inevitable, but alternatively you can hang nets on the windows. The handle of the hair dryer was a little dirty and sticky, it was not very pleasant to touch, and at breakfast I came across a plate covered in grease, I asked to take it away and took new one. But in general, I really liked this hotel and I would come here again.

The hotel is only a 5min walk away from the main train station (Wein Hauptbahnhof), which is very nice that makes buying food, groceries, catching trains, etc. All the more easier! There is also a quick shopping centre (BILLA) right next to the main train station entrance, with some pizza & kebab restaurants around within close walking distance as well. More restaurants are also in the main train station. The staff at the hotel make your stay all the more welcoming and easier - they are all super friendly and ready to assist with anything and answer any questions you may have! The staff are multilingual and all can understand and speak good English, which is tourist friendly too! Special thank you to the kind receptionist Ms. DIANA who welcomed myself and my family into the hotel and assisted us to explain things and cater for all of our requests. 😁🙌 Although there was still abit of construction taking place in some mornings, which lead to some smell of paint, the twin rooms are also well designed and great use of space to divide the room nicely and equally for 2 people! (2 beds, 2 desks, 2 cupboards, etc.)

The staff was super polite and very welcoming. The location is superb as it's at walking distance from the main train station. The breakfast was great with so many options available. The room was ok and well heated

I would have appreciated more attention to the cleaning. Under the beds was full of dust, this is very important for an allergic person. I also didn't like the fact that for a crib they cover 15€ per night while so many hotels provide it for free. Kettle is missing in the room

The hotel is in an excellent location to the train station from the airport and has many entrants into the metro U1 line which takes you directly into the city within minutes. We also took a day trip to Bratislava Slovakia from the main station for about €17 each it was so easy and well worth a visit the ticket office will help you in English or German at the station it was all very simple, public transport is fantastic here. Reception staff were fantastic, so welcoming and friendly. Bags were stored in a locked room for us while we went out on our last day before our evening flight. The hotel was basic but clean. The bathroom was nice, towels and shower products provided. Cannot comment on the breakfast as we didn’t opt for this but it appeared popular. I felt safe in this hotel and out and about in the area, there is a few little supermarkets close by to buy items as the hotel only has a vending machine however there is a decent size fridge in the room.

The double bed was two singles pushed together which I know is common in hotels and you generally just end up sliding away from your partner however there was bed frame and a drop in the middle so we were in single beds with single duvet covers essentially. We did have to ask for extra pillows as you only get one and our were very flat but this was sorted out for us (if you want extra anything make sure you ask in the morning as reception staff don’t know they ask housekeeping who are only there in the AM). Bed was a little uncomfortable for me but it’s a budget hotel, it’s clean and good location for £20 each a night I can’t complain and would stay again!

I had a wonderful stay at myNEXT-Hotel Rudy! The location is extremely convenient — just a 5-minute walk from the train station, and not far from the city center and major attractions. The room was spacious and very comfortable, with great Wi-Fi signal. I also really appreciated the daily cleaning, which was always spotless! The breakfast was delicious and abundant, offering a great variety to choose from. The breakfast staff was also super friendly and energetic, which made the morning even more enjoyable. The front desk staff were equally helpful and welcoming, always ready to assist with any requests. 😊

If I had to find a small issue, the soundproofing in our room wasn’t perfect. Occasionally, we could hear noises from the hallway or neighboring rooms, but it didn’t disturb our sleep too much. It was a minor thing that didn’t affect our overall experience.

The hotel has an excellent location—the nearest metro station (U1) and the main train station are just a 5-minute walk away. We arrived after midnight and were welcomed with a smile. The breakfast area was nicely decorated (it was Christmas season), and the food selection and service were very enjoyable. The room had a refrigerator, the bed was quite comfortable, and the pillow was sufficiently large.

The room had too many cabinets and shelves—they were convenient for storing items, but there was little space to move around, and we had to be careful not to stub our toes. There was no television, and a ceiling light would have been appreciated, as the bedside lamps provided insufficient lighting for the room.
